The purposes of this study is to identify the critical success factors for the 4th industrial revolution through literature review and to empirically evaluate the validity of these factors through questionnaires from executives engaging in the industries of the 4th industrial revolution. Literature review identifies leadership, change management, top management support, strategic fit, training, empowerment, teamwork, organizational culture, communication, and project management as ten critical success factors, Questionnaires were administered to CIOs and CEOs in the industries belong to the 4th industrial revolution. Response rate was 64.4% which shows quite high participation. Respondents rated strategic fit as the most important factor, followed by top management support, leadership, change management, project management, teamwork, communication, training, organizational culture, and empowerment. To successfully pursue the 4th industrial revolution, the followings are recommended. (1) detailed and refined execution strategy, (2) establishment of effective network among government, public companies, research institutes, universities, and industries, (3) strategic and long-term plan, (4) differentiated execution strategy from other countries and global cooperation system.

전략적 원가관리가 지향하는 바는 원가관리를 통해서 경쟁우위를 확보해 나가는 것을 의미하는데 단순히 원가만을 절감하는 것을 의미하지는 않고 무한경쟁, 대량고객화의 시대에서 품질 수준을 확보하면서 가격경쟁력을 갖추게 하는 것이 원가관리의 진정한 목표라 할 수 있다. 그러나 최근까지도 민수산업, 방산업체 가릴 것 없이 우리 나라 기업에서는 체계적인 원가관리의 노력이 부족한 실정이고 아직도 초보적인 단계에 머물고 있다고 할 수 있다. 최근 방위산업 분야의 변화된 환경하에서 시장경쟁체제로 전환된다고 할 때 각 기업이 전략적으로 원가관리를 하지 못한다면 경쟁력 상실 가능성이 높다.

기계기술과 산업은 한국의 미래기술과 산업에 있어서 두 가지 의미의 중요성을 갖는다 하나는 미래성장분야의 하나로서 세계 어느 나라를 막론하고 전략육성 산업의 선정 시 반드시 포함되는 분야의 하나이다. 지능형기계, 초정밀기계, 광학응용기계 등 미래 급성장이 예상되는 기술들이 많은 분야이다. 또 하나는 다른 분야의 기술혁신을 뒷받침 해주는 역할을 하는 분야로서 한국이 선진국으로 진입하기 위해서 반드시 갖추어야 하는 분야로서의 중요성이다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라 기계기술과 산업의 현황을 진단해보고, 선진국 수준으로 발전시키기 위한 전략을 제시한다. 한 분야의 발전전략의 수립을 위해서는 먼저 그 분야의 기술적, 경제적 특성을 이해하고, 그 나라에서 현재까지 발전되어온 역사적 상황을 파악해야 한다. 본 고에서는 기계분야의 특성에 있어서 경제에서의 위치, 기술혁신의 실현체로서의 특성, 기술연계효과, 사용자주도 혁신의 중요성 및 기타 다른 기술적 경제적 특성에 대해서 논한다. 기계기술발전의 역사적 특성을 파악하고자 미국, 일본, 독일 등 선진국에서의 기계기술과 산업의 발전과정을 정리한다 이어서 우리나라 기계기술의 발전 과정에 대해서 살펴보면서 현황과 문제점에 대해 논한다. 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 우리나라 기계기술과 산업의 발전을 위한 전략을 제시한다. 기술혁신 체제의 개선, 중장기적 추진과 기술개발사업들의 개편 등 기술개발사업의 개선, 기술인력 양성제도의 개선, 시험평가 기능의 확충 등을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

This research analysis Regional industry development project of central government. Fortunately, South Korea government changed from efficiency-centered economic policy to balanced territorial economic development. In order to apply strategic advanced project management to the Korean construction industry, the study conducted a comparative analysis of the project management body of knowledge of the advanced countries such as the USA and Japan as well as Europe. As a result, it was found that the connection to 'execution' of 'strategy' was highlighted as a common main issue in the theoretical background of project management body of knowledge, and strategic planning, which aligns 'program management' based on the integration of multiple project management and operations in single project with 'portfolio management' for selection and concentration, has been emphasized. Accordingly, the study built up the framework for the application of strategic advanced project management for strategic action in the Korean construction industry and proposed the following applicable solutions for implementation into the current Korean construction industry: 1) Innovate global competitiveness by preparing an 'ideology and philosophy' for the strategic action of an organization, 2) Establish a strategic 'environment' in consideration of the culture and structure of an organization, 3) Propose a strategic 'vision' for attaining a realizable goal within an organization, 4) Create an 'investment' on the portfolio in line with the strategy, 5) 'Execute' the program through the portfolio and project management. Lastly, the study brought up strategies for sustainable growth by applying strategic advanced project management to the Korean construction industry with a view to acquiring 'Performance' through the implementation and operation of their integrated system.

지역개발과 지역의 지속가능한 발전전략의 수립을 위해 지역의 환경적, 사회적, 경제적 특성을 통합한 지속가능발전 모델을 구축하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문은 지속가능발전 전략의 모색과 관련정책의 파급효과를 측정하기 위하여 이러한 통합모델의 개발과 적용을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적에 따라 높은 환경질을 유지하고 대나무와 같은 생태자원을 육성함으로써 생태관광과 대나무신산업 등의 새로운 지역개발 정책을 수행하는 전라남도 담양군을 대상으로 지속가능발전 체계동태모형을 구축한다. 담양군 사례분석의 결과는 죽림육성 정책과 대나무신산업과 같은 지역특화산업에 대한 기술개발 및 각종 재원의 병행이 인구유입과 지역경제의 활성화에 매우 효과적임을 제시하고 있다. 결론적으로 본 논문에서는 지역의 지속가능성에 관한 시스템적 사고를 통해 지역개발에 있어서 지역의 환경적 특성을 살린 생태자원의 육성과 적절한 산업정책을 병행하는 생태발전 전략이 지역의 지속가능발전에 있어서 매우 중요한 수단이 될 수 있음을 제시하고 있다.

동북아시아(한국, 일본, 중국)에서의 항공 운송시장은 세계의 여타 지역에 비해 동 지역에서의 경제적 비중증대와 함께 성장하고 있다. 또한 동 지역에서의 항공운송시장을 둘러싼 제반 환경도 급속히 변화하고 있는 실정이다. 특히 항공자유화, 전략적 제휴, 저가항공사의 등장 등이 대표적이다. 국적 항공운송산업계는 물론 각 항공운송사는 이에 따른 적절한 전략을 수립해야 할 것이다. 이 논문의 목적은 국적 항공운송산업이 지향해야할 기본적인 발전전략을 제시하는데 있다. 또한 국적 항공사의 경쟁럭을 강화하기 위한 정책들을 제시하고자 한다. 세부적으로는 시장진입의 규제완화, 완전한 항공자유화를 위한 단계적 전략채택, 국적항공사의 경쟁력 강화, 효율성 증대 등이 이에 해당된다.

정보산업분야는 자본주의 시장경제의 발전이 고도화될수록 전체 산업에서 차지하는 비중이 커지고 있는 한편 기술 및 산업의 전략적 중요성으로 인하여 국가 이기주의에 바탕을 둔 기술보호 장벽은 높아만 가고 있다. 또한 정보화의 진전에 비례하여 세계 정보기술 시장에서의 우위를 확보하기 위한 국가간 기술경쟁과 아울러 국가를 초월한 전략적 동맹도 빠른 템포로 진행되고 있다. 이러한 변화에 대응하기 위하여 정부가 최근 추진중에 있는 G-7 프로젝트 사업추진현황을 설명하고 '92년도 과학기술처에서 추진할 예정으로 있는 정보산업분야의 기술개발 계획을 소개하고자 한다.

e러닝 산업은 콘텐츠 자체가 목적이 되는 타 디지털콘텐츠 산업과 달리 콘텐츠ㆍ인프라ㆍ서비스 등이 통합되어 지식의 전달ㆍ축적ㆍ재생산의 수단을 제공하는 지식기반 서비스 산업으로 디지털콘텐츠 산업의 주요 핵심으로 등장하게 되었다. WTO 체제하에서 글로벌 경쟁이 심화됨에 따라 기업들은 e러닝을 지식경영을 위한 전략적 모듈로 정하고 계속되는 경기침체에도 불구하고 투자를 지속하고 있다. 또한 2004년이후 WTO의 교육개방정책에 따라 유럽 및 중국 등이 교육시장을 개방하면서 e러닝이 그 대비책의 하나로 대두되면서 세계 각국의 관심이 점점 높아지고 있다.
