Combline 구조의 대역통과 필터가 내장된 기능형 PCB

  • Combline 구조를 가진 마이크로 스트립 라인 또는 스트립 라인 필터를 내장한 기능형 PCB를 제작하였다. 저 비용 구현 및 이동성과 휴대성을 강조하기 위해 기존의 세라믹 대신 FR4와 에폭시를 유전체로 사용하는 저가형 다층 회로 기판의 도체 층에 집적화 하였다. Combline의 각 끝단에 커패시터를 부하함으로써 전기적 길이를 확장하였고 전체적인 크기를 감소시킴으로서 적당한 필터 특성을 얻을 수 있었다. 구현된 Embedded PCB는 마이크로파 대역에서 사용 가능하며 특히 Bluetooth 나 Wireless LAN과 같은 ISM 대역을 사용하는 무선통신소자로서 사용 가능하다.

  • 본 발표에서는 다양한 업종과 생산패턴을 지원하는 저가형 고기능 ERP시스템 개발을 목표로 ETRI가 주관이 되어 연구 개발을 진행하고 있는 표준정보시스템(SEA+시스템)에 대해서 간단히 설명하고, 표준정보시스템에서 비즈니스 응용프로그램 모델링 방법과, 이러한 비즈니스 모델링을 바탕으로 저작 및 운영되는 컴포넌트 조립 방식의 응용프로그램 구조에 대하여 알아본다. 또한 실제 이러한 컴포넌트 조립형 비즈니스 응용프로그램의 저작 및 운영을 지원하기 위해 설계된 SEA+시스템에 대하여 알아본다.

  • This paper proposes a method of designing and controlling delta robots with low-cost DC motors, which are widely used in the automation process. Simulation was performed by interpreting the mechanics and dynamics of the delta robot, and based on this analysis, low-cost DC motor was selected. Experiments were conducted to obtain characteristic values of motors and the current-position cascade control system was designed and implemented. In order to verify the feasibility of the proposed system, the experiment to check that the end-effector of the delta robot follows the target path was progressed. Through the experiment, the limitations of using low-cost motors were overcome by designing compensation algorithms and the performance of the position control was verified.

  • This paper describes the design of navigation system for an unmanned target drone which is operated by Korean army as for anti-air gun shooting training. Current target drone is operated by pilot control of on-board servo motor via remote control system. Automatic flight control system for the target drone greatly reduces work load of ground pilot and can increase application area of the drone. Most UAVs being operated nowdays use high-priced sensors as AHRS and IMU to measure the attitude, but those are costly. This paper introduces the development of low-cost automatic flight control system with low-cost sensors. The integrated automatic flight control system has been developed by integrating combining power module, switching module, monitoring module and RC receiver as an one module. The performance of navigation for low cost unmanned aerial vehicle, unmanned target drone as our test bed in this paper is verified by both Hardware in the loop simulation(HILS) to test performance of GPS as GPS output frequency high and results of flight test.

  • In this paper, I have proposed a secure dynamic ID allocation protocol using mutual authentication on the RFID tag. Currently, there are many security protocols focused on the low-price RFID tag. The conventional low-price tags have limitation of computing power and rewritability of memory. The proposed secure dynamic ID allocation protocol targets to the high-performance RFID tags which have more powerful performance than conventional low-price tag by allocating a dynamic ID to RFID using mutual authentication based on symmetric encryption algorithm. This protocol can be used as a partial solution for ID tracing and forgery.

  • In this paper, we develop the multi sensor system, to get the sufficient information of mobile robot's environment. Mobile robot user interface, based on multi sensor system, can choice a suitable sensor by low-cost multi sensors and then acquisition information from remote robot's workspace using auto sequencing user display function. This research of multi sensor system is consists of ultrasonic sensor, position sensing detector, and low-cost CMOS camera module.

  • In this paper, it is suggested that instantaneous compensation PWM control for inverter without the smoothing capacitor Therefore, this inverter system has several advantages. It has small volume and low price to manufacture, decrease trouble rate of inverter, and has power factor correction effect because huge smoothing capacitor-less. And it has compact size control circuit to use analog integrator device. It could make the smoothing capacitor-less inverter for air-blower motor by using the instantaneous compensation PWM controller. This inverter system has small volume and value compare with the conventional VVVF control inverter.

  • A variety of location-based services applications, such as missing children search, emergency rescue requests and so on that requiring high-precision location information are increasing. Precision of GPS that can be used in most systems, however, is still low. In this paper, we design and propose a low cost differential global positioning system(DGPS) based on Web services using object-oriented modeling technique which can offer useable location service, variety device and safe service in wireless environment. The proposed system is designed with UML based on object-oriented modeling to maximize system recyclability and system scalability. In addition, we would like to improve the precision of the GPS in accordance with mobile station location when build low cost mobile station, location differential framework and server. We implement a communication interface based on web-service which is available in the form of a variety of services and can offer stable according to mobile environments. Finally, as performance evaluation results, we can obtain precision location within 1 ~ 2m through proposed system and 88.5% probability of less than 2m.

  • 위치 추정기술은 이동 로봇에 있어 매우 중요한 문제이다. 위치 인식을 위해 사용되는 센서는 고가의 센서일수록 정확한 위치정보를 얻을 수 있지만 원가 절감 등의 이유로 저가의 센서를 사용할 경우 오차가 커지고 신뢰도가 하락한다. 오차를 보상하기 위해 본 논문에서는 센서의 잡음 특성을 세분화 하여 고려한 칼만 필터 기반의 위치 추정 알고리즘을 제안한다.

  • 최근 RFID 국제 표준안이 확정되고 RFID 태그용 칩이 저가 생산이 가능하게 되면서 특히 물류 유통 분야를 중심으로 기존의 바코드를 대체하는 RFID 시스템의 상용화 가능성이 제시되고있다. 특히 감지거리가 길고 인식률이 좋은 UHF 대역의 기술적인 활용 가능성이 고조되면서 산업적으로 성공할 가능성이 더욱 커지고 있다. UHF 대역의 무선 태그의 생산 기술은 종래에는 GaAs 쇼트키 다이오드와 기타 RF회로를 CMOS 회로와 하나의 칩으로 통합하는 것이 어려워 저가, 초소형의 무선 태그용 칩을 실용화하지 못하였다 하지만 최근에 반도체 기술의 눈부신 발전과 CMOS RF 기술의 발전으로 RF 태그용 무선회로를 하나의 칩으로 통합하여 저가 생산으로 특히 유통 및 물류 분야를 중심으로 긍정적인 활용 결과 및 제품들이 등장하고 있다.(중략)
