In this study, safety management procedures were developed based on domestic and foreign guidelines and related maritime law to ensure the safe development and implementation of smart autonomous ship technology and Samsung Heavy Industry. The safety management procedure was developed according to the guidelines for (MASS) sea trials (MSC.1/Circ.1604, Annex: Interim guidelines for MASS trials), proposed by International Maritime Organization (IMO) for the relevant authorities and stakeholders of MASS to properly conduct tests of systems and infrastructure related to safety and environmental protection. The developed safety management procedure applies to the maritime demonstration test of a system applying autonomous navigation element technology mounted as a navigation aid on a ship operating under a watch system, while complying with the environmental protection and navigation safety of the coast of Korea.

With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution era, interest in autonomous driving technology is increasing. Accordingly it is necessary to seek safe driving by recognizing surrounding situations using sensors attached to autonomous vehicles along with the applicability of existing traffic facilities to autonomous driving lanes and the utilization of HD maps. In this study, in order to deduce the role of sensor only physical facilities which recognized through a laser scanner on an autonomous vehicle developed to improve road and traffic infrastructure, through comparative analysis with existing road facilities such as road signs, safety signs, and gaze guidance facilities. Sign facilities can promote driving safety by allowing autonomous vehicles to perform specific actions directly. In order to promote safe driving by recognizing sign facilities by using sensors for autonomous vehicles, it is necessary to prepare standards for installation, management, and use, and it is considered that management and supervision should be carried out continuously according to the standards.

영국이나 독일의 경우, 현물 증권시장은 수백년의 오랜 역사를 가지고 있는 반면 선물시장은 일천한 역사를 가지고 있다. 이에 따라 선물시장은 독자적인 위치를 확보할 기회가 없었으며, 90년대의 전산화와 이에 따른 거래소 합병 열풍으로 현물과 선물을 함께 거래하는 통합거래소가 주종을 이루게 되었다. 선물업 규제도 증권업 규제에 흡수되어, 선물업계의 자율규제는 유럽에서 찾아볼 수 없게 되었다. 반면 미국에서는 증권시장과 선물시장 모두 전문적인 발전의 역사가 길며 증권업과 선물업의 분리가 뚜렷하고 업계에 관한 전문성을 가진 협회 위주의 자율규제가 활성화되어 있다. NFA식 자율규제 방식은 전 세계적으로 성공적이고 효율적인 선물규제방식으로 평가되고 있는데, 선물시장 참여자와의 대화와 직접적인 의견교환으로 정부의 획일적이고 경직된 법집행에서 탈피하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 선물업계의 실정을 정확하게 파악하고 있는 민간 전문기관에 의한 자율규제가 필요하다. 특히 시장참여자들과의 직접적인 접촉을 통해 전문적인 선물산업의 발전에 기여하는 미국 NFA와 같은 선물협회 중심의 자율규제가 절실하게 필요하다.

그동안 우수한 안전관리로 이름을 떨치는 건설현장은 주로 대형건설사가 시공을 하는 현장이었다. 중소현장의 경우 인력 및 재무상태가 대기업에 뒤처지다보니 안전관리에 소홀하다는 인식이 지배적이었다. 헌데 최근 이런 인식이 한낱 편견에 불과함을 여실히 보여주는 현장이 있어 큰 주목을 받고 있다. 그 주인공은 바로 중견 건설사인 티이씨건설이 시공을 하고 있는 '명지대 자연캠퍼스 산학협력관 및 제2예체능관 신축공사현장'이다. 이곳 현장은 고용노동부가 지정한 자율안전컨설팅 대상현장으로 체계적인 안전활동과 책임 있는 자율안전관리가 펼쳐지고 있다. 특히 이곳은 현장소장을 필두로 모든 현장 구성원이 적극 재해예방활동에 참여함으로써 '공생 안전'의 모범도 보이고 있다. 이곳이 이처럼 안전에 총력을 기울이는 이유는 시공 현장이 학교이기 때문이다. 즉 안전사고가 발생해 근로자는 물론 우리나라의 미래인 학생들의 몸과 마음에 해가 가는 일이 없도록 안전에 각별한 주의를 기울이고 있는 것이다. 빈틈없는 안전관리로 중견건설사의 저력과 신념을 보여주고 있는 이곳 현장을 찾아가 봤다.

자율운항선박 (Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship, MASS) 관련 기술은 전 세계적으로 활발히 개발 중이다. 이와 더불어 선박정보 통신 기술(ICT)을 활용한 선박 관리에 대한 수요가 증가하면서 선박 데이터의 신뢰성 확보가 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 선박에서 사용하는 데이터는 점차 복잡해지고 용량이 증가함에 따라 체계적인 관리 방안이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 주요 선급에서 발간한 기술자료와 표준동향 분석 및 전문가 논의를 통해 신규 표준 아이템을 도출하였다. 이를 기반으로 ISO 선박 및 해양기술 분과에 제안한 선박 데이터 신뢰성 확보를 위한 데이터 품질 관리 표준 제안한 결과를 소개하고자 한다. 신규 제안한 표준을 통해 국내 조선소 및 기업에서 개발한 선박 성능 분석 및 모니터링 시스템에 대한 품질 검증에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

To strengthen the security of autonomous vehicles, this study derived checklists through the analysis of the status of autonomous vehicle security. The analyzed statuses include autonomous vehicle characteristics, security threats, and domestic and foreign security standards. The derived checklists are then applied to the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) model to find their relative importance. Relative importance was ranked as one of cyber security management system establishment and implementation, encryption, risk assessment, etc. The significance of this study is to reduce cyber security incidents that cause human casualties as well improve the level of security management of autonomous vehicles in related companies by deriving the autonomous vehicle security level checklists and demonstrating the model. If the inspection is performed considering the relative importance of the checklists, the security level can be identified early.

프로그램된 정보를 사용하는 자율 가상 캐릭터는 항상 반복된 패턴 행동을 하기 때문에 사용자가 흥미를 잃는 경우가 많고 현실성도 떨어진다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 자율 가상캐릭터가 자율적으로 인지한 정보를 저장하고 저장한 정보를 활용하여 상황에 맞는 행동을 수행할 수 있는 메모리 체계를 제안한다. 본 논문은 자율 가상 캐릭터가 시각 주목으로 인지한 정보를 저장하고 관리하는 메모리 체계의 모델을 제시한다. 메모리 용량을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있도록 게임 환경에 적합한 빠른 시각 주목 알고리즘을 연구하여 중요하고 눈에 띄는 정보만 저장한다. 자율 가상 캐릭터의 인지 메모리를 크게 시각 기억와 공간 관계 기억 구조로 구성한다. 시각 기억은 쿼드그래프로 구현된 저장 구조에 인지한 정보를 저장한다. 공간 관계 기억은 공간 관계 그래프 이론을 기반으로 객체들간의 방향과 거리 정보를 저장한다. 본 논문의 제안 방법을 가상 환경에서 실험한 결과, 자율 가상 캐릭터는 시각 주목 기능으로 3차원 가상 환경의 동적 객체까지 감지하여 자율적으로 정보를 주목하여 저장하고 있음을 확인했다. 자율 가상캐릭터는 메모리 정보를 활용하여 목표 객체를 빠르게 탐색하며 길찾기에 필요한 경로 계획을 수립한다. 성능면에서는 주목맵만들기 위한 특징맵으로 가장 주목할 수 있는 특징들로 구성하여 처리속도가 1.6배 이상 향상됨을 확인했다.

The present study aims to evaluate the self-determined motivational features of smartphone addiction management apps. This study analyzed whether smartphone addiction management apps have features to support adolescent users' basic needs, that is, autonomy, competence, and relatedness. 26 apps were analyzed. Among them, 8 apps were parental management apps installed on a parent's phone and a child's phone, and 18 apps were self-management apps installed on a child's phone. According to a content analysis, only 3 of 26 apps addressed all three basic needs. Overall, the functions to support users' competence and relatedness were rarely found. Particularly, parental management apps had a high level of controlingness. The results suggest that the addiction management apps have limitations in stimulating adolescent users' self-determined motivation to manage their phone use.
