We analyzed the responses of 152 science-gifted high school students by surveying the status and recognition of writing and keeping laboratory notebooks to develop guidelines and education plans. Science-gifted students did not write laboratory notes diligently, despite recognizing that it is crucial to do so. Mentors also tended not to provide faithful guidance and inspection. There was an insufficient practice in using research evidence in laboratory notebooks, such as including names and dates for authentication. In addition, while a high ratio of students owned their own laboratory notebooks, there was not a high level of recognition regarding the retention period, ownership, and responsibility. Based on these results, we propose suggestions for improving educational institutions for gifted students in science. First, it is necessary to strengthen the guidance for science-gifted students to faithfully write laboratory notebooks. Second, education on writing laboratory notebooks should be provided. Third, science-gifted high schools should prepare regulations for the management of lab notes and conduct education based on them.

The present study was conducted to investigate science and engineering graduate students' proficiency in technical English writing and their perceptions of research ethics. Given that graduate students in science and engineering colleges usually write journal articles as well as dissertations in English, this study examined their experience of and preparation for technical English writing, writing practices, and research ethics including plagiarism. The results of the study show that it is very necessary to intensify education on research ethics and to provide educational training in proper citation practices. These findings can be used as a basis for the development of future academic curricula and other support resources to improve science and engineering graduate students' technical English writing.

한국방위산업진흥회에서는 방산업체의 경영 실태를 계수적으로 분석하여 업종별.규모별로 방산업체 운영상태에 대한 경영지표를 작성하여 방위산업의 합리적 운영 방안을 모색하고, 정부의 방위산업 정책 수립에 기초 자료를 제공하기 위해 매년 방산업체 경영 실태를 조사, 분석하고 있다. 이글은 '97년 말 기준, 방산업체 경영 분석내용 중 결론을 중심으로 요약한 것이다.

정부계약의 원가계산에 의한 예정가격 작성 및 물가변동으로 인한 계약금액 조정 시 반영되는 시중노임단가는 전국 2,000여개 건설현장을 대상으로 전체 건설직종 종사자들에게 실제 지급된 임금을 조사해 분석 산정한 것으로, 매년 상 하반기 1월 1일과 9월 1일에 대한건설협회 주관으로 공표되고 있다. 직종별 건설업 노임단가는 대한설비건설협회 홈페이지(www.kmcca.or.kr) ${\rightarrow}$ 공개자료실 ${\rightarrow}$ <건설업임금실태조사 공표>안내에서 다운로드 받을 수 있다. 본지는 회원사들이 궁금해 하는 임금실태조사부터 시중노임단가 발표까지의 전반적인 현황을 살펴본다.

해상교통안전진단은 해상교통안전에 영향을 미치는 사업으로 발생할 수 있는 항행안전 위험 요인을 전문적으로 조사 측정하고 평가하기 위해 도입되었다. 이에 사업자는 안전진단대상사업에 대하여 안전진단을 할 수 있는 안전진단대행업자에게 안전진단을 의뢰하며, 안전진단대행업자는 해상교통안전진단기준, 안전진단서 작성기준 및 안전진단항목별 기술기준에 따라 안전진단을 실시하고 안전진단서를 작성하여야 한다. 하지만, 제출된 안전진단서는 안전진단서 작성의 적합성을 포함하여 안전진단서의 보완 등이 필요하여 심사/평가에 영향을 미치고 있는 실정이다. 이에 관련 규정에 따른 현 안전진단서의 실태를 분석하고 안전진단 실시 및 안전진단서 작성 향상을 위한 안을 제시하였다.

(사)한국포장협회는 지난 해 7월 1일부터 총 86개 회원사를 대상으로 "회원사 실태조사 사업"을 추진함으로써 업계의 매출 규모를 비롯해, 재직 인원, 연구개발 및 품질 관리 실태, 그리고 내수 및 대외 수출 활동 현황, 경쟁력 여부 등을 중심으로 조사한 결과 "2014년도 (사)한국포장협회 회원사 실태조사 결과"를 발표했다. 결과 자료는 54개사 회원사들의 설문조사 결과와 32개사의 워크넷 기업정보 및 전자공시시스템 내용을 바탕으로 작성됐으며, 협회는 조사 결과를 바탕으로 2015년부터 추진하는 회원사 상황별 수출 지원을 위한 기초자료로 적극 반영하는 동시에 국내외에 협회 회원사 홍보자료로 적극 활용함은 물론, 대정부 패키징 산업 지원정책(국고 활용)을 유도하기 위한 자료 및 관련 단체와의 협력관계 구축을 위한 정보교류용 등 다방면으로 활용할 계획이다. 협회의 회원사 실태조사는 향후 매 2년 마다 업데이트 될 예정이다. 본 고에서는 실태조사 주요 내용을 살펴보도록 한다.

공공정보화 프로젝트는 정부 및 공공기관에서 시행하는 프로젝트로 입찰대상자들에게 발주기관이 요구사항을 알리기 위해 제안요청서을 작성하여 입찰공고를 통하여 외부에 의사표시를 함으로 시작된다. 본 논문에서는 2009년 지식경제부가 발표한 제안요청서 매뉴얼의 기준에 맞추어 작성된 최근 2년 동안의 5,920개 공공기관의 RFP를 대상으로 첫째, 수주 현황을 분석하였고, 둘째 그 분포에서의 특징 및 추이를 상세 비교하였고, 셋째, 수주기업 기준으로 수주 실태를 분석하였다. 공공정보화 프로젝트의 수주 특성을 확인한 결과 대기업에 편중된 수주 형태를 확인할 수 있었고, 소프트웨어 산업의 전반적인 발전을 위하여 중소기업의 수주 활성화와 적정한 수주금액의 필요성을 발견하여 대기업에 편중되지 않는 소프트웨어 프로젝트 생태 구성에 도움이 되고자 한다.

This study analyzed the 91 cases of the statements for the Sea Area Utilization Consultation according to the developmental projects of ports and fishery harbors for 2012 2014 and the status of the record of document, and suggested the improvement way to go. The marine environmental timpact assessment items both marine chemistry such as water quality, sediment and marine biology such as benthic animal, plankton, and fisheries show highly rate of site survey. But, the utilization of those data through site survey is too low, and it is necessary to adopt the QA/QC for the reliability of survey data. The items of marine physics such as tide, tidal current analyzed based on references not a site survey. However, the simulation performed actively without calibration and verification compared to the result of site survey. When the projects of port and fishery harbor perform, it is necessary to monitor the physical parameter such as wave, tide and tidal current especially. Based on the scale and the type of project, we need introduce the system of scoping for prediagnosis the key assessment items and checklists.
