The mechanical components for wind turbines are mainly manufactured using open-die forging. This research introduces an advanced forging method to produce the door frame of the tubular wind turbine tower. The advantages of this new forging method are an increase in the raw material utilization ratio and a reduction in energy cost. In the conventional method, the door frame is hot forged with a hydraulic press and amounts of material are machined out because of the shape difference between the forged and final machine products. The proposed forging method is composed of hot forging and ring rolling processes to increase the material utilization ratio. The effectiveness of this new forging method is deeply related to the ring rolled blank dimension before the final forging. To get the optimal ring rolled blank, forged shape prediction using the finite element analysis method was applied. The forged dimensions produced by the new forging method were verified through the first article production.

정부는 최근 인천, 부산, 광양 등 3개 지역 경제자유구역청을 조직$\cdot$인사$\cdot$재정 등에서 자율성과 독립적인$\cdot$허가권을 행사하는 특별지방자치단체로 격상키로 하였다. 외자유치를 통한 원스톱 행정서비스를 제공하기 위해서다. 현재는 외자유치시 각 상급 지자체를 돌아다니며 인허가를 받아야 하기 때문이다. 하지만 특별지자체는 통상의 지자체와 구별되기 때문에 상위 단체의 규제를 받지 않고, 외자유치 등의 특수 목적을 위해서는 최대한의 자율적 권한을 갖게 된다. 이렇듯 정부에서도 경제자유구역청에 많은 관심과 힘을 쏟고 있다고 할 수 있다. 3개 지역의 경제자유구역청 중 가장 왕성한 활동을 펼치면서 외자유치에 모범이 되는 곳이 있다. 바로 광양만권경제자유구역청. 지난해 3월에 개청되어 타 경제자유구역청보다 늦게 출발하였지만 그 결과는 정 반대다. 광양만권경제자유구역청의 초대 청장으로 부임한 백옥인 청장은 포스코터미널 등 8개 업체로부터 9034만달러의 투자를 유치하고 국내외 15개 업체와 2조 720억원에 달하는 투자의향서를 교환하는 등 광양만권을 발전시키기 위해 노력하고 있다. 나아가, 광양에 대한 국제 인지도를 높이고 도로 등 SOC를 확충해 기본적인 투자환경을 조성해 가면서, 동북아 경제 및 물류 거점도시로 발돋움하기 위한 구체적인 계획을 하나하나 펼쳐 나가고 있다.

마이크로파 주파수는 일반적으로 1㎓-30㎓ 정도로서 주파수가 매우 높기 때문에 도체뿐만 아니라 절연체와 공기 중에서도 전류가 흐르는 성질을 갖는다. 자유공간에서의 마이크로파를 전자파라고도 하며 그 속도는 빛의 속도와 동일하며 자유공간에서 1cm-30cm 파장 범위를 가지므로 센티파라고도 한다. 전자방사(electromagnetic radiation)은 공간을 통하여 시간에 따라 변하는 전자계(electric and magnetic field)에 의한 에너지의 전파(propagation)이며 파동이론과 (wave theory)와 미립자이론(corpuscular theory)에 의해 해석될 수 있다. 전자파 이론(electromagnetic wave theory)의 기초는 1864년 Maxwell이 전자기 현상에 관하여 지배방정식을 수립함으로써 정립되었으며 1888년 Hertz에 의해 마이크로파의 존재가 실험적으로 증명되었다. 이후 마이크로파 기술은 2 차 세계대전을 거치면서 크게 발전하였으며 초기의 레이더 및 통신 등과 같은 군용 기술에서 마이크로파 건조 및 센싱과 같은 산업응용 기술로 발전하게 되었다. 특히 마이크로파 센서기술 및 가열기술은 농업 및 식품분야에 응용되어 마이크로파 응용제품을 선보이게 되었다. 한 나라의 경제는 자유경쟁원리에 입각한 시장 경제가 주도할 때 발전되어 가지만 자유경쟁체제는 때로 독점기업을 탄생시키고 이들 독점기업의 횡포 때문에 오히려 국민들에게 불편을 초래하는 시장의 실패가 발생한다. 한편, 철도와 같은 사회간접자본은 대자본이 소요되고 조직ㆍ규모가 방대하기에 시장에 맡기기보다는 정부가 이를 직접 운영하는 사례가 많다. 우리나라가 물론 이에 속한다. (중략)

원자력 발전소용 증기발생기의 수위제어에 기존의 경우 주로 PI제어기를 이용하는데 반해 본 논문에서는 기타의 주급수유량에 대한 주증기 유량의 변화를 2-자유도 PID제어기를 이용해 제어하는 문제를 연구하였다. 2-자유도 PID제어기의 파라메터 .alpha..betha..gamma.를 외란에 대해 가인하도록 하고 설정치변화에 대해서는 기존의 PID 파라메터가 부담하도록 함으로서 외란 및 설정치 모두에 대해 고찰한 결과 기존의 PI제어기에 비해 성능이 우수함을 나타내었다.

최근 영상처리 기술 및 방송통신의 발전으로 실감이 극대화되는 실감형 서비스에 대한 사용자 요구가 증가하였다. 이에 실감형 서비스로 자유선택시점 서비스에 대한 연구가 진행중이다. 자유선택시점 서비스는 사업자가 일반적으로 제공하는 뷰 외에 사용자가 원하는 뷰를 선택해 시청할 수 있는 서비스이다. 자유선택시점 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 하나의 콘텐츠를 다양한 시점으로 취득해야하며, 사용자가 원하는 시점에 해당되는 영상을 실시간으로 반응해 제공해야한다. 본 논문에서는 자유선택시점 비디오의 실시간 시점 이동을 위한 수신 구조를 설계하고 제안한다. 제안하는 수신 구조는 시청자의 시점 이동에 맞춰 실시간으로 시점을 이동하여 사용자가 원하는 시점의 영상을 재생할 수 있다.

The free-trade-zone system has been implemented in industrial-complex-type free-trade zones with a focus on the manufacturing industry since 1970, and was intended to attract foreign investment and increase trade by providing benefits such as tax reduction and deregulation to tenant companies. However, foreign investment in these industrial-complex-type free trade zones has decreased significantly. On the other hand, port-type free-trade zones have great potential to attract foreign investment for development due to the increase in port traffic. The developmental trends in the free-trade-zone system have been studied primarily in the manufacturing industry, and those studies must be extended. In this paper, the role and operation of free-trade zones are examined and problems highlighted. We analyzed a business model specialized in port-type free-trade zones to identify problems, propose measures to improve the system for re-exporting domestic goods to the customs area for storage, and upgrade overall operations. The effects of our measures were analyzed by simple simulation. These proposed improvements in the operation of port-type free-trade zones will help attract foreign companies to these international logistics hubs and global delivery centers.

This paper studied the changes and effects of Korean Trade Policies in Vietnam market after the withdrawal of the TPP from US. Since Trump government is starting, US trade policy has moved to the protectionism method. Nevertheless, Vietnam is expanding its status as an FTA hub, and Vietnam is actively expanding its economic growth by actively implementing foreign capital. Vietnam, however, is likely to lose its position as a hub of FTA after USA's withdrawal from TPP member. So, Korea's trade policy is also expected to change its stance on Vietnam, and Korea is expected to change its policy toward Vietnam. Korea has achieved a lot of accomplishments and growth with free trade and free economic markets, and it has to strengthen its national strength even afterwards. Thus, if the flow of free trade & globalization continues, I would consider how the Korea trade policy change after the U.S.'s withdraws from TPP.
