The purposes of this study were to provide fundamental ideas regarding community- related experiential learning and improve cognitive attentions in Home Economics Education based on the previous research. Even though Home Economists recognize community needs related to individuals and families, there has been little attention to teaching and research of community-related experiential learning in Home Economics Education. This study explored 1) educational meaning in community-related experiential learning, 2) conceptualization of community-related experiential learning in Home Economics Education, and 3) application of community-related experiential learning. In addition, the strategies for community-related experiential learning in Home Economics Education and the implications for future research and Home Economics practice were provided in this study.

본 연구는 북한의 지역격차를 분석하고, 상대적으로 낙후된 지역에 대한 개발전략으로서, 북한의 경제발전을 위해 확대.설치가 불가피한 경제특구와 연계하여 지역균형개발전략을 모색해 보았다. 북한의 지역간 인구성장 분석에 의하면, 북한은 지역균형개발정책에도 불구하고, 종주도시 평양과 여타 지역간에 극심한 지역격차를 보이고 있다. 따라서 앞으로 경제특구는 낙후된 지역 즉, 평양을 제외한 여타 지역에 고르게 입지하는 전략이 요구된다는 점을 가조하였다. 그리고 경제특구는 북한의 보유자원 관점에서 노동집약적인 가공공업형 경제특구와 관광형 경제특구로 나누어 추진되는 것이 바람직하며, 입지 후보지로는 신의주.남포.해주.청진.김책.함흥.원산 등의 지구는 가공공업형 경제특구로, 금강산.백두산.묘향산 등의 지구는 관광형 경제특구로 적합하다고 제안하였다.

최근의 IT기술혁신은 단일 산업군을 넘어선 융합형 기술 혁신이 주도하고, 이동성, 내재화, 지능화가 극대화되면서 IT가 전 산업의 생산요소이자 인프라로 그 역할이 중요해지고 있다. 이에 그 동안 하나의 독립산업에 머물던 IT산업은 국가 전체의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 기반산업으로서 그 역할이 확대되고 있다. 미국, EU, 일본 등 선진국들이 IT 융합전략에 박차를 가하고 있는 것도 이 때문이다. 이러한 상황에서 우리나라도 'IT Korea 미래전략'이 발표되고, IT산업의 진흥을 총괄하는 정보통신산업진흥원(NIPA)이 출범하였다. 이는 그 동안 국가주력산업으로 기능해온 IT산업이 전 산업의 경쟁력 제고를 지원함으로써 국가경제발전에 기여할 수 있는 새로운 전기가 마련되었음을 의미한다. 이에 정보통신 산업진흥원은 2010년 IT산업의 새로운 도약을 위한 전략목표로 1) IT융합을 통한 타산업과의 동반성장, 2) 산업경쟁력 원천으로서의 소프트웨어 경쟁력 제고, 3) IT산업 성장기반 고도화를 선정하였다. 정보통신산업진흥원은 IT산업 정책의 총괄기획자 및 코디네이터로서 IT사업의 전(全)과정을 지원하는 입체적 산업지원 체계를 구축하고, IT정책 간 연계를 통해 정책시너지를 극대화함으로써 새로운 IT융합전략의 성공을 이끌어 갈 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to present the direction of development of our navy's response strategy through analysis at the ends, ways, and means level of the Chinese navy's offensive strategy for the West Sea. As a result of the analysis, at the ends level, the Chinese Navy's offensive strategy for the West Sea strategy is being linked to a grand strategy to protect maritime rights and achieve maritime power between the U.S. and China competition, at the ways level, the Chinese Navy is expected to create a foundation for the international community to recognize the West Sea as China's inland sea through "routine entry" and "exercise authority", and in case of emergency, it will try to secure sea control in the West Sea in a short period of time by blocking Korea's maritime transportation route based on the overwhelming preemptive attack capability of aircraft carriers. At the means level, it is accelerating the construction of aircraft carrier warfare units and improving its ability to engage long-range missiles. As a direction of development of the Korean Navy's response strategy in response to this, first, Establishment and Development of National Maritime Security Strategy in conjunction with the Korean Indo-Pacific Strategy. Second, it proposes the development of the concept of effective security operations for the east sea area of the West Sea intermediate line, and third, the development of the concept of combat performance and capacity building to strengthen survival and lethality.

본 논문은 Platform 기반의 PEBB(Power Electronics Building Block)을 이용한 계통연계형 에너지저장시스템(ESS) PCS의 개발전략과 효율적인 운용 방법에 대해 제안한다. Platform Design이란 표준제조 공정을 통해 다양한 제품을 만들어 내는 기술을 뜻한다. 이 Platform으로 생산되는 Modular PEBB(Power Electronics Building Block)을 이용하여 다양한 용량대의 제품에 대응할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 125kW에서부터 2MW제품까지 병렬확장이 가능하다. PCS의 Platform화로 시스템 용량 확장이 용이하며, 대량 생산이 가능하기 때문에 비용 측면에서의 장점이 있다. 그리고 부분 운전을 통해 운영 효율 향상과 PCS 수명을 늘릴 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 Platform 기반의 PCS의 물리적 및 제어적 구조를 설명하고, 개발전략의 방법에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

연구자들은 학생들에게 문제해결 전략을 지도하는 것이 학생들의 문제해결력을 신장시켜 준다는 보고하고 있다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 배경으로 수학 교과서를 통하여 문제해결 전략을 지도하려는 시도들이 미국을 비롯하여 한국에서도 있어 왔다. 본 논문은 문제해결 전략을 교과서에 제시할 수 있는 가능한 세 가지 모델들을 논의하고, 미국과 한국의 수학교과서에서 문제해결 전략을 제시하는 방법을 분석하였다. 한 가지 모델은 문제해결 전략에 한 단원을 할애하는 것이다. 두 번째 모델은 각 수학내용을 지도하는 단원에 문제해결 전략의 지도를 위한 하위단원을 할당하는 것이다. 마지막, 세 번째 모델은 문제해결 전략 지도를 위한 특정 단원이나 하위 단원을 설정하는 것이 아니라 가능한 많은 쪽에 전략을 제시하는 것이다. 위에 언급한 세 가지 가능한 모델을 바탕으로 미국과 한국의 초등학교 수학교과서에서 문제해결 전략을 제시하는 양상을 비교하였다. 이 비교를 위하여 각 학년별로 제시되는 모든 전략들을 교과서와 교사용 지도서를 토대로 추출하였다. 각 교과서에서 전략을 제시한 양식을 비교한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻게 되었다. 한국의 수학교과서는 전형적으로 첫 번째 모델의 양식으로 문제해결전략을 제시하고 있었다. 각 단원마다 별개의 문제해결 전략이 제시되었다. 또한, 학년별 지도 전략을 살펴보면 학년별로 연계성이 있게 전략이 제시 되었다기 보다는 학년별로 다른 다양한 전자의 지도에 중점을 둔 듯하다. 미국의 수학교과서는 두 번째 모델과 세 번째 모델의 중간적인 양식으로 문제해결 전략을 제시하고 있다. 즉, 각 단원마다 문제해결 전략 지도를 위한 하위 단원을 지정하였으며 필요한 경우에는 본 단원의 주 학습요소와 관련된 문제해결 전략은 단원 중에도 제시되고 있었다. 따라서, 차기 수학교과서 개정시기에는 세 번째 모델을 그 모형으로 삼아 문제해결 전략들을 제시하는 방안을 강구해야 할 것으로 기대된다.

The GIS has grown in its quantity as local authorities established the urban information system for better city administration, civilian services and decision-making support services. Recently, local authorities have expressed much interest on the introduction of ubiquitous technology to improve citizens' safety and convenience. This has become the drive behind the construction of ubiquitous city(u-City). Construction of a u-City requires the multitude of information and telecommunication networks and digital contents; the existing information resources need to be put to use in entirety for that end. In that regard, the integration of GIS established and currently operated by local authorities needs to be strategically promoted. This study intends to propose GIS integration strategies in various aspects for the future u-City and directions for the development of urban information systems in the coming of the Ubiquitous Age.

New systems and management strategies have been successfully settled in order to be linked to enhancing organizational performance internalization process. The most successful methods for internalization are training and communication strategies. However, the organization must be supported by trust and cooperation cultures for successful education and communication. In this study, we measured the degree of internalization of organized vision, and core values. And then, a successful convergence business strategy internalization plan was presented. Strengthening training plan, communication strategies and management strategies must be internalized in parallel with seeking a change of organizational culture. First, iterative learning is very effective in order to strengthen education and management strategies through talking frequently. Second, chief executive officer should pay attention to communication with employees for the internalization. Finally, in order to change the organizational culture, organizational leaders will establish strategic plan to build open and collaborative culture among colleagues and quantitative and qualitative expansion of the human network.

In this study, We will find approach to improve the efficiency of business support policies for small-medium enterprises(SMEs) in the regional strategic industries. Especially, based on the customized needs of SMEs in strategic industries, we intend to find directions of the business support policy. we can use the decisions criteria(for example, business strategy, business portfolio, effective budget allocation, core business plans, etc.) by research results. To achieve the research objectives, we surveyed from 243 SMEs in regional strategic industry. we found the differences of industry characteristics, strategy and industry-specific by growth stages. Thus, this result implies the necessity of creating a customizing policy for SMEs. We found implications about the efficiency improvement of regional industrial policy. In conclusion, regional industrial policy must reflect the central government's policy direction of regional industries and the demand of SMEs.

This paper shows that mathematics and statistics are not only a necessity but a strategic element in contributing for the competitiveness of field of S/W and H/W. First, a survey was conducted to investigate the perceived importance of mathematics and statistics to the specialists of the field. Second, computer programming was implemented in university mathematics courses to understand the educational effect related to problem solving ability. Third, a educational case in which mathematics and statistics in S/W and H/W subject were combined was analyzed. Lastly, an effective plan for mathematics and statistics education in the field of S/W and H/W will be presented.
