A Study on Management Strategies and Management Performance According to Organizational Culture Types in the Digital Economy Era (디지털 경제 시대의 조직문화 유형에 따른 경영전략 및 경영성과에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate how the management strategies and organizational culture required in the digital economy have an effect on business performance. It provided basic data on management strategies and organizational culture necessary to approach as a digital leading country. For data collection, a survey was conducted from March 1 to May 30, 2022 for companies located in J province and engaged in industries related to the digital economy. The survey was conducted online and non-face-to-face, and a total of 225 companies participated in the survey. For statistical analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis, cluster analysis, independent sample t-test, and multiple regression analysis were performed. The research results are as follows. First, organizational culture was classified into high and low groups according to preference in innovation oriented, relationship oriented, task oriented, and hierarchical oriented. Second, the 4 types of organizational culture showed differences in prospectors strategy, analyzers strategy, defenders strategy, differentiation strategy, cost leadership strategy, financial performance, and non-financial performance according to preference. Third, management strategies affecting financial performance were found to be analyzers strategy, differentiation strategy, prospectors strategy, and cost leadership strategy. Fourth, management strategies affecting non-financial performance were found to be differentiation strategy, defenders strategy, analysis strategy, offensive strategy, cost leadership strategy, and focus strategy. Fifth, organizational culture affecting financial performance was found to be task oriented. Sixth, organizational culture affecting non-financial performance was found to be innovation oriented and relationship oriented. Through these studies, it is expected that the economy will be revitalized in the domestic market and a growth ecosystem that can take a new leap forward is created in the global market.

Comparative Analysis on Climate Adaptation and Mitigation Plans of 8 Pilot Cities (국내 기후변화 시범도시의 완화와 적응계획 비교연구)

  • The purpose of this paper is to draw main characteristics of local climate change plans of 8 pilot cities through a serious of comparative analyses. The results of the analyses on the mitigation plans and the adaptation plans are the followings; Firstly, climate change plans have two types of distinctive frameworks. Secondly, vision, objectives, and main strategies are composed of main key words. The key words of mitigation plans are low carbon, GHG, green city, energy, and green growth. Adaptation, ecosystem, healthy, safe, disaster, water are the key words that frequently shown in adaptation plan. Thirdly, the mitigation plans tend to place emphasis on transportation and common area. The adaptation plans tend to weigh on water control and forestry. The main characteristics of both mitigation plans and adaptation plans of 8 pilot cities are summarized and policy implications are suggested.

Empirical Study on the Distribution Localization Degree of Korean Firms in China (중국진출 한국기업의 유통분야 현지적응 정도에 관한 실증연구)

  • As Chinese political and economical status gets higher, a lot of multinational firms have tried to find some chances from the Chinese market successfully. Though geographically Korea is located closely to China, a lot of firms entering into Chinese market have turned out failed. Thus, this study researched Korean manufacturing firms in China, surveyed their localization degree of distribution, and tried to find out factors which influence these localization from a far-reaching literature. As a result of analyzing 146 questionnaires, the length of channel, among Chinese environmental factors, has a positive influence on the distribution localization degree. In addition, the factor of distribution relation assets has a positive effect on the distribution localization degree. Considering this study, the Chinese market, especially distribution field, has recently grown up to the world-class level. Therefore a firm intending to enter into China needs to be careful not to underestimate China.

Effects of Part RElease Policies to Performance of Manufacturing Systems (부품투입정책이 시스템 성능에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • FMS를 비롯한 대부분의 제조시스템의 운용을 위해서는 크게 전략적 의사결저오가 전술적 읫사결저이 필요하며, 이 중 전술적 의사결증은 부품 선택, 생산율 결정, 부하할당, 부품 투입, 일정계획 문제등과 관련되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 부품투입시점과 부품투입순서에 의해 결정된 부품투입 정책이 시스템 성능에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해서, 서울대학교부설 자동화시스템공동연구소(ASRI)내의 FMS/CIM Center를 대상으로 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. ASRI-FMS /CIM Center 는 기계가공과 조립이 동시에 이루어지는 FMAS(Flexible Mauufacturing & Assembly System) 형태의 모형공장이며, 현재 세 종류의 모터 등을 생산할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 고려한 부품투입시점 전략으로는 고정 WIP(Work-in-process)유지전략 , 병목기계 전략, 일정비율 투입전략 등이며, 부품 투입순서 전략으로는 크게 주기적 투입전략과 비주기적 투입전략을 고려하였다. 또한 이러한 부품 투입정책들이 시스템 내에서 적용할 수 있는 여러 가지 우선순위규칙 등과 함께 사용될 때, 나타나는 상호관계를 파악하기 위한 연구가 수행되었다. 아울러 병목기계 추가도입, 물류운반시간의 감소 등과 같이 가능한 범위에서 현재의 시스템 조건이 바뀐 상황에 대해서도 시뮬레이션을 수행함으로써, 추후 변경된 시스템에서도 본 연구의 결과가 적응될 수 있도록 하였다.

  • 사화나 경제와 같은 동적 시스템에서 행동에 대한 적절성은 주위의 개체들에 의해 평가되고 일반적으로 동적 시스템에서 개체들의 행동은 주위 상황의 변화에 민감한 자극-반응의 형태로 나뉜다. 본 논문에서는 그와 같은 동적 시스템을 간단한 반복적 죄수의 딜레마게임으로 모델링하고 에이전트들의 연합을 통해 일반화 능력을 향상시킴으로써 환경변화에 보다 적응적으로 반응하도록 한다. 이를 위해 반복적 죄수의 딜레마 게임에서 획득된 전략 연합에서 에이전트들의 신뢰도를 조정함으로써 일반화 능력이 향상되도록 하였다. 실험결과, 전략 연합에서 에이전트들의 신뢰도를 진화적으로 조정함으로써 일반화 능력을 크게 향상시킬 수 있음을 볼 수 있었다.

The Effects of Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies on the Professional Quality of Life in Hospital Nurses (병원간호사의 인지적 정서조절전략이 전문직 삶의 질에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the cognitive emotion regulation strategies and professional quality of life to identify factors affecting the professional quality of life in hospital nurses. The participants were 176 staff nurses working at a university hospital in Seoul. Data were collected using a structured online questionnaire from March 3 to 16, 2020. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. The cognitive emotion regulation strategies of hospital nurses were identified as factors affecting the professional quality of life. Adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategy (β=.501, p<.001) had significant effects on the participants' compassion satisfaction, and the explanatory power was 24.8%. The variables affecting burnout were adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategy (β=-.435, p<.001), maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategy (β=.427, p<.001), and educational level (β=.188, p=.046), and the explanatory power was 36.8%. In addition, the maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategy (β=.502, p<.001) had significant effects on secondary traumatic stress of the participants, and the explanatory power was 24.4%. Based on this, it is necessary to develop programs to improve the professional quality of life of hospital nurses, focusing on acquiring adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies and using less maladaptive strategies.

  • 컴퓨터 전략 시뮬레이션 게임 설계에서는 Master ADU(Artificial Decision Unit)의 전략 수립을 위한 방법으로 다양한 기법들이 연구되고 있다. 특히 한정된 자원 하에서 게임을 사실적이고 지적인 기능을 구현하기 위해 치팅(Cheating)을 활용하거나 간단한 인공지능 기법이 적용되고 있다. 하지만 이 기법들은 사용자 적응성 및 전략 수립의 단순성을 야기하는 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전략 시뮬레이션 게임의 전략 수립 에이전트인 Master ADU(Artificial Decision Unit)를 위하여 셀룰라 오토마타의 초기 규칙 생성에 유전자 알고리즘의 교배 및 돌연변이, 적합도 평가를 거친 유전자 형을 적용한 혼합형 전략 수립 기법을 제안한다 이 기법은 ADU가 적합한 유전자 형을 생산 및 선택하여 사용자에 대해 적극적으로 학습할 수 있었다.
