Organizing and maintaining customer-based online communities are becoming increasingly important in current business environment. Companies can utilize the member generated contents in developing their products and services and they can establish close relationships with their customers. This paper investigates how customer-based online communities increase individual members' contributive behaviors. Drawing on the social psychology literature, this study adopts the concept of self-discrepancy rooted in self-identity and derive an index for self-discrepancy by using the differences between actual and virtual self-identities. Furthermore, this study examines the relationship between the self-discrepancy and the anonymity-related psychological factors (autonomy, recovery, and catharsis), which in turn influence quality and quantity of contribution. Analysis of 114 respondents showed that self-discrepancy between actual and virtual selves has two different sub-dimensions (personal self-discrepancy and social sel f-discrepancy) and each dimension has different effect on the quality and quantity of contribution through the mediation of autonomy and recovery. Notably, catharsis negatively influenced quality of contribution. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed based on the major findings.

우리는 드골이 외교 정책을 내세우면서 안으로 프랑스의 과학기술을 적극적으로 장려하여 위대한 프랑스를 이룩했다는 사실을 주시해야 한다. 또한 박정희 대통령이 경제 개발과 동시에 과학기술을 발전시키기 위해 전문학교를 설립하고 과학기술연구소와 국방과학연구소를 설립하고 우수 과학자들을 우대하여 영입해 그들에게 자율권을 주고 과감하게 투자하여 과학 기술을 통하여 선진국으로 도약하겠다는 복안을 통찰하여 계속 추진해야 한다.

정만규 지회장을 중심으로 다섯 명의 지부장이 모여 이뤄진 대전광역시지회는 회원을 위해서라면 어디든 나서는 대전지역 제과업계의 독수리 5형제다. 지부의 자율권을 충분히 살리되 전체적인 방향은 지회가 이끄는 방식의 '풀뿌리 지회지부'가 대전광역시지회가 펼치는 사업의 기본 틀이다. 협회 발전과 회원의 이익을 지키기 위해 노력하는 대전광역시지회 '독수리 5형제'를 들여다 본다.

21세기 지식기반사회에서 뿐만 아니라, 대학은 어느 나라 어느 시대이건 간에 그 국가의 중추적 역할을 담당해 왔다. 대학의 역할은 존재하지 않는 것을 창조할 수 있어야 한다는 전제하에, 이 역할의 실현을 위해서 대학구성원은 자신이 맡은 바 책무성을 보다 강화하여야 할 것이고, 국가는 대학운영의 자율권을 적극 보장해 주어야 할 것이며, 사회나 기업은 대학의 판단을 존중하고 우리 대학이 선진대학이 될 수 있도록 적극 지원해 주어야 할 것이다. 여기서는 우리가 고등교육 강국으로 거듭나기 위해 새 정부에 바라는 정책을 제언하도록 한다.

This article examines the professional status of radiographers in an attempt to answer the question "Radiographers: responsible medical professional or detached employee?" Comparisons are made on the past and present views of radiography with thoughts given into the possible change for the future. It can be clearly seen that the professional rights have been taken away as a result of overwhelming medical dominance but changes are slowly taking to place which are attempting to replace the lost autonomy to place radiography as a profession once again.

Regulation for Network stability and reliability is management tool for network operation. According to deregulating trends for network providers. the importance of network reliability is emphasized more and more. 최근 B2B 전자상거래 확산에 따른 물류문제를 해결하고 오프라인 물류와의 차별화롤 시도하기 위한 목적으로 다양한 물류측면의 대안이 제시되고 있다. 먼저 물류산업 자체의 e-business화를 추진함으로 기존 물류체계에서의 고비용 문제, 책임 소재가 불분명한 서비스 문제를 해결하고 운송정보의 실시간 제공을 통한 발주자, 화주자 간의 긴밀한 커뮤니케이션 형성과 해외시장을 겨냥한 글로벌 물류체계를 구축해야 한다. 다음으로 물류업종의 지나친 세분화, 기존 물류업체의 영세성과 혁신마인드의 부족, 그에 따른 제조 유통업체의 경쟁적 자가물류 확충의 악순환으로 제3자 물류시장 성장기반이 제한되어 오는 등 구조적인 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 주요 운송업체가 영세한 화주나 창고관리 위탁업무까지 대행하여 주는 지금까지의 제3자 물류 체제에서 대기업이 물류시장에 새롭게 진출하면서 사이버 물류시스템을 기반으로 기존 주요 운송업계와 VAN 사업자가 장악하고 있는 물류정보 서비스를 주도하는 제4자 물류체제로의 전환이 요구된다. 왜냐하면, SCM과 전자상거래 환경 하에서는 공급 망 내의 물류를 최적화하여 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서 기능적 아웃소싱의 단계를 거쳐 물류기능의 통합과 운영의 자율권이 증대, 전체적인 공급연쇄 솔루션을 제공하는 서비스 제공자와 함께 기업의 경영자원, 능력, 기술을 관리하고 결합하는 공급연쇄 통합자로서 제4자 물류가 필요하기 때문이다. 이와 같은 제4자 물류체제가 본격 형성될 경우 물류정보와 인프라가 복잡하게 업혀있는 기존 물류산업이 재편되고, 특화된 물류솔루션을 바탕으로 한 산업별 물류체제 구축이 가속화될 것으로 예견되며, 일반기업 입장에서 물류부문의 아웃소싱이 촉진되어 물류산업기반이 확충될 수 있을 것이다.

Cyber school community appears to have essentially emerged from the needs for interactive communication, which would not be easy in normal school environments. Message board, chatting rooms and e-mails allow students to connect with each others, share news, find ways to help study, or post personal stories. The purpose of this paper is to give a set of guidelines, based upon the direct observations and questionnaire analysis, for utilizing the cyber school community of elementary school children. The following conclusions are provided; the appropriate ate goal needs to be set before the cyber school community is to be developed; the balance between the off-line and on-line interaction needs to be maintained; actions for motivating students to participate in the cyber community need to be taken by teachers.

신기술의 발전에 대한 예측이 어려운 상황에서 가속력을 가지고 급변하는 경영환경은 새로움을 요구하고 있다. 그 새로움을 누가 어떻게 찾아 실행하는가가 기업의 경쟁력이 된다. 기업들의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 핵심적인 과제는 통제가 아닌 자율권을 부여함으로써 미래를 예측하고 능동적으로 대처하여 창의적인 역량과 능력을 갖춘 인재를 양성하고 관리 하는 것이며 이와 연결되는 개념이 슈퍼리더십이다. 지금 우리의 사회는 첨단 산업과 관련된 4차 산업혁명의 물결과 패러다임의 변화로 인해 창의성과 스피드 경영이 절실하다. 정형화된 환경이 아닌 위험과 도전이 공존하는 시간이다. 기업은 인재관리를 위한 노력과 그들이 현시대에 맞는 리더십을 갖추어 도전할 기회를 마련해 주어야 한다. 특히 새로운 혁명적인 기술이 출현 되고 기존의 기술이 고도화 및 극대화되는 산업 중심 시대에 구성원들의 잠재 능력을 배양해 기업이 경쟁 우위를 확보하고 최고의 경영성과 창출을 위해 슈퍼리더십의 필요성을 강조하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 중소기업의 슈퍼리더십이 경영성과에 미치는 영향관계를 실증 분석하였다. 연구결과 기업이 지속할 수 있는 경영성과를 창출하기 위해서는 리더십을 개발하고 그에 맞는 인재를 육성하는데 더 많은 투자를 해야 한다. 지금과 같은 무한 경쟁시대에 기업이 지속가능한 성장과 더불어 생존하기 위해서는 조직구성원의 역량 극대화에 노력하고 그들이 몰입하게 하는 강력한 슈퍼리더십 구축이 절실하다고 판단된다.
