본 논문에서는 고효율 에너지 저장 시스템에 적합한 양방향 단일 전력변환 AC-DC 컨버터를 제안한다. 제안하는 컨버터는 단일 전력변환을 통해 저가격, 고효율 특성을 가지며, 기존 양방향 전력변환 시스템에 비해 소형화되었다. 본 논문에서는 양방향 단일 전력변환 AC-DC 컨버터를 능동 클램프를 가지는 플라이백 컨버터로 구현하였다. 전력 용량과 효율을 높이기 위해 연속전류모드를 채택하였으며, 양방향 전류 제어를 위해 분할 적분 제어기를 이용하였다. 최종적으로 시제품을 제작하여 제안하는 양방향 컨버터의 타당성을 검증하였다.

블루투스(bluetooth)란 핸드폰, PDA, 노트북과 같은 포터블한 장치들간의 양방향 근거리 통신을 복잡한 전선없이도 저가격으로 구현하기 위한 표준, 근거리무선통신 기술, 제품을 총칭하여 일컫는다. 본 고에서는 블루투스 개요, 제품 개발 동향, 국내외 시장, 국내외 표준화, 제품의 시험인증 현황을 조사분석하고자 한다.

For some consumer goods, consumers expect additional benefits or returns after purchasing or using them. This kind of consumer goods that consumers expect some additional benefits or returns after consumption (hereafter consumer goods of investment or CGOI) need not only an approach of simple purchasing perspective but also an approach from investment perspective. Current study tries to figure out if consumers react differently in their purchasing intentions toward CGOI between when they focus on the product's quality, functions, or other current state related information (i.e., simple purchase focus) and when they focus on the benefits that will be generated after using the product (i.e., investment focus). According to the results, while consumers' purchasing intentions toward CGOI in the investment mode are greater when the price is low than when the price is high, consumers' purchasing intentions toward CGOI in the simple purchasing mode are greater when the price is hgih than when the price is low.

최근 삼성경제연구소의 한 보고서에 의하면 단기적으로 정보통신 분야의 수요부진을 타계하기 위해 업체들은 경쟁적으로 가격인하 전략을 추구할 가능성이 있다고 전망하고 있다. 특히 소비자를 대상으로 하는 제품을 중심으로 가격인하 경쟁이 본격적으로 나타날 것으로 보이는데 PC와 휴대폰 등이 1차적인 대상이 될 수 있다. 정보부문에서 업체들은 냉각된 PC시장에서 점유율 확대를 위해 '저가격 고급화'라는 전략을 구사할 것이다.

최근에 인쇄전자 분야의 중요성이 매우 강조되면서 직접 인쇄기술에 대한 중요성이 커지고 있다. 최적화된 유기/나노 계면구조재료와 이의 기능성을 최대화할 수 있도록 고안된 소자 구조의 디자인에 의하여 안정적인 효율을 보이는 유기태양전지를 인쇄공정에 의해 제작하는 것은 저가격, 경량의 새로운 에너지원을 목표를 하는 유기태양전지 개발에 매우 중요한 핵심 요소이다. 관련 내용의 기술동향에 대하여 이 글에서 간략히 소개하였다.

For the low power and low cost transceivers, direct sequence spread spec01m frequency-shift keying (DSSS-FSK) is proposed. A transmitter of the DSSS-FSK signal can be implemented by a simple direct modulation using the phase locked loop. Since the DSSS-FSK signal has negligible power around the carrier frequency, low cost direct conversion receiver can be used. Optimum coherent and semi-coherent correlation detection methods for the DSSS-FSK signal are proposed and analyzed. Segmented semi-coherent correlation detection method is proposed to improve the bit error rate performance in the large carrier frequency offset.

본 논문은 낮은 입력 DC전압에서 높은 음의 DC전압을 출력하는 높은 전환 비의 극성 반전 형 DC/DC 전력 변환 회로에 관한 것으로써, 하나의 스위치, 하나의 인덕터, 그리고 다수개의 캐패시터와 다이오드로 구성된다. 기존의 극성 반전 형 DC/DC 컨버터 회로와 비교하여, 고압 변환 트랜스포머 대신에 인덕터를 사용할 수 있어, 자기 소자의 부피 및 크기는 물론 원가저감이 가능하다. 또한 자려 발진(Self Oscillation) 방식을 사용하여 별도의 제어 IC가 필요 없으므로, 회로구성이 대단히 간단하고, 저가격의 전원 회로를 만들 수 있다. 또한 다이오드들의 전압 스트레스가 감소하여 저가격 고성능의 고압 변환장치 구현이 가능하다. 제안된 회로의 동작원리를 설명하고, 타당성을 Simulation 및 실험을 통하여 검증한다.

This paper presents a cost-effective and high-performance film bulk acoustic resonator (FBAR) duplexer module for US-PCS handset applications. The FBAR device uses a glass wafer level packaging process, which is a more cost-effective alternative to the typical silicon capping process. The maximum insertion losses of the FBAR duplexer at the Tx and Rx bands are of 1.9 and 2.4 dB, respectively. The total thickness of the duplexer module is 1.2 mm, including the glass-wafer bonded Tx/Rx FBAR devices, PCB board, and transfer molding material.
