인쇄학을 전공하는 대학생들은 현재 인쇄물화산업이 개선되어야 할 문제가 적지 않은 것으로 생각하고 있으나 인쇄문화산업의 미래는 긍정적이고 밝을 것으로 전망했다. 이 같은 결과는 프린팅코리아가 창간 6주년을 맞아 지난 6월 1부터 5일까지 부경대학교, 신구대학, 인천전문대, 중부대하교(이상 가나다 순)의 인쇄학과 재학생 가운데 271명(남학생 148명, 여학생 123명)을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과에서 밝혀진 것이다.

이 글은 지난 5월 29일 본 협회에서 주최한 세계도서의해 기념 강연회에서 “도서관학과 정보과학의 최근연양”이란 주제로 강연한 내용을 간추려 정리한 것이다. 연사 장기택 선생은 1962년에 도미하여 교육심리학 및 Documentation and Information Science를 전공하였다. 1968년에는 Appalachia 교육정보센터의 소장을 역임하였으며 현재는 미국심리학회(APA)의 National Information System for Psychology (NISP)개발 Project의 선임 정보전문가로 활약주이다. 따라서 금번 KIST의 초청으로 일시 귀국하여 약 2개월간 체한하는동안 선생의 바쁜 일정의 틈을 내어 고국의 도서관과 동지들을 위해 강연회를 갖었든 것이다.

현재 우리의 대학교육 체제가 크게 변화하고 있는 가운데 학부제의 도입이 최대의 관심사로 부각되고 있다. 그러나 대부분 대학이 학부제의 특성을 볼 수 있는 복수전공 취득이 가능한 구체적인 교육과정 등도 마련해놓지 않고 유사계열의 학과들을 묶어 학부라고 이름지음으로써 '학부제=학과 통폐합'이라는 오해를 불러 일으키며, 교육개혁에 대한 거부감마저 낳고 있다. 이른바 교육소비자 중심시대에 대비하기 위해서는 학부제만이 유일한 해결책은 아닐 것이다. 하지만 교육서비스의 수요자를 중심으로 한 학부제라면 경쟁력 있는 대학으로 가는 길임에는 틀림이 없는 것 같다.

저유탱크의 부식으로 인한 오일 누출로 주변토양 및 수질 악화현상을 집중 연구하여 농작물의 품질과 생산량에 미치는 문제점을 밝혀낸 건국대 농공학과 도덕현교수. 도교수는 최근 채석장 등 암반 사면에 수목을 이식하는 부분 녹화공법을 했으며 전공서적 고교 교과서 편찬 13권, 논문 연구보고서 80여편을 발표하는 등 왕성한 연구활동을 계속하고 있다.

대학때 화학을 전공하고 미국에 유학 M.I.T에서 영양생화학으로 박사학위를 받은 연세대 식품영양학과 이양자교수는 '정세인의 건강증진프로그램'을 개발해 교직원의 건강관리를 맡고 있는 장본인이다. 우리나라가 선진국으로 갈수록 꼭 필요한 학문은 식품영양학이라고 말하는 이교수는 한국 식품영양학계으 대모로 왕성한 연구활동을 하고 있다.

Fuzzing Test 와 같은 자동화된 소프트웨어 테스트 기법이 점차 출현함에 따라, 소프트웨어 테스트의 시간적 효율성과 성능의 상충을 조절하여 최적의 테스트를 진행하려는 시도가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 소프트웨어 테스트 기법을 하드웨어 단위에서 지원할 수 있는 기능을 확률 기반 명령어 생략 구조를 통해 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate on the effects of volunteering, self-esteem and job-esteem on major satisfaction among the nursing students. This study used a descriptive research design. The participants of this study were 339 nursing students at 2 university in south and north Jeolla-do. 34.8% of the respondents have done volunteer work. Self-esteem was significantly affected by sex, religion, economic status, satisfaction of school life and Job-esteem was significantly affected by religion, satisfaction of school life. Major satisfaction was significantly affected by grade, economic status, satisfaction of school life. Satisfaction on the volunteering work had significant effect on the self-esteem statistically and volunteering experience and the number of volunteering has significant effect on the job-esteem. Major satisfaction was significantly affected by the number of volunteering work, days of volunteering and satisfaction in volunteering work. Related factors affecting major satisfaction was satisfaction of school life, self-esteem and job-esteem. Through this result, it could be suggested that is a need for a strategies to increase satisfaction of school life, self-esteem and job-esteem in order to improve major satisfaction among nursing students.

The purpose of this paper was to evaluate the mediating effect of occupational engagement on the relation of college students' character strength on career adaptability. In order to accomplish the purpose of this paper, the subjects were students majoring in Multimedia content at University in Pusan, Instruments used in the research were as follows: Career Adapt-Ability Scale(CAAS), Korea-Adapted Virtue Inventory of Strength(K-AVIS), and Occupational Engagement. The results of this research were as follows: First, Male college students had higher degree of career adaptability than female students. Second, sub-factors of character strength had significantly effected on career adaptability. Finally, occupational engagement moderated partially on the relation between career adaptability and character strength.
