광역도시계획은 전략계획, 정책계획, 지침계획의 성격을 지니는 공간계획으로 청사진 계획으로 운용되어 온 기존의 광역개발계획 및 도시기본계획과 구분된다. 광역도시계획이 정하는 사항은 도시기본계획 및 관련 하위계획에서 기본적 취지를 검토하여 집행됨으로써 이들 계획에 대하여 지침 (guideline)적 성격을 가지나, 직접적으로 개별 개발행위나 토지이용행위를 구속하지는 않는다. 행정중심복합도시 광역도시계획에 대한 전략환경평가는 국토해양부 시행지침에서 제시한 절차를 준용하되, 계획수립 여건을 고려하여 평가계획 수립, 항목과 범위 설정(scoping), 환경성평가, 보고서 작성, 보고서 검토, 모니터링 및 사후평가의 6단계로 진행하였다. 전략환경평가 시 구체적인 항목과 범위, 평가방법 등은 계획의 범위와 성격, 내용 등에 대해 대안의 비교 검토가 가능하도록 4가지 사항을 중점적으로 고려하였다. 즉, 정책목표 달성방법의 환경 적 적정성, 대안의 설정, 자원과 에너지 이용의 효율성, 계획이 지구환경에 미치는 영향 등이다. 계획의 환경성 제고를 위해 설정한 항목은 인구, 토지이용계획, 교통계획, 녹지관리 등 4가지이며, 평가과정에서 반복 및 환류를 통하여 계획과 평가간의 연계성을 도모하였다. 이 과정에서 공간구조 변화는 행정중심복합도시를 정점으로 하고 주변 연결거점을 3개로 늘려 조정하였다.

Traffic volume increases according to highway expansion and industrial development which causes repetitive defect and durability degradation on pavement. The research of quality assurance system used abroad has introduced Korea. Korea Expressway Corporation (KEC) has developed a Quality Performance Index (QPI) that quantitatively assesses the level of quality of the final product, and practical applications. Assessment factor on concrete pavement consisted of pavement thickness, compressive strength, IRI and spacing factor. Assessment factor on concrete pavement is determined by empirical evaluation factor from abroad. In this study, analysis of evaluation factors of concrete pavement by using pavement life prediction simulation and measured data were evaluated with consideration of feasibility of the assessment factor. Pavement life, performance and durability are affected by pavement thickness, compressive strength, IRI and spacing factor in assessment factor on concrete pavement, QPI.

형사소송의 목적은 사안의 진상을 밝혀 적정한 형벌권을 실현하는데 있다. 수사기관은 범죄사실을 명백히 밝히기 위하여 아직도 과학적인 수사보다는 자백에 의존하는 경향이 있다는 것은 주지의 사실이다. 수사를 함에 있어 자백에 의존하는 것은 고문 등 강압수사의 위험성이 크다. 이를 방지하기 위하여 형사소송법 제309조는 자백배제법칙을 채택하고 있다. 자백배제법칙을 검토함에 있어서는 무엇보다도 먼저 자백의 임의성에 대한 입증을 살펴보아야 할 것이다. 따라서 본고는 강압수사방지를 위하여 자백의 임의성에 대한 거증책임 문제, 임의성의 기초사실증명 등에 관하여 몇 가지 쟁점을 검토하고자 한다.

This is an implementation study towards the development of a strategy to improve the pneumonia adequacy evaluation index of regional public hospital and to confirm its effectiveness. One physician, eight nurses, one computer room staff, and one nursing professor working at a regional base public hospital located in N city participated in this study from March to October 2021. An implementation study was conducted based on the conceptual model of Zuber-Skerritt & Fletcher. The stages of planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection were operated in two cycles, and the effectiveness was evaluated in the second and third quarters. Compared to the pneumonia adequacy evaluation index in 2019, all indicators reached 100% of the standard target in 2021. The results of this study therefore infer that to provide higher quality medical services in the future, it is necessary to apply medical quality improvement activities through practical research under multidisciplinary participation and cooperation and to review the applicability of clinical sites.

초등학교 교과서에 사용된 어휘의 수준을 보기 위해 교과서에 쓰인 어휘의 사용 빈도를 포함하여 결정에 영향력을 미칠 요소를 파악하고 요소간의 관계를 설립하여 교육용 어휘 설정의 나아갈 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 7차 교육과정에 있는 초등학교 교과서에서 국어 어휘 교육 관련 항목을 살펴 이들의 단계별 학습 수준의 고려가 이루어져 있는지를 검토하고자 한다. 수준별 교육 과정에서 밝히고 있는 어휘 의미 교육의 위계가 세부적이고 치밀한 수준의 적정성을 바탕으로 하여 구성되어 있는지를 검토하고 초등학교 교육용 어휘 선정의 문제 분석을 통해 기본 어휘와 기초 어휘 분류의 적정 기준과 학습 활동에 있어 언어 사용 능력으로서의 어휘력과 언어 체계 속의 어휘력을 구분할 필요가 있음을 설명하고자 한다.

계선주는 선박이 접안 중 안전성을 확보하는 설비로서 계류안전성 평가에 필수 설비 중 하나이다. 이러한 계선주는 국내 항만 및 어항설계 기준의 견인력에 따라 규격이 구분되어 설치되나 규격별 성능 확인을 위한 평가 방법이 제시되지 않아 평가 방법 검토가 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 견인력에 따라 설치되는 계선주 규격별 제원을 분석하여 재질과 특성에 따라 견인력에 따라 작용하는 수평력과 수직력을 휨 응력과 전단 응력으로 나누어 분석하고 이에 따른 성능 적정성을 평가하고 살제 허용 견인력을 평가 하고자 하였다. 또한 계선주 설치 후 노후화로 인한 성능 변경을 평가하고 예측하고자 두께를 통한 평가 방안을 검토하고자 하였다.

In this study, we conducted a case analysis of the building finish and equipment deterioration sector in the validity assessment of safety inspection findings for reconstruction. A total of 21 cases were analyzed to confirm the characteristic of performance score for each subsector. It is confirmed that the average performance score was generally affected by maintenance activity, had regional characteristics.

본 연구에서는 가공배전선로의 상하단 단락고장을 예방하기 위하여 현행 관련 기준의 적정성 여부를 검토하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 기준이도, 완철의 최소 이격거리, 미국 NESC(National Electric Safety Code)의 수직선간이격거리에 대하여 문헌적 고찰을 한 후, 이를 토대로 국내에 적용할 수직선간이격거리 및 지상고 검토 조건을 도출하였고, 기준이도 적용 시 가공배전선 종류별 75^{\circ}C$이도를 계산하여 그 결과들을 비교 검토하였다. 그 결과 상하단 선간단락 고장을 예방하기 위하여 나전선의 기준이도를 특고압전선과 동일하게 적용하여야 하며, 특고압 완철 간의 최소이격거리는 경간 100m 이상에서 수직이격거리가 부족하므로 0.1m 정도 증가 시키는 것이 바람직하다는 것을 발견하였다.

The objectives of this research are to develop hazard prediction map S/W for mountain river road. This mountain river road disaster happens by debris flow, landslide, debris accumulation and this cause are locally rainfall and heavy rainfall. System is constructed to GIS base. This research app lied to Kangwondo. We developed protocol to analyze calamity danger in mountain district area and examined propriety system. Furthermore examined the DB required and expression plan for hazard map creation SW construction by mountain rivers road.
