  • The cruiser trip which can have various experiences in a short time is growing as the best tourism package because there is less leisure time in contrast of the increased income in 21C. in other words, as the demand of the tourist goes up, the number of ships built newly is increasing. The order of the ship keeping first and second rank in Korea has arranged a long-term strategy in order to get into the global market with the cruiser with the high value added. They also set the objective related to the cruiser design and skillful construction work. We need to observe the change and trend of the cruiser with a care at this time when the cruiser industry is launched out. In this study, the cruiser industry is divided by four periods: the spring time, the depressed time, the developing time and the peak time, on the basis of the trend of the development and the change of space structure. In addition, it was analyzed in this study that there were the various trends such as the ratio, the structure and the type of the space as well as the interior plan in the passenger's residential place The aim of this study is to present the fundamental material about the interior plan to prepare for building the domestic cruisers in a foreseeable future.

연구논문 - 국내 고급윤활유 시장의 유통구조 개선에 대한 연구(I)

  • 국내정유산업의 후방부문인 윤활유사업은 산업의 발전과 함께 국내 진출, 다국적석유기업에 의하여 원료 및 첨가제의 공급에 의한 단순생산과 마아케팅을 하여 국내시장을 지배하여 왔다. 또한 중화학공업의 발달과 함께 산업기계에 요구되는 윤활유제품도 다양화와 품질고급화로 시장구조가 점점 변화되고 있다. 국내윤활유총생산량중 65$\%$의 시장을 가지고 있는 고급윤활유시장은 4개 제조회사에 의하여 96$\%$의 시장을 유지하고 있다. 각 제조회사의 시장확대정책에 의하여 각대리점에 대한 유통경로의 관리가 중요 마아케팅전략음 되고 있는 실정이다. 제조회사의 대형 소비자에 대한 직매, 직영대리점, 일반대리점에 대한 유통기구중 많은 판매비중을 차지하고 있는 일반대리점에 대하여 4P를 기준하여 대리점측 입장에서 마아케팅 믹스를 분석하였다. 제조회사가 판매대리점에 취하는 마아케팅 전략중 직접적인 방법과 간접적인 방법이 시장관리에 나타나는 갈등정도를 가설로 설문지를 작성하여 6월 10일부터 6월 19일까지 경인지역은 조사원에 의한 직접방문과 지방은 등기우편에 의하여 50개 일반대리점에 송부하여 60$\%$의 회수율을 보였다. 응답자료를 통하여 제조회사의 직접적인 시장관리방법과 간접적인 시장관리방법을 사용시 일반대리점에 대한 갈등해소 정도를 상관분석을 통한 통계처리를 하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같은 사실을 얻을수 있었다. 제조회사가 일반대리점에 실시하는 직접적 또는 간접적인 시장관리는 일반대리점에 대하여 갈등해소에 커다란 작용을 하지 못한다. 따라서 제조회사는 유통경로에 대한 전략을 첫째, 일반대리점과 직영대리점과의 시장에 대한 마찰해소 둘때, 대리점에 대한 안정적인 판매이윤제공 셋째, 계획적인 판매대리점간 시장경쟁조정 넷째, R & D 투자강화로 제조회사 차원에서 공동으로 산학협동하여 첨가제 및 상표의 국내개발을 이루어 제품가격인하로 장기적인 시장개발이 요청된다는 결론을 얻었다.

  • The purpose of this study was to propose a method of the Residents' Participation for the ecotourism and the sustainable development of mountain village. A questionnaire survey of 190 residents on their life in the mountain village was conducted. The survey site was in excellent condition of natural environment and access route. In the result of survey, the residents have positive opinions on the development of ecotourism, and are willing to participate in the device stage of plan for development. It has been shown that the most important thing in the development of ecotourism is the increase of personal income and regional finance under the premise of conservation of natural environment. It was apparent that the prior consideration of the development is the improvement of system and related laws.

  • To provide evidence of bank's management consulting effect on client firms' performance and contribution to the bank, this study adopts Matching Sample Design and OLS regression using financial and consulting data from A Bank, which allowed us for empirically testing bank's management consulting effect on client firms. Specifically, We examine difference between ante-post performance of consulting client firms and difference between performance of consulting client firms and the other client firms. Empirical results show that management consulting by a Bank can increase interdependency, while It does not cause significant improvement of growth, activity, and profitability. This result provides further understanding of effect of management consulting by a bank on consulting client firms and some implication which banks should consider for management consulting.

  • A water supply reliability is mainly influenced by water demand, reservoir storage, and inflow change caused from drought. The water supply reliability can vary depending on the method of dam operation. In Korea, the deficit-supply method which complements water deficit as water shortage occurs in downstream areas has been used for the national water resources master plan using K-WEAP, but the prime flow method, an alternative approach, would show different results of water supply reliability in comparison to the deficit-supply method. The objective of this research is to compare and analyze differences in water supply reliability according to dam operation methods. These results can be used to re-evaluate water supply reliability of dam in a circumstance considering steady dam release for instreamflow in downstream and hydroelectric power generation.

Effects of Street Centrality on the Land Prices in Seoul, South Korea (서울시 가로망 중심성의 토지가격 효과 연구)

  • This study aimed to measure street centralities with the street width, and to analyze their effects on the residential and non-residential land prices in Seoul, South Korea. Most of the studies on urban economics and policy focusing on the urban spatial structure have evolved in terms of their perspective from monocentric to polycentric models. Recently, their themes shifted to measuring street centralities and capturing their effects on urban phenomena. To expand the existing studies and discussion, this study analyzed the street centralities with the street width, and how they changed the land prices. Multilevel regression models generated a few key findings relevant to the relationship between street centralities and land prices. While a higher detour volume and closeness to wider streets commanded premium residential land prices, higher visibility and detour volume to wider streets were associated with higher non-residential land prices. These findings suggest a robust connection between street configuration and near-land prices. Thus, the results of this study suggest a few insightful policy implications for urban planners, urban designers, real estate developers, and appraisers.

Obligated Involuntary Officer's Employment Support Plan Research After Discharge (군(軍) 단기복무장교의 전역 후 취업지원 방안 연구)

  • Because Korean military promotes employment support policy which give priority to the middle service officer who served more than 5 but less than 10 years and long term service officer who served more than 10 years, the support policy for obligated involuntary officer is relatively deficient. To make matters worse, national youth unemploy ment makes obligated involuntary officers suffer from serious unemployment crisis after discharge. These problems have bad effect on gaining ROTC KAOCS cadets who constitute about 80% of first appointment officers and because they are mostly discharged after just taking a short service, it's time to find a measure to solve the problem. Thus, this study is investigated to improve competitive rate of entry of ROTC KAOCS for securing outstanding manpower by deducing MR about legislation and system which are related to employment support for obligated involuntary officers and suggesting stable job secure plan for employment support, supplement system, and after discharge, model way of career management during military service of an obligated involuntary officers who are suitable for qualificated men who are needed for a company. Also, it will lead to combat power development of the military consequently.

Estimation of Natural Flow in Han river basin (한강유역의 자연유량 산정)

  • 국내 유량자료는 아직 장기간의 유출량 자료가 확보되어 있지 못하며, 미계측 유역에서의 유출량에 대한 해결책이 마련되어 있지 못한 실정이다. 따라서 국가 수자원 계획이나 효율적인 물관리를 위한 장기유출해석을 위해 유출모형이 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국건설기술연구원에서 개발한 SWAT-K 모형을 이용하여 팔당댐 지점을 최종출구점으로 하는 한강유역의 자연유출량을 산정하고자 하였다. 여기에서는 유역내 인위적인 저류시설물인 댐이 없는 상태를 자연유량이 가정하고 팔당댐 지점에서의 자연유량을 산정하여 그 결과를 검토하였다. 대상유역으로 선정된 한강유역(팔당댐 상류유역)의 경우, 유역내 다목적댐, 용수전용댐, 발전전용댐 등 다수의 댐이 위치하고 있다. 기존 사용되어 오고 있는 집중형 모형으로는 대상유역 내의 댐을 고려할 수 없으며, 유역출구점에서의 유출량만을 모의할 수 있다. 그러나, SWAT-K 모형은 유역내 댐고려가 가능한 저수지 모듈을 포함하고 있으며, 유역내 사용자가 원하는 지점에서의 유출량을 모의할 수 있다. 먼저 자연유량을 산정하기 앞서, 댐이 위치하고 있는 대상유역에 대하여 모형에서 고려할 수 있는 댐운영 방법별로 모의유량과 관측유량을 이용하여 댐운영 모의능력을 검증하였다. 또한, 대상유역의 최종출구점인 팔당댐 지점과 유역내에 위치하고 있는 댐지점에 대하여 각각 관측유량과 모의유량을 비교 검토하여 모형의 적용성을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서, 최종적으로 보정된 매개변수를 이용하여 댐이 없는 상태의 한강유역에 대하여 자연유량을 산정하여, 팔당댐 지점을 중심으로 댐의 유무에 따른 유량의 변화를 고찰하였다. 시범수행에서는 10개의 트렌치를 설치하여 그 효과를 분석하였다. 9번 소유역 145번 지점의 유황을 분석한 결과 저수량$(Q_{275})$$0.0177m^3/s$에서 $0.0190m^3/s$로, 갈수량$(Q_{355})$$0.0176m^3/s$에서 $0.0189m^3/s$로 약 7%가 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다. 결과로부터 침투 트렌치는 저수량 및 갈수량을 증가시키는 보조수단이 될 수 있다.해 보았다. 뿐만 아니라 이와 관련된 수문요소기술을 확보할 수 있을 것이다.역의 물순환 과정을 보다 명확히 규명하고자 노력하였다.으로 추정되었다.면으로의 월류량을 산정하고 유입된 지표유량에 대해서 배수시스템에서의 흐름해석을 수행하였다. 그리고, 침수해석을 위해서는 2차원 침수해석을 위한 DEM기반 침수해석모형을 개발하였고, 건물의 영향을 고려할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 본 연구결과 지표류 유출 해석의 물리적 특성을 잘 반영하며, 도시지역의 복잡한 배수시스템 해석모형과 지표범람 모형을 통합한 모형 개발로 인해 더욱 정교한 도시지역에서의 홍수 범람 해석을 실시할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 모형의 개발로 침수상황의 시간별 진행과정을 분석함으로써 도시홍수에 대한 침수위험 지점 파악 및 주민대피지도 구축 등에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 있을 것으로 판단되었다.4일간의 기상변화가 자발성 기흉 발생에 영향을 미친다고 추론할 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구에서 추론된 기상변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더

Change in the Korean Fertility Control Policy and its Effect (출산력 억제정책의 영향과 변천에 관한 고찰)

  • Korean government decided to adopt an explicit population control policy in 1961 and from the following year the establishment and operation of the national family planning programme was included in each of the Five-Year Economic Development Plans that began in 1962. This policy was pursued in the understanding that without proper population control measures korea could not be able to achieve economic development. Korean national family planning programme is characterized by contraceptive target system through public health network with distribution of free contraceptives by family planning field workers and clinical contraceptive services such as IUD, vasectomy and tubaligation at designated clinics by the government. In addition, IE&C activities by the Planned Parenthood Federation of Korea and programme evaluation and research by the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs contributed to the development of the government programme. Between 1960 and mid 1980s the nation's total fertility rate was reduced from 6.0 to population replacement level of 2.1 and thereafter it has been maintained at 1.6 to 1.7 of below replacement level. With a short period of less than three decades fertility transition was completed in Korea. It is estimated that if the current level of below replacement fertility continues, the population in Korea stabilize at around 52.78 million people by the year 2028, and it will begin to decrease thereafter. Under this circumstances, the government adopted new directions and strategies of the population policy in June 1996, focused primarily on population quality and social welfare than on demographic arenas. In spite of over 80 percent of high contraceptive prevalence among married women, high incidence of induced abortions is maintained. Moreover, the prevalence of sex selective induced abortions using procedures to determine the sex of the fetus has resulted in an imbalance in the sex ratio at birth. In order to overcome those problems associated with reproductive health new policy for population quality control and health promotion programme should be highly strengthened in the future.

The effect of external influence and operational management level on urban water system from water-energy nexus perspective (물-에너지 넥서스 관점에서 외부영향과 운영관리 수준이 도시물순환시스템에 미치는 영향)

  • Due to climate change, population growth, and economic development, the demand for water in the urban water system (UWS) and the energy required for water use constantly increase. Therefore, beyond the traditional method of considering only the water sector, the Nexus approach, which considers synergies and trade-offs between the water and energy sectors, has begun to draw attention. In previous researches, the Nexus methodology was used to demonstrate that the UWS is an energy-intensive system, analyze the water-energy efficiency relationship surrogated by energy intensity, and identify climate (long-term climate change, drought, type), geographic characteristics (topography, flat ratio, location), system characteristics (total supply water amount, population density, pipeline length), and operational management level (water network pressure, leakage rate, water saving) effects on the UWS. Through this, it was possible to suggest the direction of policies and institutions to UWS managers. However, there was a limit to establishing and implementing specific action plans. This study built the energy intensity matrix of the UWS, quantified the impact of city conditions, external influences, and operational management levels on the UWS using the water-energy Nexus model, and introduced water-energy efficiency criteria. With this, UWS managers will be able to derive strategies and action plans for efficient operation management of the UWS and evaluate suitability and validity after implementation.
