In Intellectual Subject the learning is applied individualization learning but In Computer Subject most teachers teach the curriculum with altogether lesson because of lack about understanding computer subject and the great gap of student's beforehand. The purpose of this paper is to suggest Customized Educational Program to help teachers apply in the classroom and to analyze the effect of educational using Personalized Learning model on the improvement of student's learning attitude and self-directed learning ability. For this study, after the Personalized Learning model class, measured learning attitude, student's class satisfaction and the expanding of self-directed learning ability by the self-assessment reports, a product, teacher's evaluation.

A purpose of the system proposed in this paper is to help learners pursue proactive and self-oriented education by allowing learners to proactively configure their own content, that is, learners no longer have to be restricted by prescribed sequence of lectures. In general, most LMSs cannot meet every individual's educational needs because they structure their programs by letting learners simply choose from a list of available lectures at prescribed level or difficulty. However the Self-Leading LMS eliminates such boundaries by allowing learners to choose contents and difficulty within the limit set by their own educational competence.

이 세상의 모든 저작물은 기본적으로 아이디어와 표현의로 구성되어 있다. 교육용 소프트웨어, 게임 소프트웨어, 영화 등 디지털콘텐츠도 예외는 아니다. 저작물에서 Idea와 표현을 구별하는 것은 소송에서 피고에 의해 복제된 부분이 저작권을 침해 했는가를 판단하는데 있어서 매우 중요하다. 그 이유는 저작권법이 표현을 보호하고 Idea 는 보호하지 않기 대문이다. 미야자키하야오의 감독의 최근 애니메이션인 "하울의 움직이는 성"에서 어떤 부분이 Idea이며 또 표현인지를 정확히 구분하기란 대단히 어려운 일이다. 19세 소녀가 미녀의 저주에 결려 90세 할머니로 변해 미녀들의 심장을 먹고 산다는 하울의 움직이는 성에 들어가 격는 모험, 사랑, 마법 등 플롯(plot)은 과연 Idea일까, 아니면 표현일까? 이하에서는 Idea와 표현 2분법을 저작권법의 기본 원리로서 둔 법정책적 근거에 대해 살펴보고, 문학,미술,음악, 컴퓨터프로그램 등 다양한 종류의 저작물에 있어서 Idea와 표현은 무엇이며 또 어떻게 식별할 수 있는지 몇가지 사례를 통해 알아 보도록 하겠다.

가상증강현실은 장비와 소프트웨어의 기술 발전에 힘입어 산업적인 비즈니스 모델들이 날로 증가하고 있으며 교육, 엔터테인먼트, 관광, 안전, 의료, 국방 등 모든 분야에서 적용에 관한 요구가 급증하고 있는 실정이다. 특히 가상증강현실의 장점인 높은 몰입도와 체감도에 대한 만족도가 요소로 여러 분야의 다양한 VR/AR 콘텐츠가 개발되고 있다. 그러나 아직 지식재산 관점에서의 침해 또는 보호에 대한 정책이 제대로 마련되어 있지 않은 상태다. 본 연구에서는 VR/AR콘텐츠에 대해서 지식재산 관점에서 침해에 대한 법률적 해석과 게임콘텐츠 저작권 보호와 같은 제도가 마련되어야 한다는 필요성에 대해 고찰하고 그 대안을 모색해 보고자 한다.

최근 논문의 표절 및 저작권과 관련하여 여러 가지 사건들이 일어나 많은 관심과 우려를 불러일으키고 있다. 특히 인터넷 통신의 발달 및 워드프로세서의 기능 향상으로 인해 일선 교육현장에서의 표절에 간한 문제는 더욱 커지고 있다. 하지만 문서의 표절 여부를 가려내는 작업은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 과제로 제출되는 일반 문서의 경우 본문의 내용이나 문서의 개수를 고려해 볼 때 사람이 직접 표절 여부를 검사하는 것은 매우 힘든 작업이다. 그리고 어간, 어미의 변형이 쉽게 일어날 수 있는 한글의 경우에는 영어에서처럼 어절 단위로 두 문서를 비교하여 표절여부를 판정하는 기존의 방법은 적합하지가 않다 본 논문에서는 한글로 작성된 텍스트 문서의 표절 여부를 효과적으로 검출해 내기 위한 새로운 방법들을 제시하고 있다. 그리고 실제로 수집된 다양한 문서 데이터 집합들에 대해 각각의 방법들을 테스트해 보고 실제 데이터에서 가장 효율적인 방범이 어떤 깃인지 제시한다

본 연구는 오픈액세스 개념을 혁신확산이론의 주요 속성을 바탕으로 분석한 것이다. 데이터는 국내학술지 편집담당자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 수집하였다. 그 결과 국내에서 오픈액세스는 독자가 논문을 편리하고 신속하게 이용할 수 있도록 하는 상대적인 이점을 가지지만, 오픈액세스를 시행하기 위해 구체적인 정책을 세우는 등의 복잡함이 있으며 논문이 많이 인용되거나 학술지의 영향력지수가 상승할 것이라는 기대에 비해 실제로 오픈액세스의 긍정적인 효과를 체감하고 있지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 국내에서 오픈액세스 정착을 위해 정책과 저작권 분야의 교육 실시가 필요하며 성공사례 공유를 통해 오픈액세스에 대한 긍정적인 인식이 확산될 수 있도록 노력해야할 것이다.

This study Performed five weeks' education on library use as a regular cultural subject at the target on university students and analyzed the difference in their library anxiety between Pre-education and Post-education as well as the difference in educational effectiveness based on the frequency of library use. The result intends to Present the result for basic materials which aye necessary for promoting the education on library use. The object of study selected the university freshmen. located in Gyeonggi-do, taking a lessen of cultural essential subjects. The education contents on library use were the understanding of library organization and function, the structure of library materials, the kind and use of academic information, the citation of materials, the description of bibliography, and the copyright in a library. The study methods applied in the study, were literature researches and two-times' questionnaire surveys in the first week of the education and the last week of that. Total 92 materials were applied for this study. This study performed faired t-test and independent t-test. As a result, four factors of six ones on library anxiety were selected in the verification of hypotheses after performing an education on university students' library use. In addition, the difference in education effectiveness based on university students' library use frequency was excluded in the course of hypothesis verification on six factors or library anxiety.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a CD program of applied logotherapy for psycho spiritual care of late adolescents with terminal cancer. Methods: Keller & Song's ARCS theory and a model for developing learning materials was applied to develop this program composed four distinct phases: planning, designing, developing, and evaluation stages. Results: This program was entitled 'Finding meaning in my life' and consisted of 5 sessions and its educational contents were made up as follows: "First Secret" is 'learning three natures of the human mind', "Second Secret" is 'learning creative values first method to find meaning of life', "Third Secret" is 'learning experiential value as second method to find meaning of life', "Fourth Secret" is 'learning attitudinal value as third method to find meaning of life', and "Fifth Secret" is 'Becoming the master of my life'. The sub-menu was made up of 'Beginning', 'Opening mind', 'Learning'. 'Laughing Song', 'Experiencing'. Conclusion: This CD program applied logotherapy with flash animation technique as an emotional and spiritual nursing intervention program for easier and more scientific application in pediatric oncology and hospice care area.

The goal of this study is to explore and draw implicaitons from international and domestic media and information literacy (MIL) policies and educational systems. To this end, international policy documents issued by UNESCO, IFLA, OECD, and the EU as well as domestic South Korean laws and policies related to MIL and the fuctions of public libraries and related institutions were analyzed. The findings show that international organizations recognize public libraries as institutions that are responsible for providing information access and supporting knowledge sharing for citizens within and outside of formal education systems. Additionally, public libraries are seen as institutions responsible for supporting lifelong learning and civic education, as well as improving media, information, and digital literacy skills of their communities. In South Korea, the Library Act gives public libraries and librarians responsibility for improving citizens' MIL to support the public's right to know and to narrow the information gap. However, the functions of public libraries and librarians in South Korea have been limited or excluded in the domestic MIL policies. This study concludes that public libraries and librarians are responsible for reducing the information gap among citizens and should actively participate in policy development to improve citizens' MIL skills.

This study aimed to exploratorily investigate the new roles of libraries in the era of K-MOOC. For this, potential roles were derived and categorized from former researches and practices. And to evaluate the appropriacy of those roles, two expert surveys were conducted. Panel A was comprised of 30 professors who had been running K-MOOC classes and Panel B was comprised of 30 librarians of Universities that had adopted K-MOOC. The result shows that they both agree about distinct roles of library as information provider such as licensing and providing digital contents requested from information users, while technological part, for example, recording video and audio, managing website, and providing open access, was considered inappropriate because those roles were already taken by CTLs. Also, professors agree that information literacy education is required for teachers not just for students as the speed of technological development is too swift and librarians agree that they have to equipped with core competence in preparation for upcoming change by creating added value, establishing closer relationship with various educational and technological institutes, and securing organizational flexibility.
