This thesis aims to analyze the possibility of the self-representation style of Korean post-documentaries in the 2000s and analyze the possibilities of the visual writing. First of all, this study examined the theoretical background of the documentary, and derived the theoretical concepts from the poetic style and the performance style presented by Bill Nichols, and divided the strategies of self-representation in the post documentary into three categories. The three strategies of self-representation were to discuss the possibility of self-representation through the analysis of works through self-representation as self-emotion, self-representation as body, and self-visual representation. In the process of this discussion, I will examine how self-representation style deconstructs the existing visual system consisting of the system of the power and functions as a alternative visual writing that can appear various women and minorities.

한국산 선발계통 및 일본산 양식계통과 이들 두 계통간 잡종 참돔 집단의 유전적 특성을 분석하기 위하여, RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA) marker를 탐색하였다. 10개의 염기로 이루어진 200개의 random primer 분석을 통하여 polymorphic pattern을 나타내는 23개의 random primer를 선발하였으며, 각 primer의 재현성을 확인하였다. 이들 중 OPA-11 primer는 크기가 각각 600 bp, 650 bp 및 750 bp 인 3개의 DNA 단편에 의하여 4개의 genotype을 나타냈으며, 각 genotype의 빈도는 집단간차이를 보였고, 한국산 선발계통 집단에서는 4개의 genotype이 모두 발견되는 반면, 일본산 양식계통 및 일본산 양식계통을 포함한 교배집단에서는 특정 genotype만 발견되었다. OPA-11 primer 유래의 polymorphic DNA 단편을 cloning하고 염기서열을 결정하였으며, SCAR (Sequence Characterized Amplified Region) primer를 제작하고 분석하였다. 본 연구는 참돔집단의 유전적 특성 파악 및 집단 구별에 RAPD marker를 활용하였으며, 참돔 육종시 형질 및 기능관련 DNA marker 탐색에 적용하기 위하여, 이후의 연구에서는 SCAR과 RFLP 분석에 RAPD marker를 이용하여 100% 정확도를 갖는 RFLP maker를 찾고, MAS (Marker-Assisted Selection)에 적용하고자 한다.

In order to transform the traditional aquaculture industry, which is dependent on experience, labor-intensive and natural environment, into future intelligent smart aquaculture, digital aquaculture improves aquaculture reproducibility and efficiency of production process through digitization of the aquaculture industry based on ICT equipments, Data analysis and utilization for promoted to increase the acceptability of aquaculturist. Europe's advanced fisheries countries have achieved rapid growth not only in aquaculture technology but also in the aquaculture equipment industry through digitization that combines information and communication technology with aquaculture farms. However, it is not possible to collect aquacultural data in Korea because it has not secured a Korean aquaculture industry for multi-variety, small-scale production and aquaculturists' refusal of reception for digital transformation. Therefore, this study intends to suggest the development direction of digital aquaculture to convert to intelligent smart aquaculture in the future by analyzing trends and critical technology.

The starting point of this study is an examination of the vital role of terrestrial broadcasting in Korean society, where ethnic minorities have increasingly become visible. Korean terrestrial broadcasters' mandate emphasises the broadcaster's responsibility to represent and reflect the range of public opinion and experiences beyond class, age, ethnicity and ideological orientation. The main purpose of this study is to visually examine the means through which terrestrial broadcasting generates discourses of We-ness and Otherness at times of change in the Korean society. The study focuses on prime-time broadcasting news programmes' visual representations of migrants and ethnic minorities.

To obtain baseline data required for ploidy induction in Silurus asotus, a species with enormous aquacultural potential, histological events related to early embryonic development at 24$\pm$0.5$^{\circ}C$ are described. The histological location of the one-celled embryos indicated that metaphase stage of the first cleavage occurs at 31 min after insemination, when the highest yield can be obtained for the chromosome set manipulation.
