This study analyzed the importance of factors according to the investor's perspective through a survey of residential real estate experts using AHP and fuzzy theory. Analysis results showed that rent, profitability, traffic accessibility, commercial and infrastructure, and financial regulation are important in common. By expert group, financial and credit groups cited profitability, rent, traffic accessibility, supply and tax benefits, construction and development groups cited traffic accessibility, rent, direct access, profitability, commercial area and infrastructure, and appraisal and evaluation groups cited rent, profitability, transportation accessibility, financial regulation and supply as the most important factors. This showed that it had a preference characteristic that was associated with work. In other words, it focuses most on the financial perspective in investment characteristics, and it values convenience such as accessibility to transportation and commercial districts and infrastructure as its location characteristics. In addition, it was found that easing financial regulations in the market is important to expand investment in real estate. This study aims to help the business feasibility analysis of residential property developers and rational decision-making of general investors who are consumers, taking into account the various perspectives of the expert group.

The purpose of this study is to explore ways to promote the stay type tourism in Ulsan. To achieve this, IPA analysis techniques were applied to survey the importance and performance of experts, tourists, and hotel users, and measures were developed for activation of common points among the groups. Most studies analyze the survey results of a group, but this study compared and analyzed the results among three groups of experts, tourists, and hotel users, resulting in areas requiring activation. According to the results of each group, 'cultural facilities' were selected as the attraction factor, and 'night tours' were chosen as the basic factor to improve. On the other hand, tourist attractions, clean environment and urban parks have been selected as implementation factors, which correspond to the "ecological tourism," one of Ulsan's five-color themes. According to the ranking, the three groups of experts, tourists, and hotel users were able to look at the results of priority items that were selected up to the third place, although there were no exact matching factors. The items selected by both groups were diversification of night viewing, traffic accessibility in tourist sites, and improvement of night scenery, operation of night experience programs, extension of night opening hours, and revitalization of night markets respectively.

This study compared the perceptions of novice teachers and expert teachers on software education in the 2015 revised curriculum. Awareness comparisons were assessed by questionnaire for priorities for field support, activities for professional development, organizational hours, achievement criteria statements, and appropriateness for textbooks introduced only in 6th grade. In all questions, there was a difference in recognition between the two groups. In particular, novice teachers were '' appropriate '' in terms of organizational hours, achievement criteria, and textbooks introduced only in 6th grade. Expert teachers, on the other hand, were inadequate. In addition, as a result of analyzing the key keywords of free-response opinions about the introduction of educational robots in the curriculum and textbooks, positive keywords were obtained for both groups. However, novice teachers showed passive and passive keywords such as 'support', 'difficulty', and 'problems', and expert teachers showed differences in their educational utilization after introducing 'utilization' and 'education'.

The purpose of this study is to propose a decision-making technique for selecting waterproofing methods using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique. In this study, a questionnaire survey was given to a group of specialists, which included design specialists, construction specialists, and maintenance specialists, regarding their experience with roof waterproofing methods. The 1st level hierarchy of the questionnaire survey addressed the function, economics, and maintenance of each of the roof waterproofing methods. The rank of 13 items of questionnaire, which is the 2nd level hierarchy of the questionnaire survey, is calculated using Expert Choice Solution. The analysis of questionnaire survey shows that each specialist selects different roof waterproofing methods, and all specialists make much of waterproof performance.

This empirical study aims to find the factors to affect purchasing dairy products between the expert group and consumer group and also find the difference between the groups and the reasons, using AHP. Based on the results of the previous studies, four main factors were selected and they are products, marketing, quality, and social factors. Then, we surveyed the groups of consumers and experts, conducted AHP analysis, and compared the gaps between the groups. The factor of marketing, especially the sub-factor of brand, was found out the most biggest difference, followed by the sub-factor of hygiene in the factor of quality. The results of this study can contribute to the dairy industry to see the difference between the expert and consumer groups' choices.

전력 계통은 거대한 네트워크화되고 있으며, 전력계통을 신뢰성 있게 운용하는 것이 어려워지고 있다. 이에 따라 전력계통에 대한 숙련된 운전기술이 필요하게 되고, 실제 전력계통 모의를 통한 미경험 고장의 처리기술을 습득해야할 필요성이 생기게 되었다. 그러한 취지에서 각종 유틸리티는 운용자 지원 소프트웨어나 고장의 발생과 복구를 훈련할 수 있는 시뮬레이터를 대부분 구비하고 있다. 이러한 프로그램의 핵심적인 기능은 고장의 시나리오를 실제 계통에서 발생할 수 있는 고장으로 상정하고, 전문가 그룹에 의해 도출된 복구절차에 의해 복구 과정을 훈련하는 것이다. 전력계통이 복잡화되고 거대화됨에 따라 복구절차 또한 복잡화되고 있으므로 기존의 Case-by-case에 의해 복구절차를 생성하는데는 한계가 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 Lex라는 구문분석기와 Yacc라는 파서를 이용하여 복구절차 생성시 복구 절차를 적절한 그룹을 만들고, 과 그룹을 통해서 조합 가능한 모든 복구 조작 순서를 생성하기 위한 그룹핑 알고리즘을 구현하고자한다.

일본 온라인 정보검색 그룹회는 1979년 10월에 설립된 정보검색 이용자 단체로 온라인상에서 제공되고 있는 정보를 어떻게 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는가를 연구하는 모임으로 정보검색에 관심이 있는 회사원과 공무원 등 대부분 연구, 조사 분야의 사람들이 회원으로 가입돼 있다. 특별히 검색교육을 위한 교사가 따로 구성되어 있는 것은 아니고 오랜 경험을 통해 터득한 관련 지식을 다른 회원들에게 가르쳐 주는 연구회의 성격을 가지고 있다.

제64차 국제도서관연맹(IFLA)대회가 ‘정보와 문화의 교차로에서’라는 주제아래 8월 16일부터 21일까지 네덜란드 암스테르담에서 개최되었다. IFLA 총회가 네덜란드에서 개최된 것은 1939년 헤이그와 암스테르담, 그리고 1966년 쉐베닝겐에서 열린 데 이어 이번이 세 번째이다. 이번 대회는 공식집계에 따르면 세계 120개국에서 3,328명의 도서관인들이 참가하는 대성황을 이루었다고 한다. IFLA 대회는 회원국을 순회하면서 열리는데 지난해에는 덴마크 코펜하겐에서 열렸다. IFLA는 1927년 창설된 비정부기구로서 UNESCO와 함께 공식적으로 활동해왔다. IFLA의 목적은 도서관 활동과 문헌정보학 전반에 걸친 국제적인 이해와 협력, 토론, 연구 및 개발을 증진시키고 도서관인들이 국제적인 공동 관심사를 논하는 장을 제공하는 데 있다. 현재 회원으로 141개국 1400이상의 도서관 및 관련 단체들이 가입되어 있다. IFLA조직은 헤이그에 본부를 두고 있으며, 운영 조직으로 심의 평가를 담당하는 실행위원회와 전문위원회 그리고 4개의 자문위원회로 구성되어 있다. 실행위원회는 IFLA의 정책, 운영과 재정에 대하여 책임을 지어, 전문위원회는 두 개의 하부조직인 전문가 그룹과 5개 코아 프로그램에 의해 수행되는 전문적인 활동의 기획과 프로그래밍에 대하여 모니터 한다. 전문가 그룹이란 8개의 부회와 그 아래있는 34개의 분과와 11개의 원탁회의를 말한다. IFLA대회는 한국도서관협회가 주최하는 전국도서관대회보다 좀더 규모가 큰 행사라고 생각하면 상상하기가 쉬울 것이다. 대회 전체를 아우르는 주제가 설정되어 있고, 그 아래 각 분과별 발표회 또는 원탁회의가 동시에 여러 곳에서 진행된다. 따라서 참가자는 프로그램을 보고 자신이 참석할 분과나 포럼 등을 미리 정해두지 않으면 우왕좌왕하게 된다. 그리고 참석기간 중에는 매일 발행되는 를 반드시 참고할 필요가 있다. 이 자료는 IFLA 대회 일정의 변경이라든가, 하루 동안 일어난 소식을 알려주는 일종의 신문과 같은 역할을 한다.
