세계적으로 스마트폰 성장의 축이 중저가로 이동하고 IoT에 대응하는 성장 모멘텀을 찾는 추세이다. 최근 구글의 조립식 스마트폰 프로젝트(Ara)의 진행은 전략적 기술지향점과 지속적인 시장지배전략을 수렴해가려는 산물로 분석된다. 구글안경(2013), 스마트워치(2014), 조립식스마트폰(2015) 등의 상용화출시나 출시예정에 대한 발표는 기존 시장에서 전개되어온 구글의 OS플랫폼 지배전략(70~80%)을 하드웨어 플랫폼을 통해서도 전개할 것임을 강력히 시사하고 있다. 한국은 스마트폰 이후를 준비하면서 조립식 스마트폰과 워치의 파괴적 영향에 대비하여, 심층적인 기술개발 및 시장 대응전략의 수립과 IT융합 산업의 동력원으로 연계하기 위한 연구가 시급한 시점이다.

대한민국의 의료보험은 크게 국가에서 운영하는 국민건강보험과 국민이 선택적으로 가입하는 민간의료보험으로 나눌 수 있다. 국민건강보험과는 달리 민간의료보험 청구와 정산은 각 보험사별로 이루어지고, 또한 그 절차도 각자 독자적인 방법과 순서를 따라 진행되어 보험가입자의 불편 해소 및 업무의 효과적 추진을 위한 방안이 모색되어왔다. 이에 민간의료보헙협의체(KPPO)에서는 2009년부터 HNIP의 바로One 서비스를 통하여 병원, 보험회사, 보험가입자를 연계하는 보험 청구 및 지원서비스를 개발하여 운영하고 있다. 의료기관-보험사-보험가입자를 연계하는 전략적 협력 융합 서비스 구축을 토대로, 기존에 서로 연계되지 않고 오프라인으로 진행되던 보험금 청구 프로세스를 효과적이고 체계적인 관계로 발전시켰다. 그리고, 다자간의 새로운 정보 유통망의 구축 및 융합 서비스를 통하여 업무의 표준화, 다자간의 관련 업무 프로세스의 효율화를 도모하였다. 이러한 융합서비스를 통하여 규모의 경제, 고객의 편의 및 만족 증대, 기업의 사회적 책임 달성, 신뢰의 구축 등 융합서비스 구축의 다양한 시너지효과를 기대한다.

This research focused on the major determinants for the strategic utilization of technology tree as a strategic technology information repository after the adoption of the technology tree in the R&D intensive organization. The study was performed based on both theoretical study and qualitative case study approaches. The result is as follows; for the strategic utilization of the technology tree for the information repository, it should be the market base and be closely related with the technology roadmap. In terms of the needs of times, this study regarding the strategic utilization of technology tree as a strategic technology information repository and as a s strategic supplement for technology roadmap is anticipated to be a good reference for the R&D-oriented organizations and technology-related studies in coming years.

As applications of GIS technology have grown in local governments, the wider and integrated use of spatial information is demanded more than before. Particularly because 70-80% of administrative information in local governments are related spatial, it becomes a key issue to connect and integrate non-spatial information with spatial information for more advanced use of GIS applications in local governments. The purpose of this study is to establish an advanced Implementation model by analyzing obstacles in existing GIS applications and suggesting implementation strategies. The strategy, as an important part of the model, includes efficient information sharing, establishment of commonly usable GIS Database, architectural improvement for Enterprise GIS in terms of database and system implementation, standardization far the model, and establishment of spatial infrastructure in the local governments. The study concludes that administrative collaboration in a horizontal and vertical perspective has a highest priority for the implementation of the model.

연구방법론의 관점에서 통상정보학은 매우 다양한 방법으로 접근이 가능하며, 특히 정보통신기술을 적극적으로 활용할 수 있기 때문에 향상 새로운 접근 방법이 출현할 수 있다. 또한, 정보기술의 급격한 발전으로 국제전자상거래가 급격히 확산되고 있는 현 시점에서 수출기업의 단순한 무역자동화 수준을 벗어난 국제간 B to B 전자상거래의 전략적 활용방안에 대한 연구가 필요한 때이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 통상정보학의 실용성 제고를 위한 구체적인 연구방향으로써 전략 정보시스템과 조직이론을 가미한 조직간 정보시스템 이론을 제시함으로써, 조직간의 전략적 연계를 통한 전략적 통합정보시스템 구축전략을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 통하여 정보화의 이점을 통상학 분야에 도입하고, 전략적으로 활용 가치가 있는 정보를 생산, 저장, 유통 및 활용함으로써 학술적 비용발생을 최소화하며, 기업의 이윤 발생을 촉진함으로써 국가경쟁력의 확보에 기여할 수 있도록 하는 것이 통상정보학의 궁극적인 지향 목표이다.

This study provides the most simplified ISP method while involving management strategy, organization process analysis, redesign and information system implementation strategy to enhance the feasibility and the efficiency of ISP. So this study compared the scope and the development projects of ISP and ERP. Through this, it provided a ISP connection model as a solution to effective process implementation and redesign and conducted study to provide systematic access method according to IT strategy implementation, process redesign and reengineering.

In this study, evaluation factors for effective operation are classified to goal-operation strategy, human and physical resources, incubating services, and networking program in business incubator. And, the success strategies of supporting these are classified to construction of industry-academy-laboratory networking system, specification and specialization, finance independence, and appointment of special operation staff in business. We are also presented the priority of success strategy based on the results of analysing by enterprises in business incubator, enterprises graduated form business incubator, and director of business incubator by applying the evaluation model using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique proposed in this paper. Finally, we are suggested the concrete propelling schemes of success strategy.

This study was conducted in order to develop an education program based on simulation with problem-based learning, to apply it to nursing students, and to examine its effects on the students' learning motivation, learning strategy, and academic achievement. The subjects of this study were 69 seniors majoring in nursing. Education based on simulation with problem-based learning was applied to the students from September to October in 2015, and then a questionnaire survey was conducted on their learning motivation, learning strategy, and academic achievement. According to the results of this study, the education based on simulation with problem-based learning reduced the nursing students' other-directed motivation (external motivation), increased their self-regulation motivation (identified motivation, intrinsic motivation), and improved their use of resource management strategies. In addition, academic achievement (academic performance, and educational satisfaction) was in a positive correlation with identified motivation and learning strategies (cognitive strategy, meta cognitive strategy, and resource management strategy). In conclusion, education based on simulation with problem-based learning was found to be an effective education strategy for enhancing nursing students' autonomous motivation and improving their use of resource management strategies. Thus, it is necessary to promote the application of simulation with problem-based learning in various care situations and to study factors and parameters influencing learning related variables.

This study explores the characteristics of the delivery system of the New Deal, with a particular attention to the partnerships and welfare governance. The study analyzes the partnerships of the New Deal policy in Britain, which consist of two dimensions of partnerships. The results are: First, the method of the transformation of delivery in central government dimension is the unity of the governmental organizations, Another outcome of reform in the central government dimension is the establishment of the Jobcentre Plus. Second, the characteristic of delivery system in public-private dimension is the contract through competition, which means the introduction of market paradigm. Especially, the reform of the delivery system in the local dimension is to deliver integrated services through the introduction of labour market paradigm in demand-side. The central government also supports the reform in the local level. This study also explores the forms of welfare governance in these dimensions, This study suggests the importance of united services in the Korean welfare to work.

정보기술이 발전함에 따라 편리성이 향상되고 있지만, 사이버 공간에서의 보안 위협은 증가하고 있다. 최근에는 국가 기반시설과 같은 주요 인프라와 기관 및 기업을 목표로 하여 사이버 공격을 시도하고 있고, 해당 공격 방법도 지능적으로 발전하고 있다. 따라서 사이버 공간의 보안 위협에 대응하기 위해 국가적 차원에서 전략을 마련하고 있다. 특히 사이버 보안과 관련하여 미국은 사이버 공격에 대응하기 위해 각 기관의 연계성 및 협력을 위한 전략을 타 국가보다 앞서 준비하고 실행을 하고 있다. 따라서 본 고에서는, 국내 사이버 공격에 대한 보안 전략 수립을 위해 최근 사이버 공격이 이루어지는 유형과 사례를 분석하고, 이에 대처하는 미국 각 기관의 전략과 역할에 대해 분석한다.
