A Study on Joint Design Factors for Low Vibration Vehicle (저진동 차량을 위한 결합부 인자 연구)

  • Vehicle body frame stiffness affects the dynamic and static characteristics. Vehicle frame structure performance is greatly affected by crossmember and joint design. While the structural characteristic of these joint vary widely, there is no known tool currently in use that quickly predicts joint stiffness early in design cycle. This paper present the joint design factors affecting on low frequency vibration. The joint factors are joint panel thickness, flange width and weld point space. To study the effect on vehicle low frequency vibration, case studies for these factors are performed. The result can present design guide for high-stiffness vehicle.

  • In this paper, we present a 20 GHz low-loss dual-mode channel filter designed by using mode matching method. The performance of dual-mode channel filter mainly depends on iris characteristics. Therefore the exact design of iris is the key point to get good frequncy response of the filter. MOde matching technique is widely used ot design several kinds of waveguide filters because it is simple in theory and can easily calculate the scattering matrices at the discontinuities with simple structure like iris coupled filters. Additionally the effect for finite thickness of the iris in the dual-mode cavity iflter is analyzed by te full-wave method, providing the exact filter implementation without trial and error.

  • This paper presents a low-power and high-speed pulsed flip-flop based on dual-precharging and conditional discharging. The dual-precharging operation minimizes the parasitic capacitance of each precharge node, resulting in high-speed operation. The conditional-discharging operation minimizes the redundant transitions of precharge nodes, resulting in low-power operation. Linear feedback shift register (LFSR) designed in a $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS technology using the proposed flip-flop achieves 32% power reduction as compared to conventional design.

  • 본 논문에서는 개방형 파이프라인 구조를 이용한 8비트 500Msamples/s ADC를 제안하였다. 8-비트의 해상도에 적합하면서 전력 소모가 적은 5 단 파이프라인 구조로 설계하였으며, 고속 동작에 적합하게 MUX 스위치에서 선택한 신호를 인터폴레이션하는 개방형 구조를 채택하였다. 전력 소모와 전체 칩 면적을 줄이기 위해서, 각 단에서 필요한 신호의 수를 줄이도록 설계하였다. 설계된 ADC 는 3 개의 신호를 이용하여 구현 함으로서 각 단에서의 증폭기 수틀 줄일 수 있었다. 또한 1.8V 의 낮은 전원 전압에 의한 작은 입력 범위에서 8-비트의 해상도를 만족하기 위해서 Offset Cancellation 기법을 사용하였다. 제안된 ADC 는 0.18μ m 일반 CMOS 공정을 이용하여 설계되었으며 시뮬레이션 결과 500Msamples/s에서 220mW의 전력 소모를 가지며, 1.2Vp-p (Differential) 입력 범위에 대해서 약 48dB의 SNDR을(8-비트의 해상도) 가짐을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • In high-capacity disk drives with ever-growing track density, the allowable level of position error signal (PES) is becoming smaller and smaller. In order to achieve the high TPI disk drive, it is necessary to improve the writing accuracy during the STW(servo track writing) process through the reduction of TMR sources. Among the main contributors of the NRRO(Non-Repeatable Run-out) PES, the disk vibration and the HSA(head-stack assembly) vibration is considered to be one of the most significant factors. Also the most contributors of RRO(Repeatable Run- out) come from the contributors of NRRO which is written-in at the time of STW(servo track writing) process. In this paper, the experimental test result shows that the effect of NRRO on servo written-in RRO effectively can be reduced through a STW process under low dense medium condition such as semi-vacuum.

  • 본 논문에서는 Piezoelectric effect를 이용하여 인체의 움직임에 의한 진동 에너지를 전기적 에너지로 변환, 저장하고 이를 사용하여 온도 정보를 RF신호로 약 20 m 거리의 수신기로 전송할 수 있는 ubiquitous 네트워크용 센서 모듈을 설계.제작하고, 그 동작을 확인하였다. 또한 가장 빈번하게 신호를 보내기 위한 저장커패시터의 용량과 충전전압의 조합을 수식적으로 유도하였고 이 결과를 실험적으로 확인하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 868/915MHz 대역 IEEE 802.15.4b LR-WPAN(Low-Rate Wireless Personal Area Network; ZigBee)시스템의 수신기를 위한 주파수 옵셋 영향을 감소시키는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 저가 구현을 지향하는 LR-WPAN 시스템의 특성에 맞추어 반송파 중심주파수의 $\pm$80ppm에 해당하는 주파수 옵셋 환경에서 안정된 수신을 보장할 수 있는 알고리즘으로 868/915MHz수신기 Correlator에 multiple delay differential filter를 적용함으로써 주파수 옵셋에 대한 강인성 및 수신 성능의 안정성을 증대시켰다.

  • 본 논문에서는 실내조명을 이용해 휴대폰 배터리 등의 충전기기를 효율적으로 충전하기 위한 방법을 연구하였다. 형광등 아래에서 태양전지의 저전압 출력을 에너지 하베스팅 용으로 개발된 초저전력 승압컨버터 칩으로 승압하여 저장커패시터를 충전하고 충전전압이 3.3 V가 되면 자동적으로 LED가 켜지고 방전하여 2.8 V가 되면 LED가 자동적으로 꺼지는 실험회로를 구성하여 실험하였다. 실험결과 형광등에 의한 350 lux 조도에서는 $60cm^2$ 크기의 태양전지를 이용하여 일반적인 스마트폰 대기소모전류(${\simeq}10mA$)의 5.7% 정도를 얻을 수 있었으며, 직사광선이 닿지 않는 실내 창가 1000 lux 조도에서는 12% 정도의 전류를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • In this study, position and force simultaneous trajectory tracking control system with pneumatic cylinder driving apparatus is proposed. The pneumatic cylinder driving apparatus that consists of two pneumatic cylinders constrained in series and two proportional flow control valves offers a considerable advantage as to non-interaction of the actuators because of the low stiffness of the pneumatic cylinders. The controller applied to the driving system is composed of a non-interaction controller to compensate for interaction of two cylinders and a disturbance observer to reduce the effect of model discrepancy of the driving system in the low frequency range that cannot be suppressed by the non-interaction controller. The experimental results with the proposed control system show that the interacting effects of two cylinders are eliminated remarkably and the proposed control system tracks the given position and force trajectories accurately.

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop the straightforward design guidelines of PD/PID speed controller for Industry servo drives with plug and play concept. The controller gains are uniquely determined from the current control loop dynamics, speed loop delay, and mechanical parameters. In order to eliminate the mechanical friction uncertainties, an automatic PD/PI control mode switching algorithm Is introduced using online spectrum analysis of motor torque command. The dynamic performance of the proposed scheme assures a fast tracking response curve with minimal oscillation and settling time over the whole operating conditions. For comprehensive comparison of conventional PI control scheme, extensive test is carried out on actual servo system.
