The pumped generators have excellent load following characteristics. It can also be committed quickly for synchronous reserve when it is in the generating mode because it can readily increase its generating power and, consequently, increases the overall system reliability. The probabilistic production simulation model is used in this paper. The practicality and effectiveness of the multi-proposed approach are demonstrated by simulation studies for a real size power system model in Korea in 2015.

It is difficult to find for analysis solution of the synchronous generator exciter system. Recently, it had good performence UPS converter system using CRA method. The single converter of synchronous generator excitor system under considerations : (i) the overall system shall keep very low AC-voltage tracking error as well as no phase delay over different load condition, and (ii) the digital controller shall be employed at a fixed sampling. It is shown that the synchronous exciter system can be achieved by the proposed controller using Characteristic Ratio Assignment.

The admittance of one-port electrostatic actuator are modeled using the steady-state sinusoidal response. Also the admittance of the differential type actuator is derived taking the practical conditions into consideration, although it has no admittance in ideal case. It is a function of biasing error, driving error, and capacitive mismatch including parasitic capacitors. The validity of the admittance model is proved by comparing between the modeled and measured admittances. The distortion in the frequency response curve measured by a capacitive sensor is analyzed and it is concluded that the admittance is the main cause of this distortion.

It is well-known that the anode circuit of SCR has the current controlled negative resistance characteristic. Recently the present auther has shown that the gate circuit of SCR has the voltage controlled negative resistance characteristic for the constant anode voltage. It is shown of the equivalent model to SCR(when conducting) the voltage controlled negative resistance characteristic for gate circuit. And it is possible to make SCR gate oscillators with their desired characteristic for illustration.

In this study, to measure the moisture of compaction, it is designed to use the 2neutron detectors. To perform the optimal design of their circuit, it is planned high voltage generator and voltage stable circuit and they are very suitable for detection demand. Also, it can be count to data calibration excluded count of ripple.

Single phase switched reluctance motor has a merit in practical use because it has simple operating drives and control systems, very high energy density per unit volume comparing with three phase SRM. But it must have a starting device. This paper presents a single phase SRM model with a stepped rotor pole, so as to reduce the torque ripple. Also it is simulated the designed prototype model by FEM for the prediction of characteristics.
