The study classified speech styles of shopping hosts and tried to examine how the classified speech styles have an effect on the evaluation of shopping hosts and the purchase intentions. In the evaluation of speech styles of shopping hosts, except customer-oriented confutative style, credibility, descriptive relevance, other speech styles are analyzed to have an impact on the styles. When we investigate the influential relations between speech styles proved by a theory and the evaluation of shopping hosts, the demonstrative style comes first, the expressive style is next and the descriptive follows in terms of influential power. In terms of the purchasing intention, speech styles of shopping hosts have an effect on the demonstrative and expressive types rather than the elucidative and descriptive ones. Namely, the analysis shows that the speech style which is logically persuasive and expresses the contents in detail is preferred to the descriptive and leading speech style.

There will be coming soon a sequence of the so-called election season in Korea. That is the 20th session of general elections and the 19th presidential election which are taking place one after another. When we talk about presidential candidate, we may realize that the choice were relied upon candidate's facial appearance and speech, voice, dress, and so on. One poll showed that capacity and policy were ranked high and figure and image were ranked next by asking "what is the most important factor when you vote for the president?" This study looked into the candidate's face of a newly elected public office through the election voting. I studied how the factors of sex and beauty may affect on the election results. I analyse survey of candidate's photo on the election leaflets. Analyzed result said that candidate's competency and trust have strong relations in the voting choice rather than beauty even if it is statistically significant. I also find that both beauty and competency are positively interrelated.

PFI(Private Finance Initiative) Project is carried to expand infrastructure effectively through participation of private investment. From the year 2005, the range is expanded not only industrial infrastructure such as made road, harbors and so on but living infrastructure such as school facilities, environmental facilities. For this reason BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease) system is mainly used in new private finance initiative project but in existing private finance initiative project BTO(Build-Transfer-Operate) system was used. BTL system is operated to judge fitness of private investment and classified into quantitative VFM(Value for Money) and qualitative VFM. In this research the estimation item of qualitative VFM which is hard to deduce the effect is created and after surveying of questionnaire in target of experts, relative importance and weight is established with AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). By estimating efficiency and benefit of quantitative VFM and qualitative VFM aspect effectively it is expected to support a rational making decision for operating BTL.

This study is intended to investigate if the standard of vocational rehabilitation service could be solely determined by medical standard for disability definement and to find out what alternatives are available to resolve practical problems for those who are not identified as the severely disabled by the disability definement but do experience severe handicaps at work. Through the literature review, the researcher argued that the concept of 'functional limitation' would be a criteria, and thereby applied Modified Barthel Index to measure the degree of functional limitation. In view of researching the relationship among physical impairment, functional limitation, and job status based on 381 cerebral palsied, variables such as the type of cerebral palsy and the part of paralysis, have neither direct nor indirect influence to the job status; however, the pain and the mobility have indirect effects, and the ability of self-management has direct effect on the job status. The researcher concluded that future research about disabilities needs to provide a serious thought on what it is to be defined as 'disabilities', as well as to focus on further research conceptualizing the degree of physical 'functional limitation'.

Purpose: This study is for the facility eligibility and improvement evaluation analysis for the patient care environment of 7 facilities which has national inpatient isolation units. Methods: For the evaluation, first of all, the patient care environment of national inpatient isolation units are scrutinized by the checklist which is used on from 2014 with the 4 fields of criteria : architectural planning and layout, general requirement and condition for operating the negative pressured isolated patient room, HVAC system, and waste water discharging system. Finally, the evaluation results are compared with that of 2014. Results: The result shows that the average value of facility eligibility is 89.3 percent and which is 8.9 percent higher than the value before the MERS occurred. Implications: It is clear that facility remodeling of 7 institutions is being performed continuously, and the result of facility eligibility evaluation is reflected on design of a new 21 national inpatient isolation units those are going to be constructed from 2016. Therefore, it is expected that this study is used as a practical reference to establish the criteria of patient care environment management and safety management for both infectious disease outbreak and general service condition.

Verifying about eligibility of targeted site is necessary for execute Afforestation and Reforestation Clean Development Mechanism (A/R CDM) project which is followed by system of Kyoto protocol. The site have to be identified by which could not be in conformity with definition of forest. This study tried to propose a technology of classify for site selection of A/R CDM. We chose several parts of Yangpyeng as study area and applied LiDAR data and remotely sensed imagery for considering about tree height, degree of crown closure, and land area which 3 factors for identify forest. LiDAR data was used for offset the shortage of remotely sensed imagery that cannot perfectly determine the forest definition due to absence of 3-dimentional information, but can be obtained from LiDAR. Considering tree height, degree of crown closure, and land area simultaneously by moving window, classified fields to forest and non forest based on pixel size. As a result, 124.06 ha for suitable to doing plantation and approximately 357.02 ha are in negative. Technology that applied for analyzing will provide fundamental methodology not only site selection for A/R CDM, but will be utilized in other Kyoto protocol.

The purpose of this study was to investigate cephalometrically the short term static velopharyngeal changes in 25 patients (10 boys and 15 girls, aged from 5 years 9 months to 12 years 10 months in the beginning of treatment) with skeletal Class III malocclusions who underwent nonsurgical maxillary protraction therapy with a facemask. The linear, angular and ratio measurements were made on lateral cephalograms. Only the change in hard palatal plane angle was negatively correlated with the change in maxillary depth or N-perp to A (p<0.01). The change in velar angle showed a statistically significant increase (p<0.001). This change was influenced more by the soft palatal plane angle than by the hard palatal plane angle (p<0.001). The changes in soft tissue nasopharyngeal depth and hard tissue nasopharyngeal depth showed statistically significant increases (p<0.001). Correlations between the changes in soft tissue (or hard tissue) nasopharyngeal depth and the change in soft palatal plane angle were significant (p<0.05). The increase in hard palate length was statistically significant (p<0.001). The change in hard palate length was negatively correlated with the change in soft tissue nasopharyngeal depth (p<0.05). The change in need ratio S (C) showed a statistically significant increase (p<0.001). But this difference was within the normal range reported by previous studies. These findings indicate that the velopharyngeal competence was maintained even if the anatomical condition of the static velopharyngeal area were changed after maxillary protraction.

This study aims to develop suitable and appropriate support models for ADHD children to provide effective and efficient support for the target children. The diverse characteristics of target area, educational, social conditions, and supporting organization and delivery systems have been comprehensively considered. Domestic and overseas literature review has been performed to analyze the status of support services for ADHD children to develop the model. The FGI was adapted to identify eligibility and expectations for the qualification of ADHD children and the awareness and expectations of relevant professionals. Based on the theoretical rationale and empirical analysis results derived from these systematic procedures, suitable and appropriate support models were developed for ADHD children as a special educational subjects. The support model includes the development of individualized support programs for the needs of the entire ADHD student population, which require screening and assessment of the entire student population and requiring support for special needs. Support methods were developed in a system that supports family support, educational support, medical assistance, and medical support.

To promote the way of resolving the increasing disputes regarding international intellectual property by arbitration, we should overcome uncertainty thwarting the dispute resolution; i.e., whether a dispute regarding intellectual property would be an arbitrable subject, whether the arbitration agreement would be valid and enforceable, and whether the arbitral award could be recognized and enforced in a foreign country. This article is intended to seek how to promote and facilitate the resolution of international disputes regarding intellectual property by arbitration. This article in Chapter II will examine the characteristics of the IP disputes first. Chapter III of this article will study arbitrability of IP disputes. Then, Chapter IV will discuss the requirements, validity, and effectiveness of arbitration agreement of international IP disputes. The author will discuss the procedure of arbitration of the international IP disputes in Chapter V, and finally the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards thereon in Chapter VI. Due to the so called 'territoriality principle' in intellectual property, the international disputes thereof confront numerous procedural setback, e.g., jurisdiction, conflict of laws, the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments or awards. To overcome such setbacks, I propose resolution of international IP disputes by one-step arbitration procedure through widely recognizing the arbitrability of IP disputes, and utilizing unnational nature of arbitration. In addition, I propose to set up the principles as to arbitration of the international IP disputes as the American Law Institute has formulated the principles for International Intellectual Property Litigations. By setting up these principles, I am certain it will be helpful to just and prompt resolution of international IP disputes which occur more frequently these days.
