  • Since the human race set foot on the earth, an unremitting effort to the free oneself from the fear of death. It was used ways and means like religion, power and a war to this end that the achievements of one's lifetime for a great man have power and wealth proved. But, there are remain proposition, all man will be die in spite of a lot of effort. The purpose of this study is recognize theoretical background of funeral culture based on present studies and a recent statistical data, and provide data for err from the right path of a funeral policy and improve consciousness of person. And, There wish inflected a basic data when Architectural Planning of funeral facilities to institutional background and facilities situation.

  • The change of social consciousness and culture induce increasing needs of funeral ceremony hall. This study analysed the equipments standards of funeral ceremony hall, and the procedure of each ritual formalities, then surveyed nine cases. As a result, the forms of mortuary are identical despite the needs of plans by religions and rites. This study recognized the needs of mortuary plans by religions, and purposed to plan each religion's mortuary based on funeral ceremony hall after this.

  • 장례의식은 불교에서 가장 중요한 정기적인 의식들 중에 하나이다. 이러한 의식은 수도자나 죽은 사람들을 위해서 행해지고 있다. 그렇다고 장례의식의 목적이 죽은 사람들만을 위한 것이 아니라 근원적으로는 'saṃsāra'의 윤회로부터 완전한 해방을 구하는 모습을 의미한다. 티벳불교에서의 죽음은 두 가지를 의미를 인식한다. 하나는 열반으로 입적하는 것으로 다섯 가지에 완전히 융해되는 것을 뜻한다. 이러한 죽음은 더 이상의 '태어남'이 없다. 열반의 경지는 카르마 안에서 융해 되거나 평화를 얻은 경지인 것이다. 또 하나의 죽음은 카르마의 법칙에 의해서 통제 되거나 하나의 영혼이 열반 안으로 들어가기 전까지 순환적인 주기 안에서 지속적으로 반복되는 것이다. 카르마는 불교의 관례를 통해서 카르마의 힘은 없어질 수 있다고 할지라도 근본적으로 외부적인 간섭을 수행하지는 않는다. 즉 불교의 이념들은 각자의 노력을 통해 해방을 얻는 것을 가르치고 있다. 하지만 카르마의 경로가 식별하기 어려워 제의식의 효과나 수행의식을 통해 알아 볼 수밖에 없다. 여기서는 티벳불교에서 죽은 후의 몸을 적절히 배치하는 방법을 얻는 제의식이나 축제에 관심을 갖는 것이 아니라 이를 통한 실질적이고 복합적인 힘, 그리고 카르마적 흐름을 바꾸거나 심지어 없애버릴 수 있는 의식에 관심을 갖고자 한다.

  • Market in the 21st century innovative products is not the same as marketing traditional products and services. Whether for survival or to sustain market leadership, Design Marketing Strategy is the key in the new era of world competition. Design Strategies are also more critical issues in the future, because most business and firms depend on successful design project. In order to effectively bring creative professional output to market, design leaders who can use design intelligence to shape the future of their organizations and business must evidence marketing strategy technology, creative and managerial skill. Design Management links design and related business activities into a creative and coordinated strategy for creating value and sustainable advantage for the firm. Design education has focused primarily in the training of professional designers within their specific disciplines. But it dose not provide training in the management skills necessary to effectively lead a design project team. Most design colleges do not provide any integrated education in leadership and team building, strategy, finance, marketing or project management. This is the time that Design Management Program should be prepared to provide design students who want to manage design project in creative industry. The program has to be prepared to provide all the business skills and information that design students need to know in an upper-level undergraduate school. The Program's goal is to graduate design leaders able to strategically manage a design project for the challenge of managing in the 21st century.

  • To date, the study of the $jh{\bar{a}}peti$ is small. "Osamnanyasinhakbiyoung" was found in the Gumamodo University in 2006, research has gained a new opportunity. The '연약(練若)' of "Osamyunyaksinhakbiyoung(오삼연약신학비용)" is an abbreviation of ara?ya should be unified in "Osamnanyasinhakbiyoung(五衫練若新學備用)". The second volume contains the following information. Since the Buddhist ritual of ordinary people, this made according to fit the rules in accordance with the environment(隨方毗尼). Obok(五服) is called according to the meaning Osam(五衫) of dressed standard. Gamguhyodangdo is to install one incense and one lanterns to illuminate their own buddha, is where enshrines the relics(śarīra). Back to the article, which should show the face bitter and sad hearts. Over white paper it should represent an article. Posts containing the meaning of the sacrifice must necessarily meant to inform heaven as articles for the dead. Such "Osamnanyasinhakbiyoung" of structure and contents of the second volume was reflected in "Sungmoonsanguicho(釋門喪儀抄)". "Osamnanyasinhakbiyoung" written intent is reflected in the prolegomena of the "Sungmoonsanguicho" it influenced $Jh{\bar{a}}peti$-Rites during the Joseon Dynasty. "Osamnanyasinhakbiyoung" of prepare after death and "Sunksiyoram(釋氏要覽)" of funeral was incorporated as "Sungmoonsanguicho". It built the $st{\bar{u}}pa$ is a symbol of tranquility achieved a kind of enlightenment. Human life ends with death, and it completed the $Jh{\bar{a}}peti$-Rites in "Sungmoonsanguicho". The significance here is in. Tying the funeral and burial in one enshrine the relics will be shown on the top by the completion of life. In particular, Kankyungdogam(刊經都監) published in the $Jh{\bar{a}}peti$-Rites "Osamnanyasinhakbiyoung" were engraved production and dissemination. That it will have another significance.

The IPA of Multilateral Perception on Foodservice Quality of Hospital Funeral Centers : Focusing on Foodservice Operators, Chief mourners/the bereave and Funeral Visitors (의료기관 장례식장 급식품질의 다자간 인식차이 및 IPA 분석: 장례식장 급식운영 담당자, 상주 및 유족, 조문객을 중심으로)

  • This study identified the importance and performance perceptions of funeral foodservice service quality toward funeral foodservice employees, chief mourners/the bereaved and funeral visitors. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires from 102 funeral foodservice employees, 71 chief mourners/the bereaved and 293 funeral visitors. According to the result of the survey, 'hygienic food production process' was recognized as the most important attribute while 'neat appearance of food' had the least performance. By comparing the importance of service quality attributes between three subject groups, it can be identified funeral foodservice employees had the highest recognition while funeral visitors had the lowest (p<0.001). Furthermore, funeral foodservice employees had a significantly high performance level compared to chief mourners/the bereaved in all 19 service quality attributes (p<0.001). The IPA result toward funeral foodservice employees indicated the following attributes that required improvements: 'reasonable menu price' and 'kindness of helpers'. Another IPA result from chief mourners/the bereaved recognized 'reasonable menu price' as a service priority. Overall, implications for funeral foodservice managers regarding service quality improvement are discussed.

A Study On the Organization of Condolent Space in funeral Ceremony Hall (전문장례식장 조문공간 구성에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is furnishing applicable data, in deviation from the conventional study of architectural planning, for funeral ceremony hall actually built as a various form. For that, this study performed analysis of condolent space, through dividing space into three phase which is planning unit, organizing unit and making layout as a general method of architectural planning steps. The results are as follows. Establishing spaces for bereaved family's rest in funeral space is also applicable, through the renovation, in case of A type u nit that is more than 25$m^2$. If wish to organize funeral space unit by monolithic space type at planning, than should be controle d size of unit so as not to excessive and if wish to organize by connection style and 1:1 separation style, than area of room where coffin is placed should be considered not overly lacking than condoler's waiting space. On arranging of middle corridor type should be controled scale of funeral space so that is not lacking than room where coffin is placed. In case of hall type, there are necessity to make area of condoler's waiting space do not excess than area of room where coffin is placed.

A study on the expansion of culture industry and establishment of industrialization of well-dying education (웰다잉 교육의 문화산업 확산과 산업화 구축에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to establish well-dying education, well-dying culture, and industrialization for well-aging. For this, data was collected through Gallup Korea from February 1, 2021 to February 22, 2021. As a result of the study, well-dying education experience was 4.7%, and education satisfaction was surveyed with 2.88 points out of 5. As a result of analyzing the needs of well-dying education according to the age groups, the educational demands of youth and middle-aged were in the order of hospice education and information, life-sustaining medical information, and funeral information. In the case of the young old, it was in the order of hospice education and information, funeral information, and psychological overcoming related to death. In the case of the elderly, the survey was conducted in the order of hospice education and information, funeral information, and life-care related information. The perception of industrialization related to the well-dying culture was inspected in the order of the well-dying café where you can talk about life and death, the well-dying experience such as the entrance experience, and the development of travel products related to culture and art (p<0.05). Such results can be usefully utilized in the development of well-dying education programs for well aging, cultural spreading, and industrialization.
