본 연구는 초등학교에서의 탐구 중심 펜토마임 접근법을 이용할 때 곱셈의 개념에 대한 학생들의 기억의 보존에 관하여 조사를 하였다. 사전시험을 실시한 후 전통적으로 지도한 반과 펜토마임 접근법으로 지도한 반을 3개월 후에 어떻게 달라졌는지 알아보았다. 이 연구 결과 펜토마임 접근 방법을 사용한 반이 전통적인지도 방법을 이용한 반보다 곱셈의 개념을 보다 더 잘 기억하였고 수량적/기하적 설명을 하는데 있어서는 전통적인 지도 방법을 이용한 반과 비슷하였다. 이 연구는 특별히 초등학교 수준에서 탐구 지향적인 교수법과 같은 다양한 교수 전략을 사용할 때 수학적 개념의 이해의 유지에 어떤 영향을 주는지에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다.

청소년기의 발달적 특성, 가족의 해체, 빈곤, 학업 스트레스 등으로 위기학생이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 위기상황은 학생 개인뿐만 아니라 사회전체에 역기능적인 영향을 미칠 가능성이 높다. 본 연구에서는 위기학생의 발생의 원인을 고찰하고 경상북도에서 시행되고 있는 위기학생 관리 지원체제 현황을 바탕으로 경상북도 위기학생 지원정책의 개선방향을 도출하였다. 경상북도의 위기 학생 지원 전략을 분석을 토대로 보완방안은 첫째는 위기학생의 예방 및 조기발견체제 구축이며, 둘째는 발견된 위기학생을 지도하기 위한 교육안전망을 구축, 셋째, 가정 지역사회와의 연계로 설정하고 각 영역별 보완 방안을 제시하였다.

수학 지도서는 교사 학습을 지원하는 중요한 자료임에도 불구하고 초등학교 수학 지도서가 교사 학습을 지원하는 양상을 탐색한 연구는 거의 없다. 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 초등학교 3~4학년군 수학 지도서의 교육적 특징을 분석하는 것이었다. 이를 위해 10종의 수학 지도서에 대해 수, 연산, 도형, 측정, 자료와 가능성, 규칙성 영역에 부합하는 6개 단원을 선정하여 '우리나라 수학 교육과정 자원의 교사 학습 기회(Teacher Learning Opportunities in Korean Mathematics Curriculum Materials)'의 7가지 차원별로 수학 지도서의 교육적 특징(educative features)을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 지도서에는 교수를 위한 수학 내용 지식이 풍부히 제공되지만 학생의 오류나 오개념 정보는 충분하지 않았다. 매 차시 수업 담화의 전반적인 흐름과 요점을 제공했지만, 근거나 구체적인 전략은 부족했다. 수학 내용 측면의 과정중심평가방안, 보충 및 심화 활동이 다수 있었지만 맞춤형 수업에 대한 설명은 부족했다. 교구 및 공학 도구 활용에 관한 교사 지식은 특정 단원이나 내용에 대해서만 제시되었고, 수학 공동체에 관한 교사 지식은 수학 교과 역량, 수학 교실 문화, 동기 유발에 관한 것이었다. 연구 결과를 토대로, 교사 학습을 적극적으로 지원하도록 수학 지도서를 개선하는 것에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

This study was carried out to set up the effective development strategy for resources industry of Chungnam Province. Data were gathered from relevant organizations and several times of brain storming was conducted by specialists in the field of animal science. The results obtained were as follows; 1) It was found by SWOT analysis that pig, cow, poultry, pets and selected fishes were desirable items as promising animal resources(Table 9). 2) According to the road map of animal resources industry for Chungnam Province, the principles and strategies were needed for the implementation of the industry(Fig. 3). 3) It was recommended that each city and county should develop their major animal resources industry(Fig. 4). 4) For synergy effect of development strategy as animal resources industry, networking among universities, industries, and government organizations, etc. is needed.

The "leading farms" or "superior management farms" were relatively capable to overcome various limitations in rapidly changing agricultural environment and economic conditions, and quick to adopt agricultural management innovations and accomplish more compared to the other farms in shorter durations. The farmers from these "leading farms" were innovative and dynamic, and endowed with potentials to be the core leaders in rural society. Their adaptability created a difference and worthy of emulations. The purpose of this research was to propose a policy to develop, promote and sustain these leading farms. There were some problems in communication structures and in implementing agricultural policies for upbringing leading farmers. In coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry(MAF) and Rural Development Administration (RDA), this article attempted to come up with workable strategies to solve these problems affecting the leading farms.

This study proposes strategies for information requirements analysis (IRA) for successful agricultural management information system (MIS) development. The study frist defines IRA based on literature review and emphasizes the importance of IRA by its position in SDLC (System Developments Life Cycle). Then, the study reviews fifteen cases of agricultural MIS development projects appeared in the report of all the MIS related ARPC(Agricultural R&D Promotion Center) projects from 1995 to 1998 and finds that IRA is not properly performed in most of the projects. Finally, this study proposes seven strategies for IRA for successful agricultural MIS development based on the finding of this study and those from the literature related to IRA methods.

This study aims to develop Semangum tourism package that can be most suitable for the tourist. The data were obtained by a survey carried out between August, 17 and August, 24, 2009 with a sample of latent tourist of Semangum. Conjoint analysis has been used to estimate the relative importance of attributes. Four main attributes and two or three attributes levels for each determinant were chosen for conjoint analysis. Eleven model package were made using fractional factorial design, and presented to the latent tourist, who were asked to reply in order of their like. Results show that the most important attributes for tourist were in order of cost, connected tourism, accommodation and report activity.

This global case study pursues diversification and intensification for an application system of the national wind map which has been developed to support national strategy building and promotion of wind energy dissemination. We chose nine counties' national wind maps and compared their map area, extraction height, temporal and spatial resolution, download services, etc. to derive a best practice for the Korea wind map application system. Therefore, the application system are designed to offer high resolution height information of which covers wind turbine rotor sweeping area and time-series dataset which can be downloaded for further analysis by users. It is anticipated that the system would contribute greatly to wind energy policy, business and research sectors once the derived ideas have been implemented to the application system

농촌개발에 관한 정책영역이 농촌공간 단위의 농업정책과 비농업정책을 포괄하는 방향으로 진행됨에 따라 관련된 농촌개발주체는 분산, 다기화되어 있다. 필리핀의 경우 농촌개발과 관련된 중앙정부의 관련부처는 상대적으로 세분화되어 있으며, NGO 등의 관련기구도 많은 편이다. 또한 필리핀의 지방행정계층의 수도 다른 나라에 비하여 상대적으로 많다. 이는 중앙정부 부처간, 중앙부처와 NGO 및 중앙정부와 지방정부간의 조정을 어렵게 하는 요인으로 작용한다. 한편, 지방정부 레벨에 있어서는 농촌개발과 관련된 관련주체간의 조정시스템에 관하여 지방정부법(1991)에 상세한 규정을 두고 있으나, 실제적인 작동의 면에서 한계를 가지고 있다. 특히, 필리핀의 농촌개발과 관련된 지방단위의 관련주체의 역량은 충분히 함양되지 못하고 있는 상황에서 주민과 NGO의 농촌개발에 대한 참여(민주성)를 매우 중시하고 있다. 필리핀 농촌의 발전을 위해서는 관련 주체들의 분산도를 감소시키고, 주체간의 통합성의 증진을 위한 노력이 필요하며, 관련 개별주체의 역량강화와 효율성에 입각한 조정체계의 정립과 전략이 절실히 요구되고 있다.

기존의 GIS는 유무선 인터넷의 급속한 확산과 통신기술의 발달로 인해 새로운 모습으로 탈바꿈하고 있으며, GIS 는 무한한 성장가능성을 내포하고 있다. 그러나 현재 GIS 기반 비즈니스는 오프라인 기업의 지원을 위한 비즈니스모델과 지도판매와 지도 ASP 에만 편중되어 있으며, 인터넷의 4개 영역 (4C: Communication, Commerce, Contents, Community)중 Commerce 영역으로 확대되지 못하였다. 본 연구에서는 현재의 GIS 산업과 비즈니스모델의 문제점을 파악하고, 이를 극복하기 위한 GIS 기반 비즈니스모델의 성공 요인과, 문헌고찰과 실무 인터뷰를 통하여 GIS 기반 비즈니스모델 분류체계를 도출하였고, 실제 타당성이 있는지 사례연구를 통해서 알아보았다. 사례연구결과, 실질적인 GIS 기반 비즈니스모델 체계를 탐색적인 수준에서 분류하였으며, 향후 실증연구를 위해 시사점을 제시하였다.
