Manufacturing Line Optimization Using Artificial Neural Networks (신경회로망을 이용한 생산라인 최적화)

  • 생산품을 제조하는 과정에서 처리 시간에 따른 제조 기계를 최적의 수로 결정함으로서 공정 과정에서 비효율적인 제조 기계의 활용 비율을 줄일 수 있으며, 이는 공정 과정의 비용을 최소화할 수 있는 방법 중에 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 핸드폰에 사용되는 여러 가지 모델의 배터리를 생산하는 공장의 작업 과정을 조사하고, 일정하기 않은 처리 시간과 작업에 필요한 제조 기계를 조사하였다. 이를 인공 신경망(ANN)의 역전파 알고리즘을 이용하여 생산현장에서 효율적인 처리 시간과 공정 과정에서 생산에 적합한 기계의 수를 최적화시키는 방법을 제안한다.

The Study on Efficiency Analysis of 3D Animation Production Process Using Unreal Live Link for Autodesk Maya (언리얼 라이브 링크를 이용한 3D애니메이션 제작 공정의 효율성 분석 연구)

  • There have been many studies to improve the efficiency of the CG production process, but it was not easy to overcome the problem that it was difficult to check the result in the middle of work and it took a lot of time for rendering. However, as the possibility of using Unreal Live Link, which can check the result in real-time, is increasing, expectations for improving the efficiency of the production process are rising. This study analyzed the efficiency of the 3D animation production process using Unreal Live Link. To this end, modeling, rigging, animation, and layout work were done in Maya, and the final output image sequence was rendered in Unreal Engine through Unreal Live Link. And the difference between this production process and the existing production process in which the final output image sequence is rendered in the 3D software itself was compared and analyzed. As a result of the analysis, unlike the traditional 3D animation production process, it was possible to check the final work result in real-time by proceeding with the work through a high-quality viewport screen, and it was found that the efficiency of work was maximized by deriving the final result through real-time screen capture. Recently, the use of game engines in the 3D animation and film industry is gradually increasing, and the efficiency of work is expected to be maximized if Unreal Live Link is used.

A Comparative Analysis of the Fixed Location Production vs. Flow Production: An Example of Deckhouse Preceding Outfit Process (고정 위치 생산과 흐름생산의 비교 분석 : 데크하우스 선행의장 공정의 사례)

  • By using simulation, fixed location production method and flow production method have been compared to improve the productivity of deckhouse preceding outfitting process. In this paper, we analyze that the suggested flow production system instead of fixed location production can improve productivity. In current preceding outfit production system which adopts fixed location production, where a block occupies an area and does not move until the work finishes. On the other hand, in improved flow production system, the block moves instead of workers and equipment. Though the output of two systems are almost the same when we did not consider the moving time and waiting time of blocks, the flow production will be better when the variability of task time will be reduced.

  • In metal cutting processes, cutting conditions have an influence on reducing the production cost and deciding the quality of a final product. Process planners usually make modification to recommended cutting parameters obtained from machining data handbooks in order to satisfy requirements for individual operation. The modified cutting parameters also need to be examined for the safe machining. In this paper, a new operation planning system that allows the generation and check of modified cutting parameters is proposed for the milling process. A neural network methodology is introduced to identify mathematical models for generation of the modified cutting parameters, and several simplified rules and equations are presented for the check of the cutting parameters. Finally, the results are demonstrated with an example part.

  • Labor management has been considered as an important task in construction industry. However, labor management has not yet been systematically performed because of the wide variety of factors of construction industry such as the field work, the complexity of the work process, the daily employment. Most of the present labor managements are performed to collect the information of the number of labors input during the work period, and to calculate labor cost. The information of activities performed by labors can be effectively used to analyze project status related to schedule, cost and productivity, but the present labor management systems are not based on the activities. The main objective of this research is to develop a labor information management system using IT tools in order to measure the number of labors input on the activities, and to convert the labor information into productivity data. It is anticipated that the effective use of the developed system would be able to effectively assist the scheduling and cost management of a project.

A mean-absolute-deviation based method for optimizing skid sequence in shipyard subassembly

  • In this paper, we proposes a method of optimizing the processing order of skids to minimize the span time in a conveyor environment of the shipbuilding subassembly process. The subassembly process consists of a series of fixed tasks where the required work time is varied according to the skid type. The loading order of skids on a conveyor which determines the span time should be properly optimized and the problem size exponentially increases with the number of skids. In this regard, we propose a novel method called UniDev by defining a measure of the mean-absolute-deviation about the time difference among simultaneously processed tasks and iteratively improving it. Through simulations with various numbers of skids and processes, it was observed that our proposed method can efficiently reduce the overall work time compared with the multi-start and the 2-OPT methods.

  • 차세대 반도체 공정인 450mm 웨이퍼 생산 환경의 가장 큰 특징은 반도체 생산의 전 공정에 대한 완전 자동화이다. 이러한 완전 자동화는 작업자의 공정개입을 불가능하게 하고 개별 웨이퍼의 중요도를 크게 증가시키며 전체 반도체 생산 공정에 대한 견고한 디스패칭 시스템을 필요로 한다. 또한, 차세대 반도체 공정의 디스패칭 시스템은 개별 웨이퍼에 대한 실시간 모니터링과 데이터 수집이 가능해야 하며, 수집된 반도체 공정의 정보를 반영한 실시간 디스패칭이 가능해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 차세대 반도체 환경인 450mm 웨이퍼 생산 환경에서 중요한 역할을 하는 클러스터 툴에 대해 분석하고 클러스터 툴에서 웨이퍼의 작업순서를 결정할 수 있는 디스패칭 알고리즘을 제안한다.

  • 물류센터 등에서는 다양한 시설 및 장비로서 구성이 되어 있고, 각 작업에서는 분리된 작업정보로서 개별 작업을 행하여, 전체 작업공정과의 연계가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 물류센터에서의 시설 및 장비를 대상으로 상호 연계작업이 가능하도록 연계 인터페이스에 관한 연구로서, 장비분류 및 작업특징을 바탕으로 통합화된 인터페이스를 구축하여 일원화된 작업이 가능하도록 하는데 목적이 있다.

알루미늄선박의 건조 단위공정별 작업표준에 대한 고찰

  • 연안소형어선에 주로 사용하는 FRP선질은 가볍고 강도는 우수하나 인화성이 높아서 기관실 화재사고 등 위험에 노출되어 있고 선박 제작 과정에서 인체에 해로운 유해성분이 발생할 뿐만 아니라, 폐선의 경우 산업폐기물로써 환경오염에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 그런 반면에, 알루미늄합금 어선은 FRP 어선의 단점을 보완할수 있는 재료로써, 고강도 경량화의 효과를 낼 수 있고, RFP어선보다 인화성이 낮아서 열에 강하고 내구성이 높고 강선보다 해수의 부식방지에 뛰어나므로 알룸늄어선의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 이번 호에서는 알루미늄선박 건조시 각각의 단위공정에 대한 작업방법, 작업순서 및 주의사항 등 표준에 대해 코리아타코마조선공법(주)의 알루미늄선박 작업지침과 KSB 0897(불황가스 및 아크용접 작업표준)를 일부 발췌하여 기술하고자 한다.

  • Our government operates earned value management system (EVMS)of construction schedule and cost for improving earned management system of the construction projects. but There is two unification Method construction schedule and cost to estimate construction progress currently. This weight a staff work. therefore this study present unification method which operate integrate schedule and cost by using work task. In order to inflect verification and model of schedule and cost, this study develop prototype of EVMS.
