When a car accident occurs, people who had an accident are not free from civil and criminal issues so that the accident investigator should reenact and analyze the accident situation accurately. In addition, the obtained documents through the analysis of such car accident occurrence and related factors have to be used to carry out the improvement of the areas that has numerous car accidents and complementary actions. The vehicle speed, accelerating force, braking power are currently known as the most affecting factors in accordance with many car accidents, traffic facilities, road design, etc. The vehicle's performance and rode friction coefficient road surface friction coefficient are affecting the most closely in this field. Especially, once the estimate of the speed of the accident moment relating to main eleven articles of Traffic Accident Exemption Law is very important and accuracy is required. However, currently the researches of these matters have not made exclusively yet in Korea. In this study by reflecting this current situation, until the sudden braking history is found from the car's sudden braking, it estimates accurately the transient brake time and rode friction coefficient by measuring a time of transient brake time through the precision speed detector (Vericom VC2000PC). The analysis of the experimental results calculated the transient brake time and friction coefficient to fit into the purpose of this study in the basis of different kind of various special purpose asphalt pavement and slip-prevention pavement and provided the fundamental data.

Recently, a variety of AI-based platform services are available, and one of them is ChatGPT that processes a large quantity of data in the natural language and generates an answer after self-learning. ChatGPT can perform various tasks including software programming in the IT sector. Particularly, it may help generate a simple program and correct errors using C Language, which is a major programming language. Accordingly, it is expected that ChatGPT is capable of effectively using Verilog HDL, which is a hardware language created in C Language. Verilog HDL synthesis, however, is to generate imperative sentences in a logical circuit form and thus it needs to be verified whether the products are executed properly. In this paper, we aim to select small-scale logical circuits for ease of experimentation and to verify the results of circuits generated by ChatGPT and human-designed circuits. As to experimental environments, Xilinx ISE 14.7 was used for module modeling, and the xc3s1000 FPGA chip was used for module embodiment. Comparative analysis was performed on the use area and processing time of FPGA to compare the performance of ChatGPT products and Verilog HDL products.

This study is a descriptive survey to develop a gamification e-learning class based on self-determination theory and to check its effectiveness. The data collection period was from March 1 to June 15, 2023, and 59 students at G University in G Metropolitan City were surveyed on class participation, learning immersion, and teaching presence before and after the course. IBM SPSS/Win 26.0 was used to analyze the collected data, and descriptive statistics, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) were conducted. The results showed that the self-determination-based gamification class significantly improved students' class participation, learning engagement, and teaching presence (p<.05). An analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was conducted to determine whether the general characteristics of the participants affected the results of the post-test, and gender affected the post-test results of learning engagement, with an effect of 7.9%. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that self-determination-based gamification e-learning class is effective in improving learners' class participation, learning engagement, and teaching presence. As the demand for e-learning in universities is expanding, self-determination-based gamification e-learning classes should be developed in various fields of liberal arts and majors.

As big data was built due to the 4th Industrial Revolution, personalized services increased rapidly. As a result, the amount of personal information collected from online services has increased, and concerns about users' personal information leakage and privacy infringement have increased. Online service providers provide privacy policies to address concerns about privacy infringement of users, but privacy policies are often misused due to the long and complex problem that it is difficult for users to directly identify risk items. Therefore, there is a need for a method that can automatically check whether the privacy policy is safe. However, the safety verification technique of the conventional blacklist and machine learning-based privacy policy has a problem that is difficult to expand or has low accessibility. In this paper, to solve the problem, we propose a safety verification technique for the privacy policy using the GPT-3.5 API, which is a generative artificial intelligence. Classification work can be performed evenin a new environment, and it shows the possibility that the general public without expertise can easily inspect the privacy policy. In the experiment, how accurately the blacklist-based privacy policy and the GPT-based privacy policy classify safe and unsafe sentences and the time spent on classification was measured. According to the experimental results, the proposed technique showed 10.34% higher accuracy on average than the conventional blacklist-based sentence safety verification technique.
In X-ray projection, Unskilled radiologists become skilled through fail exam. This causes the patient to be exposed to unnecessary radiation. In this study, pre-position unskilled radiologic technologist presented ways to improve clinical proficiency. presented a skull lateral x-ray projection practice method using visual, spatial, and assistive devices. In addition, the accuracy and usefulness of the use of assistive devices were evaluated. When X-ray images were taken based on learning, the rotational spacing, which indicates image distortion, was 7.85 ± 1.45 mm and the tiliting spacing was 4.84 ± 0.5 mm. When practicing using visual aids, the rotational spacing is 4.4 ± 0.76 mm and the inclination spacing is 3.01 ± 0.87 mm. using a spatial compensation device, the rotational spacing is 5.2 ± 0.69 mm and the tiliting spacing is 3.33 ± 0.61 mm. Skull lateral X-ray Image distortion caused by empirical photography practice decreased by 5.4%, but image distortion caused by tilting increased by 1.2%. When practicing using a visual assistive devices, the degree of rotational spacing by 40.1% and the tiliting spacing decreased by 30.7% compared to the empirical x-ray exposure practice. When using spatial assistive devices, the rotation interval was reduced by 41.7% and the tilting interval by 23.7% compared to conventional empirical x-ray exposure practice. Therefore, if an unskilled radiologist practices using visual and spatial aids,the accuracy will be improved in skull lateral x-ray projection.

The objective assessment of atrophy and the measurement of brain volume is important in the early diagnosis of dementia and neurodegenerative diseases. Recently, several MR-based volumetry software have been developed. For their clinical application, several issues arise, including the standardization of image acquisition and their validation of software. Additionally, it is important to highlight the diagnostic performance of the volumetry software based on expert opinions. We instituted a task force within the Korean Society of Neuroradiology to develop guidelines for the clinical use of MR-based brain volumetry software. In this review, we introduce the commercially available software and compare their diagnostic performances. We suggest the need for a standard protocol for image acquisition, the validation of the software, and evaluations of the limitations of the software related to clinical practice. We present recommendations for the clinical applications of commercially available software for volumetry based on the expert opinions of the Korean Society of Neuroradiology.

The purpose of this study was to develop self-evaluation criteria for objective verification and performance analysis of LINC 3.0. To achieve this goal, evaluation indicators in the fields of human resources development and skill development and commercialization were developed and their validity was verified. We investigated previous evaluation-related studies and similar cases to construct an evaluation model and system and develop indicators. The validity of the developed evaluation indicators was secured through two round Delphi surveys. As a result of the research, LINC 3.0 evaluation indicators can be divided into the field of human resources development and skill development and commercialization. A total of 66 evaluation indicators were developed. CIPP in the field of human resources development was developed with 13 categories and 38 evaluation indicators, and CIPP in the field of skill development and commercialization was developed with 12 categories and 28 evaluation indicators. The significance of this study is that it suggests a way to increase the objective verification and validity of the university industry-academia cooperation model by developing self-evaluation indicators for the LINC 3.0 project. The evaluation indicators developed in the research need to be continuously upgraded based on field usability, and it is necessary to improve the quality and competitiveness of university education by sharing and spreading excellent affairs.

Objective : The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of a sensory integration intervention on the sensory processing and posture control of children with developmental delays and a simultaneous family-centered coaching intervention on their parents' parenting efficacy. Methods : This study adopted a multiple probe design across four children aged five to six with developmental delays and their parents. A sensory integration intervention and a family-centered coaching intervention were employed twice a week in a total of 16 sessions over 8 weeks. Sensory profiles were evaluated, and the Korean version of the Parenting Sense of Competence was used before and after the interventions, and changes in post-intervention posture control were measured using Biorescue equipment. Results : During the intervention period, weight support in the sitting, Sitting with eyes closed, and standing positions evaluated using Biorescue was higher than two standard deviations from the baseline. After the interventions, all children showed enhanced sensory processing. Conclusion : Sensory integration and family centered coaching interventions have positive effects on the sensory processing and posture control of children with developmental delays and on their parents' parenting efficacy.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the global airport industry is actively introducing 4th Industrial Revolution technology-based systems for quarantine and passenger safety, and test bed construction and prior verification using airport infrastructure and resources are actively being conducted. Analysis of recent cases shows that despite the changing travel patterns of airport users and the diversification of airport service demands, most testbeds construction studies are still focused on suppliers, and task prioritization is also determined by decision makers. There is a tendency to rely on subjective judgment. In order to find practical ways to become a first mover that leads innovation in the aviation industry, this study selected tasks and derived priorities to build testbeds from a service perspective that reflects various customer service needs and changes. Research results using the AHP analysis method resulted in priorities in the order of access transportation and parking services (29.2%), security screening services (23.4%), and departure services (21.8%), and these analysis results were tested in the airport industry. It shows that innovation in testbeds construction is an important factor. In particular, the establishment of smart parking and UAM transportation testbeds not only helps strengthen airports as centers of technological innovation, but also promotes cooperation with companies, research institutes, and governments, and provides an environment for testing and developing new technologies and services. It can be a foundation for what can be done. The results and implications produced through this study can serve as useful guidelines for domestic and foreign airport practitioners to build testbeds and establish strategies.

We developed a small-group training program for in-service teachers focused on scientific modeling. We collected the discourses of the teachers who participated in the activity and analyzed them by type. The training program employed a collaborative approach in which a small group completed tasks and produced outputs based on the theme of 'galaxies and the Universe' to enable practical application in classes. Three in-service science teachers participated in the training program. Their discourses were recorded, transcribed, and classified into types based on individual turns and interaction units. The language expressions of the teachers reflected the unique characteristics of the teaching profession, with each participant having preferred language expression types, albeit with a generally low prevalence of specific language expression types across the participants. Differences in discourse characteristics related to the modeling theme, task presentation method, and model types, revealed that variations in the proportion of interaction unit types during the modeling design, build, and evaluation stages were primarily influenced by the teachers' familiarity with the modeling theme. While the task presentation method also influenced interaction types, model types had little impact on the distribution of interaction types. Considering these findings, training programs on modeling for in-service teachers should include a checklist to encourage sufficient interaction between participants as well as propose proper questions that can be effectively addressed through collaboration.
