This paper presents a strategic approach to effective soil conservation planning and management. To do this, the soil loss model, Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation (RUSLE) was used to quantify soil erosion in two basins (Andong and Imha basin), which are distinct in terms of sedimentation in the reservoir of each basin. Areas with high soil erosion potential were analyzed on the basis of land surface characteristics handled by geographic information system (GIS), especially dividing the basin into several sub-basins and then examination was emphasized near the river channel (water-pollutant buffering zone), along which human activities are large. Modeling results show the approach suggested herein provides a basis and guideline for choosing prior erosion risk areas to be examined for soil conservation planning and management. Also, this approach is relatively simple and has wide practical applicability.

꾸준한 성장세를 바탕으로 최근에는 타 매체가 쉽게 접근하기 어려운 HD다채널 방송이라는 전략적 이점으로 제2도약의 동력을 마련한 국내위성방송은 그러나, 미디어의 큰 흐름 중 Interactivity즉 양방향성에 대해서는 기본적인 제한성을 갖고 있다. 또한 초기진입 단계인 IPTV의 경우, 전국적 동일 서비스를 위한 망의 QoS(Quality of Service)나 콘텐츠 수급 비용 측면에서 기존 매체가 겪어온 과정을 겪고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 양 매체의 기본적 속성을 바탕으로 상호 장단점을 보완할 수 있는 전략적 방안의 하나로 하이브리드형 서비스에 대해 사례 중심으로 알아보고자 한다.

Health promotion has more comprehensive approaches in recent years. Nevertheless we accept the concept of health promotion differently, we are agree on that community is the most important field in health promotion which includes population at the aspect of health policy, individual skill and, environment. And there are a number of different approaches to health promotion. In them, 'population approaches' and 'high -risk group approaches' has the most different characteristics. 'Population approaches' is equally important or more important than 'individual approaches' for maintaining and promoting population health. Almost part of this article contents is the summary of the guideline and population strategy of health promotion in Korea, 1999 - 2005. Community based health promotion program should be reinforced, integrated, comprehensive, collaborative through efficiently utilizing community resources. Recent new orientation of community health program is integrated health program, we can find this orientation at Ottawa charter 1986. Comprehensive approaches with the determinant factors for health are essential task. Physical activity is a key health determinant. The population-health approach suggests that educating people about physical activity is not enough. Individual behavior changes are important too, but need to be balanced with strategies for environmental change. Population strategy with physical activity for health promotion should be developed through improving social and physical supportive environment, linking and integrating community resources between public and private sectors in national, regional and local level. Continuous public education and social marketing should be provided through collaborating with community physical activity organization, facilities, work-places and school for increasing concern of all the people of community about physical activity. Governments, agencies and citizens should held and participate to building movement. And the strategy that various 'active for life' program should be developed, delivered, maintained and reinforced continuously. Basically, adequate and sufficient financing, developing human resources, policies and legislation would be provided and supported fully too. At last, research development and knowledge exchange are required domestically and internationally. In Korea, we had classified the category of strategic priority of physical activity programs by environmental support, life-course approach, high-risk group approach and disease group approach for physical activity program based on community health center. Community based core programs for physical activity that includes infrastructure building and establishment of supporting environment, community campaign, health promotion education and public service announcement, physical activity programs for elderly and obesity, exercise prescription program.

Big data analysis is a means of organizational problem solving. For an effective problem solving, approaches to problem solving should take into account the factors such as characteristics of problem, types and availability of data, data analytic capability, and technical capability. In this article we propose three approaches: logical top-down, data driven bottom-up, and prototyping for overcoming undefined problem circumstances. In particular we look into the relationship of creative problem solving with the bottom-up approach. Based on the organizational data governance and data analytic capability, we also derive strategic issues concerning the sourcing of big data analysis.

This study analyzed the technology innovation strategies of knowledge-based companies in the semiconductor IP industry. The theoretical approaches of this study are to i) the creation, protection and utilization of knowledge and innovation, ii) value creation from innovation, iii) modularity, timing of market entry, and the emergence and competition of standard (dominant design). Based on the theoretical analysis, I presented exploratory research hypotheses. Ultimately, this study examined the proposed hypotheses by conducting case studies on the technology innovation strategy of two leading knowledge-based companies in the semiconductor IP industry: ARM and INTEL. First, knowledge-based companies entering in the early stage of the technology cycle select the vertically-integrated technology strategy because of lower access to complementary knowledge assets, and maintain the vertically-integrated technology strategy despite the environmental change-driven differentiation of industry's value chain. Second, knowledge-based companies entering in the later stage of the technology cycle prefer the contract-based technology strategy because of its increased accessibility to complementary knowledge assets, and choose a different path of innovation strategies depending on whether their asset has the feature of discontinuity or not.

본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명에서 가장 중요하게 대두될 수 있는 융합R&D정책에 대해 소셜 네트워크 분석을 통해 새로운 대안을 제시하려고 한다. 연구장비, 연구성과의 자료들을 활용하여 연구장비 네트워크 분석을 실시하여 융합R&D의 특성 및 구조분석을 실시하며, 연구장비 공동활용 및 다학제 협력연구를 통해 창출될 수 있는 새로운 융합R&D정책에 대한 접근을 시도하려고 한다. 나아가, 연구개발과 사업화 사이에서 더욱 중요한 역할을 할 수 있는 분석과학기술에 대한 정책적 플랫폼 구축관점 대한 시사점을 찾아내려고 한다. 이를 위해 계량적 접근과 비계량적 접근을 동시에 활용하여 연구주제에 대한 타당성을 확보할 것이며, 앞으로 미래산업 및 유망기술에 대한 전략적 선별에 있어 일부 근거를 제시해줄 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 우리나라 기초과학 및 기초과학인프라에 대한 발전적 정책방안과 융합연구 및 융합연구의 사업화에 대한 정책적 관점을 제시하도록 한다. 분석자료는 한국기초과학지원연구원(KBSI) 현황자료를 중심으로 살펴보며, 분석방법은 소셜네트워크분석(SNA:Socail Network Analysis)을 활용한다.

UI (User Interface)는 끊임없이 진화한다. 사용자의 새로운 요구 사항을 만족시키기 위해, 기존 UI에 대한 불편 사항을 해결하기 위해, 경쟁 제품의 더 좋은 UI를 따라 잡기 위해, 그리고 새로운 기술로 기존에는 불가능했던 것이 가능해 짐으로 인해, UI는 지속적으로 더 좋은 방향으로 변화하고 있다. 특히 휴대폰과 같이 라이프사이클이 짧은 제품의 UI는 매 제품마다 UI를 변화시킬 수 없기 때문에 기업 입장에서의 전략적인 접근이 중요해 진다. 더욱이 충분한 검증 없이 이루어진 진화의 방향은 사용자가 원하는 방향과 일치하지 않게 되어 오히려 퇴화하는 문제도 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문은 UI가 생성, 유지, 융합, 소멸되어 가는 진화론적 발전 속성 및 그러한 속성에 영향을 주는 요소들을 살펴보고, 라이프사이클이 짧은 제품의 UI를 개선할 때 어떤 전략을 취하는 것이 기업 차원에서 좋은지를 설명한다. UI 진화 전략은 크게 점진적 개선을 추구하는 구릉식 전략과 한번에 도약하는 계단식 전략으로 나눌 수 있다. 위 두 전략들은 사용자 만족도, 개선에 필요한 비용과 그 가치, 개선 후의 리스크 (Risk)에 따라 장단점을 가진다. 결론적으로 본 논문에서는 두 전략 모두 서로 상반되는 장단점을 가지므로, 어느 한 전략을 취하기 보다는 UI 요소의 특성 및 변화의 규모에 따라 두 전략을 혼용하는 전략이 기업 입장에서 최적의 전략임을 주장한다.

BSC(Balanced Scorecard)는 재무적 성과지표의 한계를 지양하고 고객관점, 내부 프로세스 관점, 학습과 성장 관점, 재무 관점의 다양한 관점에서 성과측정시스템으로 상용 될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 전략의 해석, 전략적 캐스케이딩(cascading), 전략적 자원분배, 전략적 학습도구를 위한 전략관리시스템으로 또한 의사소통도구로서 사용된다. 분 논문에서는 대학내의 학과들이 각각 개별적인 특성이 존재하고 학과의 제한된 자원과 역량하에서의 효율적인 운영과 이에 대한 조직적인 접근방법이 필요하기 때문에 학과조직에 BSC를 적용하는 방안을 모색하였다. 이러한 학과 BSC는 대학 전체 또는 그 상위조직의 BSC를 위한 토대로 이용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 교육에 관련한 다양한 인증 및 평가와 연계할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 본 논문에서는 최소한의 프로그래밍과 이해하기 용이한 수행규칙, 그리고 유연한 개정을 위하여 비즈니스 규칙(Business Rule)으로 이루어지는 BRMS(Business Rule Management System)로 학과 BSC를 설계할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다.

This paper discusses the strategic concepts applied to integrated delivery system(IDS). IDS is rooted in vertical integration(VI) and strategic alliance(SA), but only few knows about the theoretical backbone of the IDS. The paper explains how VI and SA applies to IDS, then provides cases of IDS rooted in strategic concepts; Kaiser Permanante Model, Mayo Clinic Model, and ACO(Accountable Care Organizations). Finally the paper provides the implication of IDS on Korean healthcare delivery system.

주택문화관은 소비자와의 접점으로 주택상품을 전시하고 판매하는 실질적인 공간이다. 따라서 주택문화관은 다양한 디자인을 통한 경험을 제공하고, 소비로 이어질 수 있는 마케팅 요소로써의 공간이 되어야 한다. 특히 행동체험은 신체적 경험을 유도함으로써 기억과 추억을 남기는 핵심적 공간마케팅 전략이다. 본 연구에서는 현실적 체험요소와 호기심 자극 체험요소를 제안하여 소비자들에게 은유적이고 장기적인 인식을 지원하며, 이것이 공간 마케팅 관점에서 반복적이고 지속적으로 접근 가능한 소비환경이 되는 전략을 제시한다.
