In the seismic migration, Kirchhoff and reverse time migration are used in general. In the reverse time migration using wave equation, two-way and one-way wave equation are applied. The approach of one-way wave equation uses approximately computed downward continuation extrapolator, it need tess amounts of calculations and core memory in compared to that of two-way wave equation. In this paper, we applied one-way wave equation to pre-stack reverse time migration. In the frequency-space domain, forward propagation of source wavefield and back propagration of measured wavefield were executed by using monochromatic one-way wave equation, and zero-lag cross correlation of two wavefield resulted in the image of subsurface. We had implemented prestack migration on a massively parallel processors (MPP) CRAYT3E, and knew the algorithm studied here is efficiently applied to the prestck migration due to its suitability for parallelization.

The Korean Ministry of Education (MOE) required cash flow statements, instead of fund statements, as a component of the financial statements of the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundations (IACF) when it revised IACF accounting rules in 2012. While the fund statements were aligned its accounts to the operating statements' accounts level, the newly adopted cash flow statements' accounts retreated to two levels higher than those of the operating statements. It may be resulted from the consideration that IACFs' burden of preparing cash flow statements especially in direct method. To help IACFs prepare the cash flow statements, MOE's guidance on IACF accounting rules introduced cash flow statement preparation method and presented a practical example, but it did not check whether the accounts of the cash flow statement were reconciled to the accounts of corresponding balance sheet and operating statement. That means that the guidance still lacks how to assure it was accurately prepared. Our study proposed cash flow statement preparation using reconciliation method which reconciles cash flow statement accounts' amounts to balance sheet and operating statement accounts' amounts with integrity checking and also provided a practical example by using the same case in MOE's guidance on IACF accounting rules to help IACF accounting personnel to prepare a cash flow statement efficiently.

Currently the mobile web service is growing with a tremendous speed and mobile contents are spreading extensively. However, it is hard to search what the user wants because of some limitations of cellular phones. And the music is the most popular content, but many users experience frustrations to search their desired music. To solve these problems, this research proposes a hybrid recommendation system, MOBICORS-music (MOBIle COntents Recommender System for Music). Basically it follows the procedure of Collaborative Filtering (CF) system, but it uses Contents-Based (CB) data representation for neighborhood formation and recommendation of new music. Based on this data representation, MOBICORS-music solves the new item ramp-up problem and results better performance than existing CF systems. The procedure of MOBICORS-music is explained step by step with an illustrative example.

As the device scaling proceeds, the operating voltage(VDD) of giga-bit DRAMs is expected to be reduced to 1.5V or down, fir improving the device reliability and reducing the power dissipation. Therefore the low-voltage circuit design techniques are required to implement giga-bit DRAMs. In this work, state-of-art low-voltage DRAM circuit techniques are reviewed, and four kinds of low-voltage circuit design techniques are newly proposed for giga-bit DRAMs. Measurement results of test chips and SPICE simulation results are presented for the newly proposed circuit design techniques, which include a hierarchical negative-voltage word-line driver with reduced subthreshold leakage current, a two-phase VBB(Back-Bias Voltage) generator, a two-phase VPP(Boosted Voltage) generator and a bandgap reference voltage generator.

As a variety of industrial technology advances with various materials developed, cosmetics industry in general is witnessing many kinds of new cosmetic products. At the same time, Cosmetics Act becomes effective, and cosmetics ingredient labeling is implemented. Concerns with life pattern such as life management, biorhythm, right posture, and stress symptoms are on the increase in order to seek high-quality life as well. These life patterns are closely connected not only with life quality and health but with skin management, and thus this paper conducts a survey on the connection between functional cosmetics awareness and life pattern. Results show that out of 16 questions concerning cosmetics awareness, responses to question number 3, 5, 6 and 11 have relevant differences among colleges. Furthermore, the results of cross analysis with life pattern show that there are relevant differences between the year of responses and stress symptoms and between the year of responses and right posture. Lastly, it is shown that answers to questions regarding gender and biorhythm, gender and right posture, and gender and stress symptoms are relevantly different. Further research is needed to reveal the differences between college students and ordinary people at large.

Recently as ubiquitous environment comes to the fore, information density is raised and enterprise is being able to capture and utilize customer-related information at the same time when the customer purchases a product. In this environment, a need for the recommender systems which can deliver proper information to the customer at the right time and right situation is highly increased. Therefore, the research on recommender systems continued actively in a variety of fields. Until now, most of recommender systems deal with item recommendation. However, in the market in ubiquitous environment where the same item can be purchased at several stores, it is highly desirable to recommend store to the customer based on his/her contextual situation and preference such as store location, store atmosphere, product quality and price, etc. In this line of research, we proposed the store recommender system using customer's contextual situation and preference in the market in ubiquitous environment. This system is based on collaborative filtering and Apriori algorithms. It will be able to provide customer-centric service to the customer, enhance shopping experiences and contribute in revitalizing market in the long term.

Chryseobacterium sp. strain T16E-39, isolated from roots of a tomato plant, promotes plant growth and suppresses phytophthora blight and bacterial wilt diseases. The complete genome of strain T16E-39 consists of a circular chromosome with 4,872,888 base pairs with a G + C content of 35.22%. The genome includes 4,289 coding sequences, 15 rRNAs, and 71 tRNAs. We detected genes involved in phosphate solubilization, phytohormone regulation, antioxidant activity, chitin degradation, and the type IX secretion system (T9SS) that may be related to growth promotion and disease suppression in plants.

The purpose of this study is to reduce the immune toxicity of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) by gamma irradiation. LPS was gamma-irradiated at the various doses of 20, 100 and 200 kGy and then evaluated on the immune toxicity through the cell proliferation, nitricoxide production and cytokine release. Cell proliferation significantly decreased in the intact LPS treated groups, whereas gamma-irradiated LPS treated group were not reduced the cell proliferation. Similarly, the production of nitric oxide and cytokine showed the high levels in the intact LPS treated group. However, gamma-irradiated LPS treated group remarkably decreased the production of nitric oxide and cytokine in dose-dependent manner. Therefore, gamma irradiation may effective method to reduce the immune toxicity of LPS.

기후변화로 정상적인 물 순환 체계가 변화되면서, 건천화로 하천의 정상정인 기능이 어렵게 될 것이다. 농업용 저수지의 둑 높이기 사업으로 수자원의 저류공간이 증가되었고, 확보된 수자원을 기후변화에 대응해 하천유지유량으로 활용 할 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 기후변화 시나리오 RCP 8.5를 기반으로 임고 저수지의 둑 높이기 사업 전과 후의 공급 가능한 하천유지유량을 평가하였다. 하천유지유량의 공급은 일별 일정량을 공급하도록 하여 이수안전도 90%를 만족하도록 설정하였고, 상시공급과 갈수시 공급으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 둑 높이기 사업 전에 하천유지유량의 공급 없이 용수공급 능력을 분석한 결과, 2025s기간, 2055s기간, 2085s기간의 이수안전도는 각각 100%, 93.3%, 96.7%로 분석되어 농업용수의 공급 능력은 충분한 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 미래 2025s기간, 2055s기간, 2085s기간에 대하여 둑 높이기 사업 전, 농업용수 공급과 함께 하천유지유량을 상시 공급하였을 경우에는 각각 일별로 3.7천$m^3$, 1천$m^3$, 1.2천$m^3$ 공급 가능하였고, 갈수시만 공급 하였을 경우에는 각각 일별로 7천$m^3$, 2.2천$m^3$, 3.5천$m^3$ 공급 가능한 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 미래 2025s기간, 2055s기간, 2085s기간에 대하여 둑 높이기 사업 후, 농업용수 공급과 함께 하천유지유량을 상시 공급하였을 경우에는 각각 일별로 10.5천$m^3$, 4.5천$m^3$, 7천$m^3$ 공급 가능하였고, 갈수시만 공급 하였을 경우에는 각각 일별로 16.6천$m^3$, 7천$m^3$, 12.2천$m^3$ 공급 가능한 것으로 분석되었다. 결론하여 농업용수 공급능력이 충분한 임고 저수지는 둑높이기 사업 후 확보된 수자원을 하천 유지유량으로 공급하면, 증고사업 전보다 상시공급일 경우에 2.8-5.8배, 갈수시 공급일 경우에 2.4-3.4배 많은 양을 공급 할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Variovorax sp. PMC12 is a rhizobacterium isolated from tomato rhizosphere and enhanced the plant resistance to abiotic and biotic stresses. Here we present the complete genome sequence of strain PMC12. The genome is comprised of two circular chromosomes harboring 5,873,297 bp and 1,141,940 bp, respectively. A total of 6,436 protein-coding genes, 9 rRNAs, 64 tRNAs, 3 ncRNAs, and 80 pseudogenes were identified. We found genes involved in 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate (ACC) deaminase, antioxidant activity, phosphate solubilization, and biosynthesis of proline and siderophore. Those genes may be related to capability of improving plant resistance to various stresses including salinity, cold temperature, and phytopathogen.
