Recently more and more shortened of corporation's sustainable longevity at the enterprise, and enterprise environment is also changing drastically. In this study, we wanted to obtain a solution that enable to continue the company's corporate longevity through critical factor analysis of the Japan Shinise. In the analysis results of Japan corporation as Doraya, Deicoko, Shinise longevity, we can explain about critical factors like that credit, tradition, customization, products development, changes of management methods and finding a global new markets. Also, In this study, analyzed a significance of critical factors for focusing on each cases and theories using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), and did prediction and analysis about critical longevity factors. However, it need to collect sufficient data and a lots of variables for input. because the sample may be it insufficient. Results of the study, will be expected to be a useful guide for analysis of longevity factors at the company in the future.

Genera Mesochra and Elaphoidella have been studied as one of the serial studies on the taxonomy of the family Canthocamptidae in South Korea. As a result of it, two species of Mesochra and three species of Elapholidella are added to Korean fauna: M. alaskana Wilson, M. suifunensis Borutskii, E. grandidieri (Guerne and Richard), E. bidens (Schmeil) and E. superpedalis Shen and Tai. A key to the species of the genera Mesochra and Elaphoidella known from Korea is prepared.

A taxonomic study on the freshwater harpacticoids of the genus Canthocamptus has been accomplished as one of the serial researches on the family Canthocarnptidae in South Korea. As a result of it, a total of seven species of the genus are listed, two of which are new to Korean fauna: C. kitaurensis Kikuchi and C. macrosetifer Ishida. Additional materials of five species belonging to Canthocamptus mirabilis species group are recorded. A key to the seven species of the genus Canthocamptus known from Korea is prepared.

The third instar larva and the pupa of Pentodon quadridens bidentulus (Fairmaire, 1887) are described and illustrated for the first time from material collected in Korea. Information on biological notes, distribution, and life cycle of the species in their natural habitats and laboratory conditions is also provided and discussed herein.

Companies engaged in the enterprise, while still at the start will have social responsibility. But recently, more and more companies will shorten the life expectancy of a corporate environment and is also rapidly changing. In this study, the longevity of global enterprises through the company's longevity factor analysis, that has continued to gain corporate answer. DuPont's global corporate giant Siemens and the longevity of the two factors in analyzing the factors that change the business portfolio, risk management, and continuous research and development, trust management, environmental management and other factors have been described. This ongoing internal and external environment analysis and core competencies by strengthening the implementation of responsible management as the core of the upcoming general management are appearing.

The present study was conducted as a part of the research on the investigation on daily life and consciousness of the longevous people in Korea. Surveys were carried out on their familial organization and the marriage life of longevous people in order to achieve the purpose of the research. The materials for 121 males and 258 females aged more than 80 were collected and analyzed from June to November 1985. The results are summarized as follows: 1. As for parents' mortality age of longevous people, 49.5% of them showed 'both above 70'(20.3%) and/or 'either father or mother above 70' (29.2%). Consequently, a significant difference was found between tile life span and inherent factor. 2. By the birth order of longevous people, '1st' had the highest figure of 41.2%. and decreased in the order of '2nd'(25.1%) and '3rd'(13.7%). It was observed that the more the birth order of longevous people preceded, the more life span of the aged increased. 3. Three to five persons in the number of brother3 and sisters comprised 57.6% of total longevous people surveyed. while 63.9% of them were revealed to have three to six in the number of offsprings.

Imago's flight activities of Protaetia brevitarsis were from mid June to early September, and those of Allomyrina dichotoma were from mid June to late August. These activities were mainly influenced by amount and duration of rain. They were more active when there was small amount and short period of rain in a year. Distribution depth of the 3$^{rd}$ larvae of P. brevitarsis were not affected to the temperature. But A. dichotoma were sensitively react to the temperature, almost larvae were near the surface when high temperature. The distribution of P. brevitarsis was not affected by humidity, but most of A. dichotoma were near the surface when high humidity. Larvae of P. brevitarsis usually ate their dead individuals. When we supplied as food the pork, chicken, fresh mackerel, bread, apple, and pear. They took all of these food but larvae of A. dichotoma took only bread. Two species were lived in similar environment but those feeding habit was very different.
