The OSI fault management is composed of specific management functions such as the Alarm Reporting Function, Event Report Management Function, and Log Control Function. The fault management is to notify and manage the events and the alarm data which are transfered as the information of the fault management may be managed effectively. And it is necessary to design the model of the fault management properly by using these functions for the study of network management activities. Therefore, in this paper, the integrated management model of the Event Report Management and Log Control Function based on Alarm Reporting Function is investigated. Also, the system component of alarm collector which is added in the manager system for the effective fault management is studied and proposed.

As the number and diversity of educational services increases rapidly on the Internet, we are faced with some service availability problems including persistent service monitoring and fault tolerancy. In this paper, we implemented a service monitoring & fault management system to enhance this availability and reduce administration cost of WBI system. In order to validate our system, we also illustrated an effective real-time monitoring and automatic fault announcement & recovery from our experiences in a real world WBI environment.

원격모니터링 통합모델은 고속도로나 유료도로의 영업소 요금수납 체계의 하부시스템 (요금수납시스템, ETCS시스템, 위반차량촬영시스템, 축중시스템)의 구성 및 장애 현황을 감시하고, 장애 발생에 대한 장애처리 체계를 수행하는 모델이다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 장애감시, 효율적 WorkFlow 구성 및 차별화된 정보를 제공하기 위해서 감시 S/W 엔진과 DBMS(Database Managemnet System) 기반의 C/S (Client /Server)시스템을 구성하고 WEB기반의 환경을 설계한다. 본 통합모델을 구현함으로써 체계적인 구성관리/장애관리를 통한 효율적인 유지관리 업무가 가능하며, 현장 장비의 상태 파악이 조기에 용이하여 장애 시간을 최소화 할 수 있다. 또한 Data의 지식 DB화를 통하여 유사 장애에 대한 조치가 용이하다.

1990년대 이후 국내 노령인구 비율이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 2018년에는 전 인구의 14%, 2026년에는 전 인구의 20% 정도를 차지할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 노령 인구는 만성질환의 유병율이 높으며 이와 함께 노령 인구의 특성상 인지기능저하가 동반되는 경우가 많아 환자 관리에 있어서 어려움이 많다. 당뇨병은 인지기능장애의 주요 위험 인자를 차지하고 있다. 그러나, 일반적으로 당뇨병 치료에 있어 혈당관리, 미세혈관 및 대혈관 합병증에 대한 관심 및 관리는 잘 이루어지고 있지만, 이에 반해 인지기능장애 부분에 있어서는 다소 간과하고 있는 부분이 많다. 당뇨병이 있는 환자에서 치매 발생 위험율이 2배 이상을 높은 점을 감안할 때, 고령 환자에서는 인지기능장애에 대한 세심한 관심이 필요하다.

최근 인터넷의 급속한 발전과 컴퓨터 및 네트워크 기술이 점차 보편화 됨에 따라 다양한 정보를 제공하는 서비스들이 증가하고, 서비스를 제공하는 시스템 또한 사용 영역이 지속적으로 확대되고 있다. 이렇듯 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 시스템을 효율적으로 관리하고 여러 이유로 발생하는 장애를 능동적으로 감지하여 해결할 수 있는 기술은 최근 중요한 연구 이슈 중 하나가 되었다. 본 논문은 관리자의 편의성을 고려하여 웹 기반 방식의 관리 시스템을 제공함과 동시에 실시간 장애관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 또한 장애가 발생한 시스템을 정확하고 신속히 감지하기 위해 실시간으로 장애 정보를 수집 후, 이를 관리자에게 SMS 서비스로 알려주는 시스템을 제안한다.

This paper is aimed at defining items of fault, and then constructing rules of fault diagnosis and recovery using INBANCA technology for the purpose of managing the weh server. The fault items of web server consist of the process fault, server overload, network interface fault, configuration and performance fault. Based on these items, the actual fault management is carried out fault referencing. In order to reference the fault, we have formulated the system-level fault diagnosis production rule and the service-level fault diagnosis rule, conjunction with translating management knowledge into active network. Also, adaptive recovery mechanism of web server is applied to defining recovery rule and constructing case library for case-based web server fault recovery. Finally, through the experiment, fault environment and applicability of each proposed production rule and recovering scheme are presented to verify justification of proposed diagnosis rules and recovery mechanism for fault management. An intelligent case-based fault management scheme proposed in this paper can minimize an effort of web master to remove fault incurred web administration and operation.

현재 통신망상에서 운영되고 있는 네트워크 장애처리시스템의 가장 큰 문제점은 통신망상에서 발생한 장애를 보고하는 기능은 지니고 있지만, 이에 대한 효율적 처리의 방안이 부족하다는 것이다. 또한 발생한 장애에 대한 데이터베이스 유지와 이를 활용하여 지식 정보화를 구축하는 측면과 통신망 사용자의 문의 및 불만 상담을 처리하고, 사용자에게 장애 처리에 대한 정보를 제공하는 기능은 거의 제공되고 있지 못하다. 이러한 통신망 상에서 발생하는 장애를 효과적으로 해결하기 위해서는 장애를 처리하는 네트워크 장애처리시스템(Network Trouble Management System)이 필수적으로 요구되며, 이에 대한 운영 방식을 효율적으로 개선함으로써 통신망 장애로 인한 시간적, 경제적 손실을 최소화하고, 사용자와 관리자 모두에게 효과적인 시스템에 대한 구축의 필요성이 증대하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전문가 기반의 장애처리시스템에 자동 응답 시스템을 접목시켜 각 분야의 전문가들을 영입하고 관리할 수 있으며, 기존의 장애 처리 데이터베이스를 활용하여 사용자에게 장애처리에 대한 방안을 제시한 수 있는 전문가 기반의 확장 장애처리시스템을 구현함으로써 사용자에게 신뢰성 있는 고부가가치의 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 하였다.

뇌성마비(Cerebral Palsy)는 임신 중이나 출산, 또는 신생아기에 발생된 뇌손상에 의해 발생하는 중추성 자세 및 운동 장애를 말한다. 뇌성마비는 여러 가지 합병증 및 동반증상을 가지게 되는데, 그 증상들에는 지적장애, 언어장애, 간질, 시각장애, 자폐, 이갈이 및 섭식연하장애 등이 있다. 뇌성마비 장애인에서 나타나는 치과적 특징과 고려사항, 그리고 이들의 구강건강관리에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

The purpose of this research is to identify barriers which researchers experience in gaining access to information, and to present the rank of the seriousness of barriers by measuring the extent of barrier. Fourty-three barriers are identified through consulting scholarly papers related to library and information science. managers of library and information system and researchers. And the rank of the seriousness of barriers is analyzed by researchers' study fields, study careers and frequency in library use.

본 논문에서는 LAN 상에서의 장애 검출과 장애를 유발시킨 호스트에 대한 위치 확인을 통하여 보다 효율적인 네트워크 장애 관리가 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위한 알고리즘을 제시하고 있다. LAN 상에서의 주된 장애로 충돌율에 의한 네트워크 지연 장애를 들 수 있다. 따라서 패킷 충돌 감지를 통하여 네트워크 지연을 감지하고 이를 통하여 브로드캐스트, 멀티캐스트, 에러 발생 패킷 등을 분석하여 충돌율을 많이 발생시킨 호스트를 찾는다. 패킷을 많이 발생시킨 호스트에 대하여 RMON2를 이용하여 응용 프로토콜의 종류를 파악하고 이에 대한 내용을 관리자에게 통보함으로써 네트워크 장애 관리를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있다.
