Analysis on changes in work autonomy of content industry workers (콘텐츠산업 인력의 업무 자율성 변화 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze changes in work autonomy of content industry workers using Korea Working Conditions Survey(2010, 2014) and difference-differences estimation method. The results find that there was no significant change in the work autonomy (work order, work method, work speed) of the content industry worker in In the overall sample. On the other hand, analyzing the sample of 30 or more employee establishment size shows that work autonomy of the content industry worker is greatly reduced. Also, work autonomy is high when the rank or capability is high, whereas work autonomy decreases when the establishment size is large. This study implies that the content industry workers have shown quantitatively the reduction of work autonomy. It also suggests that compensation and management systems are needed to enhance the competitiveness of the content industry.

Remote Control Management System for Autonomous Ship (자율운항선박을 위한 원격제어관리시스템)

  • Autonomous ship has been sportlighted as a core technology for the maritime industry in Industry 4.0 era. Autonomous ship is expeected to improve the safety, reliability, efficiency and environment significantly. For the realization of the autonomous ship, the remote control of the ship is one of the core functionality in addition to the autonomous ship control functionality in a ship. In this paper, we address a autonomous ship control system based on remote control. This paper proposes a remote control autonomous system and standardized ship-to-shore remote control protocol with for open platform. Finally, we implemented the system and tested with a real experiments with the test ship in order to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed remote control autonomous system.

  • This study sought for an improvement plan of the overall preventive activity of Korean Citizen-Corps-Active-In-Disaster(CAIND) by utilizing the fact that The fire-fighters, who are focusing on social disaster response works, are surveyed for their awareness of the vivid expertise to Korean CAIND. This group is defined as the assistant organization in law about disaster prevention which, the local residents willingly made to handle the situation of disaster occurrence. Since the characteristics of volunteer activities are also inherent, related issues are also reviewed at the same time to resolve any unclear arguments by disaster prevention activity characteristics of Korean Citizen Corps Active in Disaster. Through the results, the study provided three major suggestions for an improvement plan. The results of the study are as follows: First, the quota management system of Korean CAIND that considers the characteristics of rural areas should be actively supplemented. Second, the current reward system for Korean CAIND activities at large disaster sites should be surely improved. Third, the current education and training system of Korean CAIND to satisfy regional conditions should be newly established. The results of this study are largely expected to be utilized as a basic data to develop Korean CAIND in the future.

  • Recently, there has been constituted the government regulations and the normative methods to control the safety management activities in construction fields, but almost of these regulations are ineffective, because of some characteristics safety management have. The needs of the times make government regulations and the normative methods change to autonomic management methods. In this context, it is significant certainly to improve the standard of safety management that is used as a tool to protect the workers from the accidents or industrial disasters in the construction field. In this research, it will be showed that the outside regulations and safety management systems of the head office have their limits to reflect the safety managements of field participants. Then, it will be presented the improved model of self-control safety management activities which is essential for success safety management.

A Concept for improving the Level of Autonomy of an LEO Satellite (저궤도 위성의 자율성 수준 향상을 위한 개념 제안)

  • The ground station which operates the LEO satellite performs monitoring state of health of the satellite, sending the commands for the imaging mission of receiving the images during about 10 minutes of contact time. To finish the planned procedure in limited contact time, specific level of autonomy is applied in the satellite and the ground system. For example, the attitude and orbit control logic has high level of autonomy because it must be operated alone for long period without operator intervention. On the other hand, the fault management logic has relatively low level of autonomy because of that failure detection and safing operation are performed on-board, whereas failure identification and recovery are on-ground operation. The level of autonomy of the satellite affects also the ground operation. The command set for mission operation is generated by ground system. If the satellite has higher level of autonomy, some of operation currently done on-ground can be performed on-board, so the ground operation can be simplified. In this paper, we discuss the level of autonomy and propose a concept for improving the level of autonomy of an LEO satellite.

  • 오늘날 분산 컴퓨팅 환경에서 운용되는 시스템이 증가됨에 따라 시스템의 관리작업은 고수준의 자동화를 요구하고 있다. 이에 따라 시스템 관리방식은 전통적인 관리자 중심에서 시스템 스스로가 자신의 문제를 인식하고 상황을 분석하여 해결하는 자율 컴퓨팅 방식으로 변화하고 있으며, 현재 이에 대한 연구가 많은 연구기관에서 다양한 방법으로 이루어 지고 있다. 그러나 이러한 대부분의 연구에서 자율 컴퓨팅의 한 요소인 자가 치유는 문제가 발생한 이후의 치유에 주로 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 시스템 스스로가 동작환경을 인식하고 에러의 발생을 예측하기 위한 예측 모델을 필요로 하게 된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 자율 컴퓨팅환경에서 자가 치유를 지원하는 4 가지 예측 모델 설계 방법을 제안하며, 본 예측 모델을 ID3 알고리즘, 퍼지추론, 퍼지뉴럴네트워크 그리고 베이지안 네트워크가 각 시스템 상황에 맞추어 적절하게 사용되는 하이브리드 방식이며, 이를 통해 보다 정확하고, 신속한 에러 예측이 가능해진다. 우리는 제안 모델을 평가하기 위해 본 예측 모델을 자가 치유 시스템에 적용하여 기존 연구와 예측 효율을 비교하였으며, 그 결과를 통해 제안 모델의 유효성을 증명하였다.

Implications For The Participation Restriction Period In National R&D by Case Analysis ('국가연구개발사업 참여제한' 기간 관련 규정 분석 및 시사점)

  • 4차 산업혁명을 위한 국가연구개발사업에서 연구자 중심의 자율과 책임이 강조되고 있다. 자율과 책임의 연구문화를 위해서는 연구자의 자율성 보장을 확대하는 한편 책무를 다하지 못한 연구자에 대해서는 일관성 있는 제재조치를 강구해야 한다. "과학기술기본법", "국가연구개발사업 관리 등에 관한 규정"에 따를 때 연구자에게 부여되는 제재조치는 크게 참여제한, 사업비 환수, 제재부과금으로 구분될 수 있는데 본 연구에서는 일정기간 연구자의 국가연구개발사업에 참여를 제한하는 제재조치에 초점을 맞추어 살펴보고자 한다. 현재 법령상의 국가연구개발사업 참여제한 조문 규정은 연구자의 책임성 강화를 위한 '가중 규정'을 신설하는 과정에서 일부 법령 해석상의 문제가 제기되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 "과학기술기본법", "국가연구개발사업 관리 등에 관한 규정"의 참여제한 규정을 중심으로 연구개발과제의 수, 참여제한 사유의 동일여부, 적발시점에 따라 사례를 구분해 현 참여제한 제재조치 규정을 적용해보고 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 살펴봄으로서 4차 산업혁명 시대 연구자에게 책임감을 부여하기 위한 제재조치의 일관성을 확보 할 수 있는 개선방향을 제언하고자 하였다.

Analysis of Relevance between Career Orientations and Job Characteristics of AIS User (AIS 사용자의 경력지향과 직무특성간의 관련성 분석)

  • To achieve this study, this study divide career orientations of AIS user into technology and management and group job characteristics into variety and autonomy and is to verify an effect of two factors on system performance (AIS satisfaction and use). The results of this study are as follows. First, there is a positive effect of the relevance between technology orientation and autonomy on AIS satisfaction. Second, there is a positive effect of the relevance between management orientation and job variety on AIS satisfaction. Third, there is a positive effect of the relevance between technology orientation and autonomy on AIS use, and finally, there is no positive effect of the relevance between management orientation and job variety on AIS use.
