Even if the HF band SSB maritime data communications service company has operating a target Of the member ship, because of unprepared. the radio link protocol that has been question accordance with increase of calling redundancy at traffic overload. Although free signal has operating for traffic of the next ship, but cannot avoid the collision in mutual calling ships. In feature of HF band SSB channel that radio link must be established by automatical, stability and adaptive at over load. In this factor, this paper is studied the new radio protocol by 3 step sequency driving of free access, group free access and polling access.

The HF band maritime communication is have developing to digital methode that techniques should be readied the automatic link establishment of 1:N by coast station to many ship station. Because can use way by polling simply that communication environment calls particular station wicked fellow HF communication states which is much redundancy times for coast station to set link. In amateur radio particular station selective calling do to be using ALE(Automatic Link Establishment) controller by 1:1 automatic link setting way, but expect 1:N link setting by these way in maritime communication very difficult. That is difficult to avoid collision by traffic overload to induce calling of ship stations. Because HF communication considers channel special quality traffic state radio link should be established, and should be applied automatically secures stability of channel as accommodative at traffic overload. In this paper is studied the new radio protocol by 3 step sequency driving of free access, group free access and polling access using multi-tone in single channel.

본 문에서는 선체 중앙부의 유한요소 모델링과 진동해석이 수행되었다. 횡부재와 종통부재가 만나 3차원적으로 연결되어 있는 선체구조는 복잡한 구조적 특성 때문에 모델링에 많은 노력이 필요하다. 선수, 선미부에 비해 비교적 부재간의 접속이 간단한 중앙평행부의 진동해석과 같은 경우에는 모델링 기법을 개발해 사용할 수도 있다. 중앙부 횡부재와 종통부재가 만나는 부분의 접속성과 형상표현을 위해 keypoint, super element(SE) 개념을 도입하였고 형성된 SE 들을 isoparametric mapping 기법을 접속된 3차원 부재용으로 개선하여 유한요소로 분할하였다. 진동해석용으로 형성된 선체중앙부 요소망을 ANSYS로 가시화하였고 자유진동해석을 수행하였다.

The aim of this paper is to study the morphemization of {Geuraegajigo} based on a spontaneous speech corpus. For this purpose, the distributions, the semantic functions, and the intonational phrase pattterns of the connective {Geuraegajigo} have been analyzed based on the corpus. The results are as follow; at first, coalescence that comes with a morphemization process was found, resulting in many variations. Secondly, there are three functions of it: [Direct/Indirect interrelationship], [Enumerate conjunction], and [Discourse marker]. And this semantic/functional diversity has many similarities with conjunctive adverbs. Lastly, intonational phrase patterns of {Geuraegajigo} accord with those of conjunctive adverbs. Especially, the discourse strategic IP pattern is connected with the short variation type. In conclusion, {Geuraegajigo} has finished turning into a conjunctive adverb through morphemization.

위성이동개인휴대통신은 특정 지역이나 나라를 벗어나면 사용이 어려운 개인휴대통신 서비스의 지역적 한계를 해소한 글로벌 통신수단이다. GMPCS(Global Mobile Personal Communications by Satellite) 도입에 따른 단말기 자유이동에 관한 국제 양해 각서안이 ITU에서 채택되었다. GMPCS 기술이전의 중요성과 GMPCS 범위를 모든 종류의 위성시스템으로 확대하는 것이 주요한 내용으로 GMPCS의 조기실현, 국제협력, 범세계 서비스, 규제, 투자참여, 불법사용, 단말기의 자유이동, 보편적 접근, 상호접속, 추가적 협력 등에 대한 각국의 주권 및 국제적 의무사항 등을 설명한다. GMPCS 단말기의 자유 이동에 대한 양해각서 채택에 관한 내용으로 형식승인, 사용승인, 단말기 표시, 관세, MOU 검토, 통화 자료의 이용 등이 언급되었다. 본 논문에서는 자유롭게 국경선을 횡단하여 그들의 휴대를 수월하게 할 GMPCS 단말기의 형식승인에 대한 설비승인처리에 대한 표준규격과 국제간 상호인정협정을 위한 기술적 조건을 설명하고자 한다.

In this paper, the method calculating hydroelastic responses of very large floating structure close to a breakwater in waves is presented. The source-dipole distribution method is used to calculate the generalized radiation problem considering breakwater effects and the diffraction problem is analyzed by using the source-dipole distribution andvelocity potential continuation method. The response of a VLFS is approximated by anexpansion in terms of a free-free beam. Calculated model is a VLFS with 1000m in length in a sea with a straight breakwater. The vertical displacements and bonding moments around a VLFS are calculated by variations for distance between a VLFS and a breakwater and incident wave angle to know the effect of a breakwater.

4 차 산업혁명의 시대를 맞아 사물인터넷 및 5G 를 활용한 수많은 사물들이 인터넷을 기반으로 연결되고 있다. 또한 이러한 사물들을 관제 및 유지 보수하기 위해서 장비들에 보안 관제 시스템을 구축하고 모니터링을 하기 위한 많은 비용과 관리의 어려움을 겪고 있다. 만약, 장비들이 스스로 능동적인 방어를 하게 된다면 유지관리의 가장 큰 문제가 해결될 것이다. 이러한 능동적인 보안을 통해 보호대상 시스템의 다양한 특징들을 시간의 변화에 따라 역동적으로 변경하는 MTD(Moving Target Defense)기법들이 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크 기반의 NMTD(Network-based MTD)를 이용하여 호스트 서버에 IP 와 PORT 로 접속하는 SSH 에 적용하여 능동적으로 보호하고, OTP 를 활용하여 사용자 식별을 통해 SSH 에 대한 내부자 접속에 대한 보안을 강화하는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

변형방법은 물체의 일부분 혹은 전체를 사용자가 원하는 결과의 형태로 변형하는 것으로서, 복잡하고 다양한 자유 형태 곡면들을 모델링하는데 필수적인 방법이다. 이러한 객체들을 제어하기 위한 기존의 방법은 접선벡터와 경계 교차 곡선들로 구성되는 패치들을 정의하고, 물체상의 이동된 점들에 대한 변화량을 계산하기 위하여 많은 계산량이 필요한 문제점이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 분할 경계 패치들을 이용하여 이러한 문제점들을 해결한 새로운 구간 변형 방법을 제시한다. 이 방법은 물체상의 변화량을 분할 경계 곡선에 필요한 형태 제어점으로 간주하여 형태 제어점을 이용하여 불규칙한 패치들을 계산하고 이를 이용하여 접속과 제어 및 국부수정의 변형 제어 방법을 제안한다. 또한 NURBs 보간을 이용하여 변형범위를 효과적으로 제어할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다.

Many people access mobile harmful site of USA and Japan. App store of the apple has been cut off the porn service, but access block to mobile Web page is an impossible situation. In this paper, we proposed the harmful image detection method of using skin and non skin features to detect harmful image. Our proposed method can provide enough performance than previous method.
