본 연구에서 자사주매입이 최초로 허용된 1994년 5월부터 1999년 12월까지 자사주매입을 공시한 415건을 대상으로 24개월간 장기성과를 분석한 결과, 자사주매입기업의 성과에 관한 정보신호가설이 부분적으로 지지되는 것으로 나타났다. 자사주매입의 목적별로 보면, 가격안정을 목적으로 한 자사주매입은 정(+)의 성과를 나타낸 반면에 경영권 보호를 목적으로 한 자사주매입은 부(-)의 성과를 나타냈는데, 이는 Denis(1990)의 연구와 다소 일치하는 것으로서 경영권 보호 목적의 자사주매입은 주주에게 오히려 손실을 가져다 줄 수 있음을 의미한다. 자사주매입기업의 특성변수로 기업규모와 BE/ME를 고려하여 분석한 결과, 기업규모가 작을수록 주식의 장기성과가 반드시 크다고는 할 수 없었으나, BE/ME가 낮을수록 장기성과가 비교적 크게 나타났다. Fama-French(1993)의 3요인 모형을 이용한 분석에서, 자사주매입이 주식의 장기성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었고, 표본을 다양한 방법으로 재구성하여 자사주매입이 장기성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 것을 재확인할 수 있었다. 나아가, 자사주매입기업의 장기성과에 대한 횡단면 회귀분석에서, 대주주지분율과 사전수익률이 주식의 장기성과에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Deficiencies are present in records management during the production stage of long-term electronic records preservation. As such, this study seeks to address these issues by introducing Cloud On-Nara System (On-Nara Document 2.0) at records management sites and providing various systems and linked services. In particular, the factors that degrade the continuity of long-term preservation in the records management process, from the production to the utilization of electronic records, in On-Nara Document 2.0 were identified, and the causes were analyzed in compliance with ISO 15486-1:2016 and the Public Records Act. As a result, in redesigning the records management procedure, the organization of the records management hub between systems and the conversion of the document preservation format for long-term preservation were proposed. Moreover, the application of consistent production format selection criteria and the reinforcement of the production and management of granular metadata were recorded. These measures were proposed in an effort to reestablish management methods.

우리나라 장기기증자는 선진국에 비교해 크게 부족하다. 이로 인해 실낱같은 희망을 걸고 장기이식 순서를 기다리는 대기자는 매년 증가하고 있다. 장기기증은 간이나 신장질환자의 치료에 투입되는 엄청난 의료비용을 줄여준다. 생명나눔 차원뿐만 아니라 사회적 비용 감소에도 기여하는 것이다. 외국의 장기기증 현황을 알아봄으로써 국내 적용 가능성을 점쳐보고자 한다.

Requirements concerning production of electronic documents and storage are stipulated in the act on document management of public institutions revised in 2003. However, provisions or standards for long term preservation of electronic documents are insufficient and in need of strengthening. This study aims to provide standard factors for long term preservation of electronic documents and thus lay foundation for long term preservation related matters for the establishment of management strategy, ISO 15489 management factor is analyzed as a necessary framework for long term preservation of electronic record at a production stage. Preservation description information is derived from ISO 14721 which is suggesting document management systems to archival institutions. Through this case study, standard registry factors reflecting ISO 15489 and 14721's are suggested in an attempt to improve the act and system environment for long term preservation and archiving.

The number of public rental housing has increased according to the government's 「Housing Welfare Roadmap (2017)」, and facility maintenance costs for the demand of improvement of performance and residential standards due to the aging of long-term public housing are significantly increasing. Consequently, the financial burden of public housing rental business for maintaining stocked housing is aggravated. However, there is a lack of objective data to analyze the size of the maintenance costs that are executed by the type of repair work, and the elapsed years of the aged long-term public rental housing. This study analyzes the execution status of 33 long-term public rental housing complexes located in Seoul for 14 to 28 years of elapsed years based on the data of maintenance costs. In addition, this study proposes a model to predict the maintenance costs by elapsed years by dividing 'Long-term Repair Plan Work and Government-Funded Project [Y₁]', 'Planned Repair Work and General & Unplanned Repair Work [Y₂]', and 'Total maintenance costs [Y₃]'. It is intended to be used as basic data for the establishment of the maintenance plan at the stage of setting up the budget and the establishment of the sustainable operation plan for public rental housing

The current study was conducted to understand the status of infection management through a survey on the status of awareness and performance of infection management and to improve efficient infection management and education programs of workers in long-term care institutions. The subjects of the study were 134 workers at 35 long-term care institutions in the C region, and data were collected from July 12 to 30, 2021. They agree to participate in research self reported structured questionnaire by SPSS program ver. 22.0. As a result of the study, the subject's awareness of infection management appeared to be a difference in accordance with occupation (F=3.181, p=.032) and education experience (F=6.372, p=.013). Also, factors influencing the subject's performance of infection management were occupation (F=3.972, p=.010) and education experience (F=4.403, p=.038). The relationship between awareness of infection management and performance resilience fined out a significantly positive correlation (r=.919, p<.001). As a result, for patient safety in long-term care institutions in the COVID-19 pandemic situation, it is very important for workers not only to recognize the importance of infection management but also to directly perform infection management activities. To this end, regardless of the size of the institution, it is necessary to prepare a systematic and continuous curriculum by occupation and educational topic, and to legally strengthen the evaluation system to improve the quality of the infection management system.

IPO주의 단기성과에 대한 연구는 많이 진전이 되었다. 그러나 장기성과에 대한 연구는 아직 미진한 상태이다. IPO주가 단기적으로는 초과수익을 실현한다는데 대하서는 거의 합일점을 찾은 듯하다. 한국 시장의 경우도, IPO주의 장기성과에 대하서는 3편 정도에 그치고 있다. 본 연구는 IPO주의 장기성과와 대주주의 지분변과의 관련성을 검증하는데 초점을 두었다. 실증 결과로는, 기업은 공개시점을 대체로 그 기업의 기업가치의 최대점으로 잡아 공개를 결정한다는 것과 공개후 5개월이란 시점에서 누족초과수익이 가장 정점을 이루며, 21개월 후에 안정을 찾는데는 경향을 알아내었다. 또한 대주주의 지분을 많이 처분하는 기업의 장기성과가 떨어짐을, 그리고 공개후 시간이 지날수록 장기성과가 떨어짐을 조심스럽게 추론할 수가 있었다.

본 논문은, 장기 전력수요예측시 최종 수요예측 결과에 수요관리량을 어떻게 반영할 것인가와 관련하여 "수요관리 순증분 차감방식"에 대하여 설명하고, 순증분 차감방식이 수요관리량 반영방법으로서 적정한지 검증해보았다. 검증 결과 순증분 차감방식은 현실적으로 수요관리 실적에 대한 정확한 계량이 어려운 상황에서 가장 타당한 방법으로 검증되었다.
