The medical institution considers liability management problems as a direct factor in managerial risks, such as bankruptcy. Cash Flow provides useful information to necessary funds and predicting bankruptcy. The study for 24 general hospitals and 23 hospitals, a regression analysis was performed to determine the impact of cash flows on the debt repayment capability, a multivariate discrimination analysis was conducted to find out how to manage cash flow for the risk posed by debt. The analysis results, For general hospitals, the level of debt repayment capability was done to net income, increase of payables from operating activities and decrease of patient receivables and inventories from operating activities. If there is no dept repayment capability, it is necessary to increase the net income, increase the expenses not involving cash outflows, decrease of patient receivables and increase of payables from operating activities. For hospitals, the level of debt repayment capability was done to net income, increase of expenses not involving cash outflows and payables from operating activities, decrease of income not involving cash inflows, decrease of patient receivables and inventories from operating activities. If there is no dept repayment capability, it is necessary to increase of payables from operating activities.

In this paper, we examine the project-based educational practice that is co-developing a solution to the local food inventory management system. This project is aimed at the practical business of IT distribution in small and medium industries, and is linked with the project course on undergraduate students of IT division. For the practical project of the IT distribution in small and medium industries, an employee in charge of the project participates as a mentor such that he presents the project subject and the students develop the system for the subject. This system emerges from existing theory and the necessity for a term project, and this course leads students to learn practical knowledge through discussion with the employee in charge. Through this course, the latest technology is shared mutually, and students have the opportunity to understand a domain of the IT distribution business. As students experience how to understand and solve cost, quality and delivery time for the project by themselves, they build confidence. Also, the company can save on costs for the development of prototypes, while creating an opportunity for students to experience working with seasoned staff.

SOA sorts function of old applications by function unit that have business meaning, and through standard call interface, do orchestration by component unit of service. System that developed in this paper predicts production point of time when order with frugality of production raw material. And reduce original register resources purchase expense and production costs in proper stock and increase company's competitive power. Also, design and implementation production management system for many species small quantity production of SOA base that reflect this analyzing correctly company's manufacturing process and original register resources supply and demand present condition.

다수의 품목을 개별적으로 주문하기 보다는 묶어서 한꺼번에 주문하는 경우 수송비용과 주문비용을 줄일 수 있으며, 같은 공급자에게서 구매하는 경우에는 가격할인까지 기대할 수 있다. 이와 같이 하나의 공급자들 통해 다수의 품목을 구매하는 경우에 대한 최적의 구매전략을 다룬 문제가 다품목 일괄 주문모형으로 Joint Replenishment Problem(JRP)으로 잘 알려져 있으며 지난 수십 여년간 많은 연구가 이루어진 생산재고관리 영역의 문제들과는 달리 일반적인 JRP를 해결하기 위한 발견적 기법들에 대한 연구는 수없이 많은 반면 JRP를 현실적으로 확장한 연구는 국내외적으로 전무한 형편이다. 본 연구에서는 일반적인 JRP를 제약식을 고려한 문제로 확장하여 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 해법을 개발하고 이 문제의 확장 가능성에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

편의점 물류는 물류센터에서 가맹점이나 직영점포에 상품을 공급하는 배송이 주된 업무이다. 점포의 발주에 대응하여 수주, 출고, 정산 보충발주 등의 기본업무를 계속해서 반복하는 단순한 일면의 기능과, 다품종소량 다빈도 배송요구에 따른 처리비용 증가나 결품의 발생, 신선도 저하, 점포내 재고증가 등의 문제에 대응해야 하는 복합적이고 고도의 관리를 요하는 복잡한 기능의 양면성을 동시에 지니고 있다. 따라서 물류시설 확보, 노하우 축적, 인력양성 등의 물류관리는 사업의 손익과 직결되고, 고객서비스의 폭을 결정하기 때문에 편의점에 있어 물류관리는 대단히 중요하다. 그러나 편의점의 양적인 팽창에 비해 물류거점의 부족 협소한 물류센터와 전산화되지 않은 작업환경 등 편의점의 물류활동은 아직 미약한 것이 사실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 물류기능의 효율성이 무엇보다도 중요시되고 있는 편의점을 토대로 물류활동의 사례와 실태를 살펴보고 유통환경변화에 따른 편의정의 물류활동의 효율화 및 경쟁력 강화방안으로 공동화 방안을 제시하였다.

After the Davos Forum, the recent 4th Industrial Revolution has become an area of interest to countries around the world. Among the technologies of the 4th industrial revolution, the ubiquitous computing environment requires a convergence environment of various devices, networks, and software technologies, and the RFID technology that identifies objects among the IoT technology fields is applied to all industries and has a competitive edge. Systems to which RFID technology is applied are being used in various industrial fields, especially! It is efficiently used for accurate inventory management and SCM management in the field of distribution and logistics. If the RFID system is built in a cloud-based environment, it will be possible to secure reliability in distribution management in consideration of an effective logistics management system and economic feasibility. This study is a study on the RFID system in a cloud computing environment to reduce the cost of operating or maintaining an application server to improve the economy and reliability.

RFID와 sensor network의 두 기반 기술은 독특한 물리적 특정을 가지며 상호 보완적인 관계를 가지고 있다. 이러한 관계는 창고 안 물품의 상태파악과 입출 재고를 관리하는 형태로 응용된다. 창고 내 물품 보관 단위인 파렛트(Pallet) 에 RFID 태그를 부착하여 입/출고시의 물품을 식별한다. 그리고 Zigbee 무선 통신기능을 가진 센서 모듈에 의해 물품의 환경 상태 정보를 파악한다. 이후 현장 관리자나 소비자들은 이동형 단말장치를 통해 현장에서 다양한 USN 상의 정보들과 상호작용 한다. 이 과정에서 이동형 단말장치를 통한 RFID tag 정보와 센서 노드의 접근이 공중파 상에 노출 된다. 이러한 센서 노드 접근을 보호하기 위해 추가적인 칩 설계 등의 비용 지불로 기밀 노출에 대처할 수 있다. 이에 대한 대안으로 인프라형태로 놓여진 RFID tag와 단말장치에 탑재될 RFID 리더를 활용해 더 적은 비용으로 보안 서비스를 받고자 한다. 그래서 유비쿼터스 환경에서 센서 노드에 대한 접근을 제어하기 위해 RFID tag를 지역키(local key) 처럼 사용한다. 또한 이 과정에 보안이 적용된 프로토콜을 설계 하는 것이 본 논문의 주된 목표이다.

공급망의 전략수립과 설계단계에서는 공급망 전체에 어떠한 기능들이 필요한지를 도출하고, 각 기능들의 효과를 분석할 필요가 있으며, 이런 분석 방법으로 전략적 기회요인 분석(SOA)이 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업의 공급망에서 필요한 기능들을 균형성과지표(BSC)를 이용하여 도출하고, 재고 감소, 매출 신장, 운영비용 감소 등으로 도출된 핵심 성공 요인을 정량적인 성능지표로 나누어서 그 값을 산출하여 효과 분석을 수행한다. 기업의 향후 5년간의 추정 손익계산서 등을 입력 받아 기대효과를 자동으로 산출하고, 그 결과를 웹상에서 수치화된 결과로 보고받을 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 분석을 통하여 공급망 관리에서의 필수 요소 기능을 도출함으로써 공급망의 전략수립과 설계에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

Supply Chain Management(SCM) is getting important, because size of the company is getting bigger and the kinds of product are various. In the case of manufacturing corporation, for the optimization of SCM, we have to make production and distribution plan by considering the various fluctuation in the aspect of integration. In this paper, first, It proposed the reasonable operational way of the SCM about when the customer's demanding is various and demanding expectation fluctuates in capacity standardization of producer stage. Second, the paper proposed the management way for demanding by considering confirmed demanding information, related inventory expense and demanding shortage expense when we make production and distribution plan. The paper applied the genetic algorithm proved for current usefulness. it proposed the optimal operational way for SCM by dividing into 2 ways for dealing with the duration of confirmed demanding information and various fluctuation.

The Healthcare supply chain management has recently attracted attention as a critical tool to improve service quality and reduce healthcare operational cost. Improving large hospital supply chain performance has become increasingly important as healthcare organizations strive to improve the service quality, while reducing the ever-increasing healthcare cost. This paper explores the strategic areas where the traditional supply chain management may enhance the overall performance of the large hospitals. Based on the literature review and relevant case analysis, this paper argues that the visibility, information sharing and standardization are the critical factors for deploying the supply chain principles, and also proposes the supply chain framework for efficient planning and execution, the use of RFID-enabled system for the end-to-end traceability of medical products, and cross-docking system for minimizing the inventory level in the hospital supply chain. Implications of the study findings are discussed.
