An analysis on the relative importance of aptitude test items for integrated pilot aptitude evaluation (종합적 조종적성 판단을 위한 적성 검사 항목의 상대적 중요도 분석)

  • 조종사가 수행하는 조종 업무는 여러 정보를 동시에 지각하여 처리하여 야 하는 복잡한 작업으로 구성되어 있어, 조종사에게는 고도의 인간성능이 요구되고 있다. 또한 조종기술을 습득하기 위해서는 많은 훈련시간과 비용 이 소요되며, 조종사의 실수는 치명적인 사고를 초래한다. 따라서 조기에 비행 부적격자를 판별하고, 미흡한 조종 적성을 함양시킬 수 있는 교육 . 훈련 프로그램을 조종 후보생에게 적용시키는 분석적 조종적성 진단 체계 개발은 조 종사의 도태율 감소, 효율적인 비행훈련, 비행 안전사고 감소 등의 측면에서 절실하게 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 조종 업무 수행시 요구되는 여러 인간 기능의 중요도 차이를 조종 적성 평가 체제에 적용하기 위해서, 각 적성 검사 항목들의 상대적 중요도를 분석하고 이의 타당성을 평가하였다. 적성검사 항목의 상대적 중요도 분석은 조종적성검사 계층구조의 각 수준별 쌍체 비교 평가와 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 분석에 의한 상대적 중요도 산출 및 평가, 그리고 일관성 지수(Consistency Index)에 의한 분석 결과의 조정을 통해 이루어 졌다. 적성검사 항목의 쌍체 비교 평가는 심리기능검사, 비행자질 검사 등 총 29개 적성검사 항목에 대해 검사를 받았고 또한 초등비행 훈련과정을 수료한 조종 학생들에 의해 이루어 졌다. 상대적 중요도를 분석한 결과 심리기능 검사(W=0.30)가 다른 검사에 비하여 조종적성 평가에 중요한 검사로 나타났으며, 세부 항목으로는 주의 분배력(W=0.13), 추적능력(0.06) 등이 상대적으로 중요한 검사 항목으로 나타났다. 또한 상대적 중요도 결과를 적용한 적성검사 성적이 적용하지 않은 적성검사 성적에 비해 비행성적에 대한 예측 능력이 좋은 것으로 평가되었다.al age)가 있다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 한편, 생산현장에서는 자동화, 기계화가 진보되어 육체적인 노동이 경감된 결과, 중고령자라도 할 수 있는 작업이 많아지고 있다. 또, VDT (Visual Dislay Terminal) 작업과 같은 정보처리 작업의 수요가 증가하여 그 인재의 부족이 지적되고 있다. 따라서 중고령자의 기능을 조사하여 어떠한 작업에 적합한가를 판단하는 것이 중요한 과제로 되었다. 그러나 노동에는 많은 기능이 관여 하고, 그 내용에 따라서 요구되는 기능이 서로 다르기 때문에 노동적응능력의 기본적인 기능으로 보여지는 것에 좁혀서 작업능력의 연령증가 변화에 대하여다원적 평가를 하는 것이 실제적이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인간이 가지고 있는 다수의 기능중에서 수지교 치성과 연령증가와의 관계를 조사한다. 만약 연령증가 만으로 수지교치성을 평가 할 수 없는 경우에는 어떠한 요인이 수지기민성의 변화에 영향을 미치는가를 검토한다.t list)에서 자동적으로 사건들의 순서가 결정되도록 확장하였으며, 설비 제어방식에 있어서도 FIFO, LIFO, 우선 순위 방식등을 선택할 수 있도록 확장하였다. Comparative analysis of status of safety accidents and importance-performance analysis (IPA) about precautions of safety accidents by employment type of industry foodservices in Jeonbuk area (전북지역 산업체급식소 조리종사자의 고용형태에 따른 안전사고 실태 및 안전사고 예방관리에 대한 중요도와 수행도 분석)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to evaluate the status of safety accidents and importance-performance analysis (IPA) between regular and non-regular employees in industry foodservices. Methods: The participants were regular employees (n = 119) and non-regular employees (n = 163) in industry foodservices in the Jeonbuk area. Demographic characteristics, status of safety accidents, safety education, and importance and performance status were assessed using a self-administered questionnaire. Results: Approximately 66.4% of regular employees and 53.4% of non-regular employees experienced safety accidents (p < 0.05). Types of safety accidents of regular and non-regular employees were mostly burns, and causes were mostly from their own negligence. Approximately 98.3% of regular employees and 95.1% of non-regular employees experienced safety education. Approximately 88.9% of regular employees and 96.8% of non-regular employees received safety education from dietitians. Approximately 41.9% of regular employees and 50.0% of non-regular employees had difficulty applying the contents of safety education due to lack of time during work. As a result of IPA, regular and non-regular employees were aware of the importance of the following and performed them well: 'Clean the floor of the work place', 'Arrange in the work area', 'Wear safety shoes', 'Check for heater cord', and 'Safety cooking when using oil'. On the other hand, they were not aware of the importance of the following and performed them insufficiently: 'Check for the MSDS', 'Aware of chemical signs', 'Wear protection gloves etc.', 'Do stretching exercise', and 'Using ancillary tools'. Conclusion: Therefore, it is necessary to improve the consciousness of dietitians for effective application of safety education contents, development of contents, especially MSDS, and related things.

  • This study systematically analyzes job descriptions of hotel banquet service employees using DACUM. The expert group involved in the content analysis was comprised of 6 F&B managers working at deluxe level hotels. The period for this study was from May to June in 2010, and a group interview, an individual self fill-out together with a personal interview were carried out. Findings from the analysis were as follows; job duties for hotel banquet service employees extended to pre-task, on-task and post-task for each banquet function, safety management, guest encounter and self development. They included 49 specific job tasks which were divided into 5 different categories; 16 pre-task, 13 on-task, 10 post-task, 4 safety management and 6 guest encounter and self development It is suggested from the findings that advance training should be carried out for pre, on and post tasks.

  • This study is to develop a job model through job analysis on port security operation using a DACUM Method. Total 8 duties and 59 tasks are drawn through job analysis on port security operation. DACUM committee evaluated the degree of importance, difficulty and frequency of execution by each work with ABC rankings. In dosing so, job analysis model on port security operation by completing a DACUM research chart including job, duty and task in the field of port security operation is concluded. Such a Job model development could be used as a basic data and information for developing a short and long-run education programme in the field of port security operation.

  • The batch job scheduler recognizes the computational resources configured in the cluster environment and plays a role of efficiently arranging the jobs in order. In order to efficiently use the limited available resources in the cluster, it is important to analyze and characterize the characteristics of user tasks. To do this, it is important to identify various scheduling algorithms and apply them to the system environment. Most scheduler software reflects the user's work environment, from job submission to termination, as well as the state of the inventory and system status of the entire managed object. It also stores various information related to task execution, such as job scripts, environment variables, libraries, wait for tasks, start and end times. In this paper, we analyze the execution log of the scheduler such as user 's success rate, execution time, and resource size through information related to job execution through batch scheduler. Based on this, it can be used as a basis to optimize the system by increasing the utilization rate of resources.

Occupation-based Occupational Therapy for an Youth With Sensory Integrative Dysfunction - A Single Case Study (감각통합기능장애를 가진 청소년의 작업수행에 초점을 맞춘 작업치료 사례)

  • Introduction : Sensory Integration(SI) theory, science it is developed by an occupational therapist A. Jean Ayres, is the one of the most popular frames of reference used in occupational therapy(OT) intervention. It has been proved as a scientific theory especially in neuroscience discipline through abundant research and practice. Occupational therapists apply the SI therapy with strong clinical reasoning to improve adaptive behaviors of their clients and try to link the adaptive behaviors with occupational performance in the clients' everyday life. One of the manners regarding clinical reasoning is Top-down approach. In occupational therapy discipline, Top-down approach is well-reflected within two evaluation tools; Canadian Occupational Performance Measure(COPM) and Assessment of Motor and Process Skills(AMPS) and two models of practice; Canadian Model of Occupational Performance(CMOP) and Occupational therapy intervention process model(OTIPM). Objective : The purpose of this paper demonstrates how SI therapy can be employed within OTIPM and how the OT process (evaluation-intervention-outcome) can be structuralized based on the Top-down approach. This single-case study recognizes the impact of a SI therapy for a male adolescent on his occupational performance. Intervention Examined : "P" was 16 years old male adolescent with no diagnosis and junior of the high school when he was referred. P was always with mouth opened, showed difficulties in gathering things need to be prepared and managing and paying money for shopping, and his colleges dislike getting close to him because he can't was his body well. AMPS was administrated in initial evaluation and reevaluation of P's occupation performance, Bruininks-Oserestky Test of Motor Proficiency-2(BOT-2) was carried out to assess motor functions and perception skills related in sensory integration, and occupational therapist performed clinical observation in order to complement the evaluation quantitatively and quantitatively. Based on the evaluation, it is concluded that the SI therapy is primary means to improve P's occupational performance, and three therapeutic approaches were constructed; restorative, acquired and compensatory approach. P showed improved motor and process skills in occupational performance after undergone the occupational therapy. Conclusions : The sensory integration therapy was practical enough to build the bridge between the occupational performance(Top) and the underlying component problems (Bottom). The OTIPM was helpful to identify meaningful occupation for P and P's family within P's contexts, and the AMPS was valuable to analyze and clarify the cause of difficulties in the chosen occupational performance.

  • ETL(Extraction, Transformation, Loading)작업은 데이터웨어하우스 시스템 구축 및 유지관리 뿐만 아니라 차세대 정보시스템 구축의 핵심 프로세스에 해당한다. 특히 차세대 정보시스템 구축에 있어서 ETL 작업의 성능은 시스템오픈의 성패를 좌우하는 중요한 요소이다. 일반적으로 차세대시스템 구축의 데이터 전환을 위해 수행되는 ETL작업은 대용량데이터에 대한 다양한 형태의 데이터변형 과정을 수반하며 반드시 정해진 시간안에 완료되어야 한다. 또한, 수 많은 원천 집합을 추출하여 타겟시스템의 형태에 맞게 변형 및 적재하는 작업은 한정된 컴퓨팅 자원내에서 수행되어야 한다. 따라서 자원성능을 고려한 ETL작업 스케줄 최적화는 데이터전환 작업에 있어 필수적인 고려사항이 된다. 이 연구에서는 가용한 물리자원을 최대한 활용하여 ETL 프로세스의 처리능(throughput)을 최대화 하는데 초점을 맞추어, ETL프로세스를 페트리넷을 이용해 모델링하는 기법을 제시한다. 이 모델에는 ETL 프로세스가 수행될 서버의 컴퓨팅자원이 토큰화(tokenize)되어 포함된다. 이 모델을 기반으로 가용자원을 최대한 활용하면서도 자원병목이 발생하지 않는 수준으로 ETL 작업이 수행될 수 있도록 프로세스를 제어할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

  • In the information flooded situation having many thing to do, the efficient scheduling of energy and time is regarded as a very important thing for the busy modern people. Because the efficient time scheduling already became a very important key factor for a successful life, the more elaborately designed intelligent system than the previous simple event oriented scheduling system should be supported. Accordingly in this paper we propose Classified Job Scheduling System in which jobs are classified by Time value & Importance and allocated to Time frame efficiently. Especially the new method is proposed with the policy that processes the job with high time value first and concurrently allocates the job of low time vale & high importance to the preempted fixed area of time frame for continuous processing of job which has a key of success in the future.

Job Analysis Depending on Agency Type of Korean Pediatric Occupational Therapists Focused on Sensory Integration (감각통합치료를 하는 아동작업치료사의 기관별 직무 차이)

  • Objective : The aim of this study was to investigate job tasks of Korean pediatric occupational therapists focusing on sensory integration intervention provided in hospitals, private centers, welfare centers, and to identify job differences depending on the types of agency. Methods : A survey was performed for 122 pediatric occupational therapists focused on sensory integration intervention by utilizing a questionnaire from July to September 2017. The questionnaire was consisted of job description for the pediatric occupational therapists. Results : There were differences in tasks' importances, frequencies, and difficulties according to the three type of agency. Differences were showed total 10 tasks in importance, total 7 tasks in frequency, and total 2 tasks in difficulty depending on the agency type. Conclusion : Occupational therapists need to identify job differences depending on agency type and to develop essential competencies required to perform the job tasks which emphasized at each agency.

Analysis of Major Management Factors Affecting Crew Productivity in Road Bridge Construction Site Using IPA (IPA를 이용한 도로교량 골조공사의 작업조 생산성 관리요인의 중요도 및 실행도 분석)

  • Crew productivity in the construction industry is an important indicator of soundness and efficiency of work process, since all works in a site are conducted as groups of people. A survey was conducted in order to reveal importance and performance of major management factors affecting crew productivity in road bridge construction site using IPA. As a result of the analysis, it was found that 'Construction equipment' and 'Human resource related' factors among five major-categories are most important but with low performance. Furthermore, from another analysis with 27 factors of sub-categories, it is revealed that factors needed sustained attention are four, namely 'Just-in-time machinery delivery', 'Formation of a crew members', 'Skill of workers', and 'Site control and management', whereas those needed much more improvement are five, such as 'Machinery performance', 'Clearity of Design', 'Clearity of shop drawing', 'Timing of work instruction and approval', and 'Clearity of work instruction'. Findings from this study will enable road agencies as well as road construction experts to enhance crew productivity in a site.
