디지털 시뮬레이션에 의한 CMAC 신경망 직류전동기 속도 제어기 설계 (Design for CMAC Neural Network Speed Controller of DC Motor by Digital Simulations)

  • 본 논문에서는 비선형 시스템을 제어하기 위한 CMAC 신경망을 제안한다. CMAC 신경망은 사람의 소뇌를 모방한 신경망으로서 복잡한 비선형 함수의 해를 수치적인 연산에 의해 구하지 않고 table look-up방식을 이용하기 때문에 학습이 타 신경망에 비해 월등히 빠르고 용이하며 제어신호를 출력하기 위한 계산시간이 거의 필요치가 않다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 제어기 구조의 타당성을 증명하기 위해 간단한 비선형 함수와 직류전동기 속도제어에 대한 CMAC 제어기를 시뮬레이션을 통하여 학습 제어기의 안정성 및 추적에러의 감소를 확인하였다. 또한 제안 CMAC 제어기를 실시간 장력제어에 적용하여 직류전동기의 속도를 제어하므로 시뮬레이션 값과 비슷한 장력제어를 보인으로서 유용성을 입증하였다.

  • Maintaining track tension in tracked vehicles minimizes the excessive load on the tracks and prevents the peal-off of tracks from the road-wheel, and adequately guarantees the stable and improved driving of the tracked vehicles. However, the track tension cannot be easily measured due to the limitation in the sensor technology, harsh environment, etc. In this study, the track tension is estimated in realtime from the measurable signals of tracked vehicles and controlled based on a fuzzy logic controller. The proposed control system is implemented on tracked vehicles and its performance is evaluated under various driving conditions.

  • 제어대상인 현수형 케이블의 수학적 모델을 구성하고 이것에 장력이 발생하는 교류서보 전동기의 수학적 모델을 구하였다. 제어방법은 제어대상의 동적 모델이 비선형 시변계이기 때문에 강인성이 있는 퍼지제어를 적용하고 차대가 움직이기 시작할 때 발생하는 오버슈트를 억제하기 위해서 피드포워드 제어를 도입하여 정장력 제어 시스템을 구성하였다. 시뮬레이션에 의해 그 유효성을 평가하였으며 양호한 결과를 얻었다.

  • This Paper describes the mathematical modeling and control of the tension and the speed of moving Bio-wrap in a wrap winding machine. In winding process, important control specifications include the regulation of wrap tension and velocity. In this research, a tension and velocity model has been developed for winding processes. A prototype winding system has been constructed, and the controller has been implemented in a real time PC-based environment. The tension control system is modeled a MIMO of the two-input and four-output system. The performance of the modeled system has been evaluated via simulation using MATLAB and experiments.

  • This paper presents the non-linear modeling and design of a robust sliding mode controller for film transfer systems. The tension of a film is sensitive to the speed difference between a winder and an unwinder. The change of the roll-radius as well as the moment of inertia result in the film transfer system begin variable and non-linear. In designing the robust controller. Two major aims are considered. The first aim is hat the web transferring speed tracks at any given reference speed; the second one is that the tension of the film tracks at any given reference tension. To verify the control algorithm, a Simulink model was built and compared with a conventional PID controller. In a computer simulation study, the suggested robust sliding mode controller shows better performance than the PID controller a various control inputs.

  • This paper presents the tension control of a wire-cut discharge machine using electrorheological(E,R) fluid based brake system. On the basis of the tension level required in the machine, an appropriate size of the ER brake which features design simplicity, fast response and salient controllability is designed. Considering the Bingham property of ER fluid and actuator response time, the governing equation of the ER brake is derived. And a tension propagation of wire electrode is modeled via frequency response. The tension control performance of the discharge machine is simulated by using a robust sliding mode controller.

  • Converting technology has developed to print information for the decades. Recently, this technology (like gravure, gravure-offset) is rising as an alternative way for mass production of printed electronics such as RFID, solar cell. For the width of printing line is under 10 microns, registration error should be minimized less than several microns. Tension disturbance is main cause of registration error and this should be minimized before the substrate is transported into printing zone. With PI controller, it is possible to suppress the disturbance within 2% of operating tension. But register error appears more than 10 micron using PIcontroller considering noise. So LQG controller is needed as an alternative control method. In this paper, the comparision of PI and LQG controller in the converting machine including measured noise and tension disturbance is presented. It is shown that the LQG controller is more suitable for precision tension control in printed electronics.
