농산물 이력추적 시스템의 생산자 지속적 사용의도에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구의 목적은 농산물 이력추적 시스템을 사용하는 생산자들의 시스템에 대한 만족과 지속적인 사용의도에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하여 농산물 이력추적 시스템의 활성화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 실증적인 검증을 위하여 재사용의도와 관련한 선행연구들을 검토하여 TAM과 ECT를 결합시킨 Extended ECT 모델을 제안하고 실제 농산물 이력추적 사업에 시범참여하고 있는 생산자 100명을 상대로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 지각된 유용성 및 용이성, 수익성은 시스템 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 이는 지속적인 사용의도로 연결되었으나 지각된 용이성과 유용성이 직접적으로 지속적인 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 것은 아닌 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 농산물 외의 식품 이력추적 시스템에도 포괄적으로 적용이 가능하다.

  • This study aimed to investigate the influence of the various factors ICT Convergence of Sports Game device on user satisfaction and intention to reuse. For this goal, based on the review of literature and the Extended Technology Acceptance Model, a research model was constructed that consists of playfulness, usefulness, convenience. The proposed model is analyzed to target 271 customers in Daegu National Science Museum experienced ICT Convergence Sports Game Device using Smart Partial Least Square(PLS) 2.0. The result of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, Playfulness, Usefulness, Convenience showed positively significant impact on Game satisfaction. Second, Game satisfaction positively influenced Reuse Intention. Thus, based on the results of the study, ICT Convergence of Sports Game Device seems to help in the development of a contents.

  • The purpose of this study is to design the easy payment service research model and to find the influencing effect on the intention for the reuse of easy payment service by analysing the factors such as the social influence, the promotion condition, the security and the convenience as UTAUT model has. Also the research model employs the trust and the user satisfaction as parameters. The result shows that even though people feel the trust due to the convenience by the social influence, it has a negative influence on the user satisfaction if the risk recognized in the easy payment service and the weakness in the security are anticipated. The results of this study are academically meaningful as they established the research model for the easy payment service and the theoretical basis of the easy payment service area; they have provided the various practical implications.

  • Using mobile bookstore application is increasing in accordance with the proliferation of internet and mobile devices. In this circumstances, the purpose of this study is to explore the factors regarding to mobile bookstore application quality evaluation are effecting to customer satisfaction and reuse intention. Thus information, transaction, design, communication, ubiquitous access, personalization, safety are set as a quality evaluation factor. And it is analyzed the effect of these factors to customer satisfaction and reuse intention with path analysis method. As the result, transaction, ubiquitous access, personalization, safety factors effected customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction effected reuse intention. These results show that user mainly access mobile bookstore application for purchasing book. Thus it is important for mobile bookstore operator to keep the application accessed anytime, and serve personalized information, and simplify transaction process, and intensify security for protecting personal or transaction information.

  • The development of green IT for business will open up exciting opportunities for finding new and efficient way of doing businesses. This study is to contribute to a better understanding of green IT by carrying out the survey among IT users on the factors of green IT and IT users' perception to the GIT. Based on the literature study, a conceptual framework of green IT will be developed to investigate the relationship between green IT and the user's intention to use GIT.

  • China's huge population and industrial diversification have driven increased demand for IoT, and in a social environment where IoT technology is changing all aspects of personal and family life, including smart shopping, this study was conducted in Changchun, China. The study aimed to find ways to meet the Fashion needs of female college students living in the country and promote the development of the fashion product industry by improving the service quality of Chinese fashion product live commerce. The analysis results are as follows. First, the service quality characteristics of Chinese fashion product live commerce had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Second, the service quality characteristics of Chinese fashion product live commerce had a positive effect on reuse intention. Third, customer satisfaction had a positive effect on reuse intention. Based on these results, it can be concluded that improving the service quality of live commerce can directly promote product sales and create direct economic benefits. In addition, based on the results of the study, which show that the service quality of fashion product live commerce affects customer satisfaction and reuse intention, it is judged that it will provide useful information in establishing marketing strategies for live commerce platforms by region and target.

  • Anytime, anywhere, we can be connected through the Internet and obtain information by using the smart device. However, people with disabilities are unable to take advantage of smart IT environment. Many studies pointed out that this has been the cause of the digital divide and social problems. In this study, we conducted an empirical study on the use of smart devices to help the blind acceptance of conduct. According to the study results, innovativeness had the impact on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, and self-esteem and self-efficacy appeared to affect the perceived ease of use. In addition, the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment affected the intention to re-use. These study results contribute to both theory and practice.

  • 다양한 플랫폼 상에서 응용 시스템에 대한 개발, 배포, 운영의 고생산성과 고품질을 얻기 위해서는 소프트웨어 구성 요소들의 체계적인 재사용 접근과 자동화된 도구의 지원이 요구된다. 함수나 클래스 라이브러리에서 설계 패턴과 프레임워크, 그리고 최근의 상업적인 비즈니스 컴포넌트에 이르기까지 여러 재사용 방법이 제시되었으나 기대만큼의 확실한 효과를 얻을 수 없었다. 설계 패턴은 설계 경험에 대한 캡슐화된 빌딩 블록으로 개발 응용의 표준화된 아키텍쳐 제공을 통해 응용 도메인의 한정성과 클래스 수준의 재상용의 복잡성을 극복할 수 있다. 응용 개발의 표준 아키텍쳐로서의 웹을 통한 재사용 요소들의 공유는 여러 개발자들에 의한 다양한 도메인 요소로서의 전개와 동적이며 실시간적인 라이브러리 관리가 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 웹 환경 하에서 자동화된 설계 패턴 재사용 환경 구축을 목적으로 한다. 그러므로 For Reuse 관점에서 서버 상에 각 도메인별 패턴 라이브러리를 구축하며 With Reuse 관점에서 패턴 검색, 이해, 획들 그리고 재구조화를 통한 응용으로의 재사용 지원기를 구축한다. 본 시스템은 패턴의 공유에 의한 유사 도메인 응용의 표준화를 유도하고 사용자의 패턴 재정의에 의한 자생적을 확장 가능한 패턴 라이브러리 제공이 가능하다. 또한 이를 위해 도메인 분석을 통한 패턴의 행위와 의도를 기준으로 설계 패턴들을 분류, 카탈로깅하여 재사용 라이브러리를 제시한다.

Factors Influencing Reuse Intention of Tablet PC Ordering Services: From the Perspective of Shadow Work (태블릿PC 주문서비스 재사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 그림자노동 관점)

  • Tablet PCs are gaining increasing popularity in today's context, offering convenience in store operations. However, some customers may have complaints. From the perspective of shadow labor, customers may perceive using tablet PCs as additional tasks, implying that tasks have been transferred from service staff to customers themselves. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the causes of customers' perception of shadow labor when using tablet PCs (perceived difficulty of use and perceived compulsion to use) and how these perceptions can influence their intention to reuse tablet PC ordering services. Additionally, the study examines whether customers' perception of shadow labor is influenced by digital literacy and information overload and investigates the positive impact of benefits arising from using tablet PCs on their perception of shadow labor. This research conducted an online survey through the Chinese survey specialist website "Wenjuanxing," targeting customers who use tablet PCs to place orders in restaurants. After collecting a total of 376 valid data points, demographic characteristics, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 24.0. The empirical results from the 376 respondents reveal that digital literacy and information overload affect the perception of shadow labor and also influence the intention to reuse tablet PC ordering services. Furthermore, benefits showed significant moderating effects on these relationships.
