Magneto-optic effect of thermal evaporated amorphous TbFeCo thin flim (비정질 TbFeCo 합금 증착박막의 자기광학효과)

  • 최근 광자기 기록매체로 주목받고 있는 RE-TM계 비정질 박막을 T $b_{x}$ (F $e_{0.9}$ $Co_{0.1}$)$_{100-x}$ (x=14, 17, 20, 23, 27[at%])의 조성비를 갖는 모합금을 만든후 진공증착방법으로 합금박막을 제작하였다. 각시료의 조성에 따른 자기광학효과를 알아보기 위하여 80K부터 600K에서 포화자화( $M_{s}$ )와 보자력( $H_{c}$)에 대한 온도의존성과 자기이방성상수(Ku), Polar Kerr 이력곡선을 측정하였다. 또한 Curie 온도 근처에서 열처리 시간에 따른 자기 토크 곡선의 변화를 분석 함으로써 합금박막 표면의 산화정도를 정성적으로 평가할 수 있었다. 실험결과 T $b_{22.72}$(F $e_{68.78}$ $Co_{8.5}$)인 시료가 상온에서 8.4KOe의 보자력을 가졌으며 T $b_{x}$(x=23[at%])인 경우가 가장 큰 수직자기이방성을 나타냈다. Polar Kerr 이력곡선은 Tb함량 x=25~26[at%]에서 부호가 반전됨을 알 수 있었다.다.다.다.

  • 전력수요가 적을 때 잉여전력을 저장하고 전력수요가 많은 시간대나 전기료가 비싼 시간대에 저장된 전력을 사용함으로서 전력의 활용 효율을 높이고, 전력공급 시스템을 안정화하기 위해 에너지저장시스템의 연구가 최근에 활발히 진행되고 있다. 또한 공장, 산업용빌딩이나 병원 등 고르고 안정적인 전력의 수요는 늘어나고 있으며, 화석 연료 고갈 문제로 인한 신재생에너지 발전의 중요성도 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 무정전 전원장치, 태양광발전시스템, 에너지 저장 시스템을 모두 통합하였다. 제안한 시스템은 3상 인버터, 부스트 컨버터, 양방향 컨버터, 사이리스터 스위치로 구성된다. 인버터는 계통과 연계되거나 UPS 동작 시 AC 전력을 만든다. 부스트 컨버터는 태양광 패널과 연결되어 MPPT 제어를 수행한다. 양방향 컨버터는 잉여전력을 배터리에 저장을 하고, 전력이 부족할 시에는 배터리의 전력을 방전한다. 사이리스터 스위치는 정전 시 계통과 부하를 끊어주는 역할을 한다. 본 논문에서는 15kW급 시스템으로 구현하여 검증하였다.

  • It is required to develop a rational transmission tariff structure to ensure the fair participation of the player in the market where transmission sector remains as a monopoly after the electricity industry restructuring. The objective of this study is to suggest an improved transmission rate system which classifies the line capacity into line usage and reliability capacity based on their purpose of use and reasonably allocates the costs incurred by each of them to users.

  • It has been a basic model for the present electric power industry that more than two generators compete, and thereby the market clearing price and the generation schedules are determined through the bid process. In order for this paradigm to be applicable to real electric power systems and markets, it is necessary to reflect many physical and economic constraints related to frequency and transmission in the dispatching schedule. The paper presents an approach to deriving a Nash bargaining solution in a competitive electricity market where multiple generators are playing with the system operator who mitigates the transmission congestion to minimize the total transaction cost. In this study, we take the effect of the line flows and the role of system operator into the Game. Finally, a case study has been demonstrated to verify the proposed cooperative game.

  • 고체구조와 절연파괴의 관계를 확실하게 알아보기 위하여 온도 100[.deg.C]의 실리콘유 내에서 1시간 열처리한 시료에 대해서 직류(DC)와 임펄스 절연파괴특성을 검토했다. 시료의 결정화도는 적외선 흡수와 X선 회절실험 측정방법으로 평가했으며 그리고 시료의 결정립크기와 분상은 시차주사 열량측정을 이용하였다. 실험결과 결정화도의 크기는 서냉, 수냉, 원시료 그리고 급냉시료 순으로 적어짐을 확인하였고 각각 70.23[%], 61.6[%], 56.75[%] 및 34.7[%]를 얻었다. 온도 30, 50[.deg.C]에서 임펄스 절연파괴특성은 결정화도의 감소에 따라 높아지는데 이것은 전자열적파괴를 시사하고 있다. 그리고 온도의 증가에 따라 임펄스 절연파괴강도는 감소되는데 이것은 Frohlich-type의 파괴이론을 제시한다. 또한 직류절연파괴는 저온영역에서 결정화도에 거의 의존하지 않지만 그러나 고온영역에서는 약간 의존한다.

  • Premium Service is the next service to be developed after the Freephone Service and Credit Call Service which has currently been developed and is being now tested. Premium Service is a service which provide information on a telephone line. The calls are charged with a special rate which includes service and call charge. Public telecommunication operator performs charging and accounting from the service user for the service provider and for every service provided subtracts the commission from the part of service revenue and gives the rest back to the service provider. This paper is about the study on the implementation of the Premium Service in the Service Switching Point.

First, we determine the method of calculating Transmission loss factor using OPF (Optimal Power Flow) or PF (Power Flow Equation). Then, we decide that we applicate the factor which are identical value all the year or which are floating Transmission loss factor every each hour. In this study, we accomplish the method of computing Transmission cost in competitive market.

  • This paper was development of remote controller of pumping system by using ubiquitous for underground water contamination prevention in the area of glasshouse facility. This paper automatically controls from to temperature and humidity for pumping sprinkler at water hanging cultivation. This prevents indiscreetive development of underground water, and prevents damage of environmental pollution without complementary measures in case of water lacked humble-void. The result of this research, confirms decrease of electrical fee, prevention of indiscreet underground water usage and its drying up thought optimum farm products management and pumping control system.

Quality Characteristics of JungKwa made with Ginseng and the Effects of Different Types of Sweetners (감미료의 종류를 달리한 수삼정과의 품질 특성)

  • Jungkwa is traditional food in Korea and difficult to prepare. This study proposes to use a rice cooker to simplify the process of preparing ginseng jungkwa. The following is the summary of the study. This study examined low calorie sweeteners (xylitol, oligosaccharide, stevioside, erythritol) instead of sugar for ginseng jungkwa to satisfy customers' health needs. After adding sugar, xylitol, oligosaccharide, stevioside, and erythritol to ginseng jungkwa, moisture and sugar content were measured. Based on the results, the ginseng jungkwa made with xylitol had a low moisture content, but it had the highest sugar content. The ginseng jungkwa with xylitol had average sweetness equal to that of sugar. In addition, L-values were highest with stevioside whereas the b-values and a-values were highest with sugar. Hardness and springiness were highest in the ginseng jungkwa added with sugar while adhesiveness was highest in the ginseng jungkwa added with oligosaccharide. In a sensory evaluation, the appearance, flavor, taste, texture, and overall preference were highest for the oligosaccharide added ginseng jungkwa. In the end, the best low calorie sweetener for rice cooker prepared ginseng jungkwa proved to be oligosaccharide.

A Study of Cultural Aspects of Kimchi in 「Banchandeungsok」 (「반찬등속」에 기록된 김치의 식문화적 고찰)

  • "Banchandeungsok" is recipe book written by a woman from a noble family who lived in Cheongju during the late 1900s. The book has 9 among 46 Kimchi recipes. In this study, the literatures from 1700 to 1900s, "Jeungbosanlimkyeongje", "Gyuhapchongseo", "Siuijeonseo", "Buinpilji", "Bogamrok", and "Josenmussangsinsikyorijebeob" were reviewed to examine the significance of "Banchandeungsok" Kimchi in the aspect of food culture. The results are as follows. "Banchandeungsok" Kimchies were considered as typical type of Kimchi of the late Joseon, and the main ingredients include Chinese cabbage, white radish, and cucumber. Salted-fish juice was not used for making Mukimchi, Bachujjanji, Jjanji in "Banchandeungsok", and gallic, ginger, green onion were used as main spice. Therefore, "Banchandeungsok" Kimchies belongs to Damjeo (light salting) type, which is characterized by light and clear flavor of present Cheongju Kimchi. While salted-fish juice was not used for "Banchandeungsok" Kimchies, yellow corbina was used in the most of "Banchandeungsok" Kimchies. Various forms of pepper were used in "Banchandeungsok" Kimchies - green pepper, peper leaf, minced, sliced shredded and powdered red pepper. Two kinds of Kkakdugi were introduced in "Banchandeungsok", which is the first record in the literatures. A typical type of stuffed cucumber pickles and unique type of cucumber Kimchi appeared in "Banchandeungsok".
