Owing to the wide distribution of smart devices, more people enjoy online games. Previous research related to online game has mainly focused on the factors that increase users' intention to reuse and less focused on the influence of restrictions toward online game misbehavior. This study proposes a research model that considers factors that either increase or decrease the use of online games and presents the outcomes. The research results showed that: (1) Restriction policy had no impact on online game users' feelings of pleasure and arousal. (2) Restriction system had negative impact on users' feelings of pleasure and arousal. (3) In an environment where online game misbehavior was restricted, users' emotional states still had positive influence on users' intention to reuse. This research results implies that in order to lead to healthy online game environment, compared to repressive and systematic restriction methods, it is preferable to establish restriction policies that have no negative impact on users' emotional states and to change users' perception through education, so to achieve successful restrictions toward online game misbehavior without jeopardizing revitalization of online game industry.

China's huge population and industrial diversification have driven increased demand for IoT, and in a social environment where IoT technology is changing all aspects of personal and family life, including smart shopping, this study was conducted in Changchun, China. The study aimed to find ways to meet the Fashion needs of female college students living in the country and promote the development of the fashion product industry by improving the service quality of Chinese fashion product live commerce. The analysis results are as follows. First, the service quality characteristics of Chinese fashion product live commerce had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Second, the service quality characteristics of Chinese fashion product live commerce had a positive effect on reuse intention. Third, customer satisfaction had a positive effect on reuse intention. Based on these results, it can be concluded that improving the service quality of live commerce can directly promote product sales and create direct economic benefits. In addition, based on the results of the study, which show that the service quality of fashion product live commerce affects customer satisfaction and reuse intention, it is judged that it will provide useful information in establishing marketing strategies for live commerce platforms by region and target.

A continued operation of RCPs during a certain small break LOCA may increase unnecessary inventory loss from the RCS causing a severe core uncovery which might lead to a fuel failure. After TMI-2 accident, the CEOG developed RCP trip strategy called “Trip-Two/Leave-Two” (T2/L2) in response to NRC requests and incorporated it in the generic EPG for CE plants. The T2/L2 RCP trip strategy consists of tripping the first two RCPs on low RCS pressure and then tripping the remaining two RCPs if a LOCA has occurred. This analysis determines the RCP trip setpoint and demonstrates the safe operational aspects of RCP trip strategy during a small break LOCA for YGN 3&4. The trip setpoint of the first too RCPs for YGN 3&4 is calculated to be 1775 psia in pressurizer pressure based on the limiting small break LOCA with 0.15 ft$^2$ break size in the hot leg. The analysis results show that YGN 3&4 can maintain the core coolability even if the operator fails to trip the second too RCPs or trips at worst time. Also, the YGN 3&4 RCP trip strategy demonstrates that both the 10 CFR 50.46 requirements on PCT and the ANSI standards 58.8 requirements on operator action time can be satisfied with enough margin. Therefore, it is concluded that the T2/L2 RCP trip strategy with a trip setpoint of 1775 psia for YGN 3&4 can provide improved operator guidance for the RCP operation during accidents.

Real estate brokerage app service is an emerging online-to-offline (O2O) business model. This study analyze the relationship between the satisfaction and reuse of real estate app services through a survey of experienced users of the application. The results show that "ease of use" and "usefulness" of the online app service positively affect customer satisfaction and eventually affects reuse. Moreover, ease of use and usefulness of the offline brokerage introduced by the application positively affects customer satisfaction and eventually affects reuse too. One meaningful finding is the stronger impact of usefulness on customer satisfaction than that of ease of use in both online and offline situations. This finding implies that the value of usefulness is bigger than that of ease of use because of users who purposely use the application to find relevant real estates. The effect of online customer satisfaction on reuse is slightly higher than that of offline. This finding suggests that need to develop a strategy for online applications that focuses on enhancing the usefulness of real estate brokerage app services in the O2O market.

구제역 방역정책은 국가적으로 운영되어야하고 백신의 사용도 정부 통제하에 사용되어야 한다. 만약 백신생산시 강한 병원성을 지닌 구제역바이러스가 항원으로 사용된다면 적절한 생물안전절차를 수행할 수 있는 생산시설에서 실시되어야 한다. 일반적으로 백신접종은 구제역이 유행되는 지역이나 나라에서 사용된다. 구제역 청정국은 백신접종은 하지 않으나 엄격한 이동제한과 살처분 조치를 취한다. 그럼에도 많은 청정국가가 불활화 항원을 비축하여 필요시 사용하는 전략으로 긴급백신 접종을 선택할 수 있다. 우리나라의 경우도 전국을 대상으로 백신접종을 실시하는 정책을 2011년 1월 이후 시행되고 있고, 이에 따라 구제역 백신의 국내에서 생산을 준비하고 있다. 구제역 백신의 생산과 관리는 주변지역에서 유행하거나 유행되었던 바이러스형에 대한 항원 개발과 원활한 백신의 공급을 통해 우리나라에서 구제역을 근절하고 재유입을 예방하는 데 매우 중요한 요소가 될 것이다. 본 글에서는 백신에 사용되는 종독주, 항원의 생산 및 관리에 대한 세계적인 기준으로 사용되고 있는 세계동물보건기구 (OIE)에서 권고되는 백신에 대한 관리 사항을 알아보고자 하였다.

Korean cyber universities now provide higher education service to learners but the courses suffer major limitations of low quality and inefficient format of their learning contents. Because of the absence of any standard authoring strategy for learning contents, tutors develop their own courseware with various formats and content structures. In addition, the lack of association between content learners causes them difficulties in finding and reusing related contents. In this paper, we propose an authoring strategy foradvanced learning contents based on SCORM and ontology. Our strategy improvesthe reusability and associativity of learning contents. We demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed authoring strategy through developing learning contents such as understanding of digital contents.

The Korean optimal nuclear fuel cycle strategy from the year 2000 to 2030 is derived using linear programming. The fuel cycle cost, the cost uncertainty, and the natural uranium consumption are used as the criteria for the optimization. These objectives are compromised by fuzzy decision-making technique which maximizes the minimum degree of satisfaction among the three objectives. The options for the back-end fuel cycle are direct disposal, reprocessing, and DUPIC. The optimal fuel cycle strategy of Korea is to start reprocessing in around 2010 and increase its capacity with the maximum of 800 tHM in around 2025, and to star DUPIC processing in 2025. The cot uncertainty and the natural uranium consumption of the optimal fuel cycle strategy are reduced by 7.1％ and 6.1％, respectively, at the cost penalty of 5.4％ compared with the cost-only optimal solution.

경영관리의 초점이 생산중심에서 마케팅중심 그리고 서비스중심으로 급격히 변화하면서 서비스 경쟁이 중요한 생존무기가 되고 있다. 차별화의 수단으로 서비스의 중요성이 강조되면서 여러 가지 서비스 속성 중에서 서비스 품질에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 서비스 품질을 구성하는 차원을 밝히려는 연구는 많았던데 비해 서비스 품질이 소비자의 태도와 재이용 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 관한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 지각된 서비스 품질을 구성하는 여러 차원들이 소비자의 태도에 어떠한 영향을 주며, 태도는 소비자의 재이용 의도에 어떠한 영향을 주는가를 알아보았다. 자료는 소매점 이용자를 대상으로 수집되었으며 소매점 서비스에 관한 인과관계 모형을 통하여 분석되었다. 연구 결과 기능적 품질에 속하는 신뢰성 차원과 기술적 품질에 속하는 유형설비 차원이 소비자의 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기술적 품질로 볼 수 있는 가격(비용) 차원은 예상대로 부정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 기능적 품질에 속하는 감정배려는 통계적으로 유의적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 서비스 품질을 통해 형성된 소비자 태도는 소매점 재이용 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 추가적으로 소매점을 특성에 따라 몇 개의 범주로 분류하고 인과관계 모형의 영향 관계가 어떻게 달라지는가를 분석하였다. 분석결과 대형 할인소매점, 백화점, 주거지역 인근의 소매점들에서 상당한 차이를 발견하였다. 즉, 태도와 재이용 의도 사이의 긍정적인 영향관계는 소매점 유형에 관계없이 나타났으나 태도에 영향을 주는 서비스 품질 차원은 매우 다르게 나타났다. 이는 차별화 지표로 서비스 품질을 사용할 경우에 서비스 관리자들이 어떠한 전략을 선택해야 하는가에 관하여 시사하는 바가 크다. 아울러 동일범주의 서비스 산업이더라도, 서비스의 특성에 따라 서비스 품질을 구성하는 중요한 차원을 규명하기 위한 추가 연구의 필요성을 제기한다.

본 논문은 은행에서 사용하던 기존 Stream 기반 전문데이터 교환 방식에서 인터넷 뱅킹 시스템 환경의 XML 기반 전문데이터 교환 방식으로의 전환을 통해서 시스템의 성능을 개선하고 구조화된 데이터의 활용을 통해 재사용성과 관리 효율을 획기적으로 향상시킨 개선방안을 제시하고 있다. 기존 스트림 구조의 XML 프레임으로의 설계와 이의 실시간 활용으로 한층 더 지능화된 시스템으로 설계 및 구현하는 방식을 제시하고 있다.

최근 인터넷이 발전하면서 교육과 학습의 적용에 관심을 보여 이러닝의 보급과 확산이 화두로 떠오르고 있다. 때에 맞추어 선진국을 비롯한 각국은 플랫폼 독립과 컨텐츠 재사용성 제고를 위한 정보기술 표준활동에 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 교육이라는 특수성과 나라 사이의 정보기술의 격차 때문에 국가 별로 표준에 임하는 입장 차이가 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 본 논문은 이에 관하여 북미, 유럽, 일본, 중국 및 싱가포르에서 추진중인 E-Learning 관련 단체에 대한 현재까지의 활동과 움직임을 분석하고 조명함으로써, 향후 우리가 준비해야 할 정보기술 측면과 교육설계구조 측면에서 전략적이고 실천적인 대응방안을 제시하고자 한다.
