This study analyzed the efficiency by using the DEA model to evaluate the competitiveness of specialty construction firms. The target of the analysis is 300 firms with continuous data from 2010 to 2017 as listed and externally listed firms. Significant analysis results are as follows. First, the efficiency of specialty construction firms is lower than that of general construction industry. Second, efficiency by type was highest in facilities construction and dismantling work. This shows that the relevant industries such as reinforced concrete works and scaffolding and demolition work are relatively efficient in specialty construction industry. Third, the efficiency of specialty construction industry is affected by economic fluctuations. When the construction industry is in the expansion phase, the efficiency value is high and the efficiency value is low in the down phase. Finally, in the scale profitability analysis, specialty construction industry was most analyzed by DRS. This means that it is effective to scale down for the efficiency of the firm.

The purpose of this study is to examine the degree of openness and competition in special contractor's market. And the result of this study will present the basis of rational policy making. The literature research and time series analysis are adopted as research method. And the findings of this study are as followed. The study has shown that the degree of openness is high in korean special contractor's market by gradual deregulation of entrance barriers into special contractor's market. And the study has revealed that the degree of competition in special contractor's market is high, revealing that the rate of increase of contract account and the subcontract bid rate have decreased.

Mutual cooperation between general and specialty contractors for win-win business has recently risen as a buzz word in Korea construction industry. For sustainable mutual cooperation, it is critical to achieve a better understanding of the extent to which general and specialty contractors share critical factors of mutual cooperation. The objective of this study is to identify and discuss key characteristics of perceptions towards mutual cooperation between general and specialty contractors. Key factors for mutual cooperation were identified through a questionnaire survey and statistical tests, and consensus or disagreement as to critical factors of mutual cooperation were identified and discussed.

이른 새벽, 건설업 일용직 근로자들은 '오늘 일을 할 수 있을까?'란 불안감과 COVID-19의 감염 위험을 안고 인력사무소에 출근한다. 새벽 건설업 시장은 높은 업무 강도와 비효율적인 구인/구직 프로세스로 인해 진입장벽이 높고, 건설기능인력의 고령화로 불법체류 근로자 고용 등의 난항을 겪고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 건설업 시장의 구인/구직 정보를 제공하여 앱 내에서 근로자 채용을 가능하게 하고, 외부 API를 사용하여 출퇴근 관리, 안전 이수증 촬영을 통한 인증 등 근로자와 구인자를 위한 비대면 구인/구직 앱 '인력거'를 개발하였다. '인력거' 앱을 통해 간소화된 구인/구직 프로세스 등을 통해 건설업에서 청년 일자리 증대가 기대된다.

The construction industry has a structure in which information asymmetry problems are complexly scattered compared to other industries. Since the construction industry classification system serves as a guideline for entering the construction market and can provide as a standard for construction consumers to select a supplier who can provide appropriate services, when judging the operation purpose or purpose of the construction industry registration system, it is very important to set up the system by rationally reviewing it. The purpose of this study is to examine the possibility of improvement in consideration of the risk factors related to the domestic construction industry registration industry classification system. To this end, we will conduct a case study on the construction industry classification system operated by overseas construction industry licenses or registration systems in Japan, the United States, and Australia, and compare it with the domestic industry classification system to derive implications and directions for improvement.

After rapid economy growth, Korean economy and Korean enterprises are aware of the importance on Mutual Cooperation. However, Korean society is not ready to proceed Mutual Cooperation and there are no theoretical model yet. Therefore, this study will suggest the theoretical basis for Mutual Cooperation, though identifying the most commonly used factors of three reliable sources: Mutual Cooperaton Manual(Ministry of Construction and Transportation 2006), selected distinguishing Mutual Cooperation Cases by Ministry of Construction and Transportation and Mutual Cooperaton Manual of other leading fields. through this study, it is expected to find reliable factors to evaluate Mutual Cooperations between General Contractor and Specialty Contractor.

In Korea, the productivity of the construction industry is evaluated at a very low level, and the utilization of the elemental technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is also very low compared to other industries. In order to solve this problematic situation, it is necessary to identify the demand for technology improvement in the specialty construction industry that is directly in charge of construction in projects. Therefore, this study aims to investigate improving construction competitiveness and the demand for technology improvement in Korea's specialty construction industry. First, the concept and status of classification of the specialized construction industry were identified, and a questionnaire was organized. Second, a survey was conducted on experts construction experts, and the demand for technical improvement of the specialty construction industry was derived by applying AHP and cluster analysis. The results of this study will serve as a practical reference for policy development, R&D direction, and technology development roadmap to enhance construction competitiveness in the future, and ultimately will help to present directions to improve the construction competitiveness of the construction industry.

건설부가 국회에 보고한 $\ulcorner$`93주요업무계획$\lrcorner$에 따르면 올해안에 건설업법개정을 추진 건설 기술개발 및 부실공사방지를 위해 현행 건설공사 표준품셈제도를 전면 재검토하고 부실시공 건설업체의 경우 면허취소와 함께 회사 대표자도 처벌하도록 제재를 강화하는 한편 특수건설업면허체제를 개편하고 하도급계열화를 확대해 중소규모 전문건설업의 육성기반을 다지기로 했다.

전문건설협회가 전문건설업이 안고 있는 보다 구체적인 현상들을 진단하고 이를 통해 전문건설업계가 건전하게 발전할 수 있는 방안 마련을 위해 지난 79년 이래 매년 전문건설업계 실태조사를 실시하고 있다. 이번 94년의 조사는 94년 2월말 현재 전문건설면허를 보유하고 있는 모든 업체(설비업종 면허 제외)를 대상으로 94년 2월 21일부터 3월 10일까지 총 20일간 조사하였는데 총 10,010개 조사대상 업체중 33.4$\%$에 해당하는 3,347개 업체가 설문에 응답하였으며, 설문내용으로는 전문건설업체의 경영일반에 관한 사항을 비롯 금융세제분야, 산업재해분야, 수주.계약분야, 하도급계열화문제, 시공 및 인력분야, 불공정 하도급거래에 관한 사항, 건설관련제도 개선에 관한 사항 등 총 7개 분야로 나누어 조사가 실시되었다. 본지는 전문건설업계가 설비공사업계와 비슷한 실정임을 감안하여 이 조사결과를 게재하므로써 타산지석으로 삼고자 한다.
