  • 우리나라 시설원예 면적은 최근 정체되는 기미를 보이긴 하지만, 아직도 시설원예 면적이 50,000ha 이상에 달하고 난방면적도 점점 증가되어 전체 면적 중에 난방면적이 차지하는 비율은 현재 12,300ha 정도인 24%이다. 난방기의 보급기의 보급도 매년 증가하여 '00년말 현재 127,560대 정도이다. 최근 국내 버섯 재배면적의 42% 차지하는 느타리(큰느타리 포함)버섯 재배사도 연중재배를 위하여 난방을 실시하는 농가가 점점 늘고 있고, 특히 새송이(큰느타리) 버섯 재배사의 대부분은 간이형 온실에서 냉난방 설비를 갖추어 연중재배를 하고 있다.   • 본 연구는 노지에서의 와인용 포도 재배에 있어서 병충해에 대한 실시간 모니터링과 선제적 예방활동을 위해 무선센서 네트워크(Wireless Sensor Network)를 활용하여 데이터를 수집하고 온습도정보, 이미지 등의 분석을 하고 병충해 지식은행을 통한 병충해 발생 확인 및 최적의 조치를 제안하여 와인용 포도의 병충해 피해를 예방하고 생산성을 높일 수 있도록 하는 시스템에 관한 것이다. WSN 센서 노드는 각 블럭 별 및 지형 특성상 높은 고도의 위치 등 다수의 지점에 설치되어 온도 습도 등 환경 데이터를 수집하고, 이미지 센서를 통해 주기적 이미지데이터를 전달하여 지식은행의 데이터를 바탕으로 병충해 발생으로 인한 와인용 포도 재배에 피해가 예상되는 현상을 미리 예측하고 그 해결방안을 제시하여 재배자가 선제적으로 대처할 수 있도록 하여 피해를 최소화한다.

The maximum limiting characteristic method-based land suitability assessment for peaches (Prunus persica) and grapes (Vitis vinifera L.) using rasterized data of soil and climate on agricultural land in South Korea (토양 및 기후정보 통합 최대저해인자법에 의한 복숭아와 포도의 적지 평가)

  • Land suitability assessments have been a crucial issue for enhancing productivity in agriculture and conserving agricultural lands. Based on soil and climate information, land suitability assessment for peaches (Prunus persica) and grapes (Vitis vinifera L.) were conducted using the maximum limiting characteristic method (MLCM) in South Korea. In peaches, S1 (highly suitable) exists on 2.21% of the land, S2 (moderately suitable) on 19.20%, N1 (currently not suitable) on 12.07%, and N2 (permanently not suitable) on the remaining 66.52%. In grapes, 3.65% of the land is classified as S1, 17.98% as S2, 11.85% as N1 and 66.52% as N2. In both fruit trees, the results acquired from soil and climatic information were similar to those from soil information alone. The data also suggest that the grades by soil information were relatively low over the land. With the assumption that the more suitable area a province has, the more will be cultivated for the fruit trees, we compared the percentages of area for peach and grape farming per province with the results by MLCM, and suggested that some provinces with a small percentage of farm can be encouraged to plant more in suitable areas as dictated by MLCM for the species. In the near future, we plan to use an advanced method such as analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to conduct similar tests, in which having reference data of yields or benefits per farm can efficiently increase the accuracy of the measurements.

  • KISA가 웹 서버 보안강화를 위한 웹쉘(WebShell) 탐지 프로그램 '휘슬(WHISTL)'을 일반 기업에 보금한다고 밝혔다. KISA 인터넷침해사고대응지원센터가 침해사고 예방과 대응을 위해 자체적으로 개발해 사용하던 탐지 프로그램인 휘슬은 기존 프로그램을 기업 서버 관리자가 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록 보완해 재배포하는 것이다. 기업 서버 관리자에게 편리함을 안겨 줄 휘슬의 주요 기능을 살펴보자.

Microbial Communities in Rice Paddy Soils Following Cultivation of Genetically Modified Leaf Folder-resistant Rice Plants (혹명나방 저항성벼 재배 논토양의 미생물상)

  • The study was performed to investigate the property of rhizosphere microorganisms, and community structure during GMO, and Non-GMO rice cultivation. In the dilution plate technique, there were no significant differences in microbial populations of rhizosplane with genetically modified, and non-genetically modified rice cultivation, and rhizosphere were also the same results. Dominant bacterial genera were Afipia 12.5%, Spingomonas 10.0%, Ramlibacter 10.0%, Mycobacterium 7.5%, and Tetrasphaera 7.5% in rhizosphere soil of genetically modified rice plant, while Afipia 7.3%, Spingomonas 12.2%, Ramlibacter 7.3%, Mycobacterium 17.1%, Tetrasphaera 14.6% in non-genetically modified cultivated at Suwon test fields in 2006. Majorgenera isolated from root surface cultivated in Yesan fields were Arthrobacter 12.7% in rhizoplane of genetically modified plant, and Burkholderia 22.2% of non-genetically modified plant in 2007, Paucimonas 26.6% of genetically modified plant, Chryseobacterium 15.4% of non-genetically modified plant in 2008. Also the microbial communities in rhizosphere soils of genetically modified, and non-genetically modified plants were characterized using phospholipid fatty acid, and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis. The phospholipid fatty acid profiles of soils in this condition showed different pattern, but did not show significant differences between soils cultivated with genetically or non-genetically modified rice plants.

  • Illegal reproductions and subsequent copyright infringement have curtailed development of digital content industry. Many DRM systems have been developed and utilized for this purpose. However, current DRM system allow only authorized user to access the contents, and as such, redistribution to other user without getting license again entails cumbersome process. Currently, super-distribution system which can be used for redistribution of downloaded contents in more streamlined fashion is being widely conducted. But for streaming type content, it is still very difficult to redistribute with super-distribution system because the client must directly connect to streaming server to access the content. Accordingly, a new DRM streaming service structure is required to allow streamed contents to be redistributed as easily as the downloaded contents. In this paper, we proposed the relay file structure that can connect the streaming server and the user for super-distribution of the streaming contents.

  • Digital home devices aims at providing the multimedia service which is not limited at time and space in home network environment. However, it is incapable of the fair use of consumers who legally buys contents, and causes damage to the contents providers owing to the indiscriminate distribution and use of illegal contents. DRM system appeared to solve this problem cannot protect the license stored on digital home devices and manage license by redistribution. This paper proposes a license audit model which makes an inspection of illegal access, modification and redistribution and reports alert logs to server.
