Analysis of electric property in silicon thin film by using Design of Experiment(DOE) (실험계획법(DOE)을 이용한 실리콘 박막의 전기적 특성 분석)

  • 미니탭(Minitab) 프로그램에 있는 실험계획법(Design of experiment)를 이용하여 박막실리콘 I-layer의 주효과 및 교호작용에 대한 연구를 실시하였다. I-layer의 주요 특성은 증착속도 및 전도도에 대하여 분석을 하였으며, 최종적으로 선택된 증착조건을 사용하여 비정질 실리콘 태양전지를 제조하여 확인 하였다. 실험설계는 2수준 5인자 완전설계요인법을 사용하였다. 분석결과 단막의 증착속도에 영향을 주는 주효과로는 Power와 E/S거리고 나타났으며, Power와 E/S거리, Power와 Pressure에서 큰 교호작용이 일어남을 확인 할 수 있었다. 암전도의 영향을 주는 주효과는 Sub. Temp.를 제외하고는 모두 영향을 주고 있었으며, 상당히 복잡한 교호작용을 이루고 있어 정확한 분석을 할 수는 없었다. 광전도도의 경우도 주효과에서 SiH4 flow rate를 제외하고는 모두 영향을 주고 있었으며, 복잡한 교호작용으로 정확한 분석이 어려웠다. 따라서 P-value를 분석하여 최종 R-제곱값이 증착속도는 97%이상의 높은 값을 얻었으나 전도도의 경우 최대차수 3차항으로 70~80%정도의 낮은 값을 얻었을 수 있었다. 낮은 값을 얻은 이유로는 실험설계시 몇몇 조건이 불안정한 plasma 상태로 인하여 전도도의 측정 편차가 커 분석오차가 높았을 것으로 추정된다. 암전도를 망소특성, 광전도도를 망대특성으로 광민감도 $10^5$으로 최적화 하여 비정질 태양전지를 만들어 평가한 결과 약 9%대의 광변환 효율을 얻을 수 있었으나 만족도 40%대의 낮은 값으로 향후 이와 관련한 더 정밀한 측정 및 분석이 요구된다.

  • Concurrency control is one of the important factors to maintain consistent conditions of a game because most participants of the game should be shared information to play the game through a distributed network system. replay delay times should establish in every event and the received event should be saved and performed simultaneously for Concurrency Control. However, it is not easy to practice the event with same speed in environment having various moving speed. Therefore, expansion have to be provided. In other words, one of the most important factors of a game's efficiency is the process of bandwidth and delay. the process of concurrency control method based on scalable prediction for Multi-platform games would minimize the loss rate of a event and then would improve the interaction capacity of a game. It also might get reliability between clients. This paper analyzes some problems in terms of a layout of a game that integrates a cable and a wireless system. In addition, this paper provides methods to expand bandwidth and delay that might be an obstacle of a On-line game and to ensure reliability between a server and a client.

Structural Analysis of Liquid Rocket Thrust Chamber Regenerative Cooling Channel using Bodner-Partom Viscoplastic Model (Bodner-Partom 점소성 모델을 이용한 액체로켓 연소기 재생냉각 채널 구조해석)

  • Elastic-viscoplastic structural analysis has been performed for regenerative cooling chamber of liquid rocket thrust chamber using Bodner-Partom visco-plastic model. Strain rate test was conducted for a copper alloy at various temperatures in order to get material constants of visco-plastic model used in the structural analysis. Material constants of visco-plastic model were obtained from strain rate test results and visco-plastic model was incorporated into finite element program, Marc, by means of a user subroutine. The structural analysis results indicated that the deformation of cooling channel is mostly caused by thermal loading rather than pressure loading and confirmed structural stability of the cooling channel under the operating condition.

  • A liquid rocket engine(LRE) Using LO$_2$/LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) propellants was experimentally evaluated. The purpose of this study was to investigate the performance of the LO$_2$/LNG rocket combustor that is composed of three sect ions(igniter spacer, cylinder and nozzle section), especially focused on the influence of regenerative cool ing effect in association with the phase of regenerative coolant Series of tests were conducted under the conditions of water cool ing and regenerative cool ing with LNG in the cylinder section and independent cool ing with water in the igniter spacer and nozzle sections. Parametric studies on the variation of a chamber pressure and mixture ratio were undertaken. In addition, effect of propellant(LNG) composition and its enthalpy on the performance is examined.

  • 현재 전세계적으로 멀티미디어나 고화질 TV(HDTV)등의 매체를 이용한 고품위의 미디어가 빠른 속도로 발전하고 있다. 국내에서도 앞으로의 HDTV둥의 효과적 재생 방법이나 녹음 방법에 관한 여러가지 연구가 필요하다. 그러나 현재 재생이나 녹음에 관련된 연구는 상대적으로 전송등에 관련된 연구에 비해 많은 관심을 끌지는 못한 실정이다. 다른 나라의 경우 디지털 TV에 알맞은 밀티 채널 재생방법에 대해 연구하고 최적화 방법 등의 실험이 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 국내에는 아직 이러한 연구가 미흡한 실정이며 나름대로의 국내 가정환경에 알맞는 멀티채널 스피커의 배열 방법 등에 관한 연구와 표준에 대한 필요성이 있다. 여기에서는 일반적인 가정 환경에서 5.1채널에 대응하는 스피커 배열의 최적화 실험시 고려되어야 할 사항들과 그 시스템의 평가방법에 대하여 살펴보기로 한다.

  • In this study, we have developed a process for separating and recovering Ni and Fe in solution through a new solvent instead of TBP and Alamine336, which are solvents used in the conventional solvent extraction method. Experimental conditions were optimized through lab test and a $10L\;h^{-1}$ pilot plant was constructed for commercialization. In addition, the process data for mass production were obtained through pilot experiment and it was confirmed that there is no problem in product quality that can be used through the corrosion test of ferric chloride.

  • The desiccant rotor is the most essential component of desiccant cooling system, but its design relies on manufacturer's experience and principles are not yet clear in spite of a lot of theoretical/experimental work published. The mathematical modeling of desiccant rotor needs solution of coupled partial differential equations of heat and mass transfer. In this study, numerical program is developed and validated using a real desiccant rotor. The calculation results are in reasonable agreement with the experimental data and other available numerical results. Optimization of desiccant rotor on the condition of low regeneration temperature are investigated. The optimal rotor speed at which the process outlet humidity becomes minimized, shows same as that of the system optimization. Compared to high regeneration temperature, broad is the range of optimal speed of low regeneration temperature. Systematic analysis on the optimal area ratio of regeneration to dehumidification section has also been conducted.

  • Wind power, Solar power and Fuel cell is the representative of new and renewal energy sources. In this paper, the frictional noise made by vehicles tire on roads is considered and researched as alternative electrical generation source. The amplitude and waveform of generated electricity with various types of vehicles according to their velocity, weight and distances between vehicles and sensor are measured and analyzed. As a result, all difference effects mentioned above which make the frictional noise affect quality and quantity of generated electricity. Maximum 0.53[V] and 0.028[W] electricity was generated by truck with 100[km/h] velocity on the express way.

  • 고효율 멀티정션박막태양전지의 바텀셀 적용을 목적으로, 반응성CVD(Reactive thermal CVD)기술을 이용, $Si_2H_6+GeF_4$를 원료가스로, 이들이 가진 산화환원반응을 이용하여 400도 이하의 저온에서 Ge 및 Si 기판에 Ge을 에피성장 시켰다. Ge 기판위의 호모에피막의 경우, $2.5{\AA}/sec$의 성장속도와 99%의 Ge조성을 보였고, RHEED 및 HR-XRD를 통한 결정성 평가 결과, 고품질의 Ge 에피막의 성장이 확인되었다. 동일한 성장조건을 Si기판에 헤테로에피성장 시켰을 경우, 4% 격자불일치에 의해 막품질이 저하되는 것을 확인하였다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 저온에서 제작한 버퍼층에 대한 논의를 하고자 한다.

  • The variable demand on the energy market, as well as the limited energy storage capabilities, requires a great flexibility in operating hydraulic turbines. But, present in Korea, the absence of testing laboratories and technical criteria for the performance test of small hydropower degrades the efficiency of the domestic hydropower machines, A performance guarantees for hydro turbines shall be contain, as a minimum, guarantees covering power, discharge and specific hydraulic energy, efficiency, maximum momentary overspeed and maximum momentary pressure and/or maximum steady-state runaway speed, as well as guarantees related to cavitation. Performance test are conducted by the test standard. Test codes based on extensive research data are written under the leadership of an IEC. Performance evaluation is carry out several test(performance test, cavitation test and runaway test). The paper presents the international turbine test laboratory and performance test standard.
