현재 시행 중인 부하관리 프로그램들은 거의 대부분 간접부하관리 방식에 의존하고 있으며, 이러한 간접부하관리 프로그램들은 요금혜택에 기반을 두고 있다. 직접부하관리가 우리나라에 도입된 것은 2001년 5월이며, 이러한 직접부하관리 프로그램은 간접부하관리 프로그램에 비하여 다음과 같은 다양한 장점을 가지고 있다. 1) 부하관리 자원의 이용 가능성(availability)이 간접부하관리에 비하여 상대적으로 높다는 것과, 2) 기존의 간접부하관리 프로그램에서의 성과계량, 즉, 부하관리 실시에 따른 피크 수요감소량을 명확하게 알 수 있으므로 전력회사가 장단기 수급계획을 수립하는데 보다 확실하게 이를 고려할 수 있다는 것과, 3) 부하차단의 주체가 전력회사가 되므로 간접부하관리 방식이 안고 있는 수용가 부하차단의 불확실성이 낮아지며, 4) 궁극적으로 비용효과가 간접부하관리보다 큰 유용한 자원이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 직접부하제어자원의 개요와 전력시장 참여 현황 및 해외사례를 소개하고자 한다.

National competence is based on the quality of university education, which is determined by the competitiveness of academia, research and information, IMD reported that Singapore, #2 country in national competence index, topped in quality of university education. Meanwhile Korea's current national knowledge infrastructure project lacks comprehensive coordination at a governmental level and has been conducted in a rather sporadic manner, without any consideration on the overall analysis of knowledge information resources. Consequently, a disproportionate amount of attention was devoted to collecting general information resources, while neglecting rare, hard-to-collect sources with historic, academic, and/or cultural values. This study proposes to build an academic resource management system to fully supervise academic resources at least, among national knowledge information resources which is a national asset, and also to allocate budget and cultivate new information building projects based on overall analysis on academic resources. In other words, there is a need for a management system to implement efficient linkage, distribution and utilization of academic resources and, to that end, we need to build an academic resource management system at a national level, maximizing the benefits from the knowledge society that we live in.

Although there are many processes in which factors interact with each other during enterprise resource planning(ERP) implementation, factors affecting ERP implementation have been investigated in an isolated way. In order to bridge the gap, this study attempts to provide a research model to explain how these factors affect ERP implementation success from a holistic perspective. In particular, this research focuses on how bundling and leveraging processes affect ERP implementation success using resource based theory, a strategy formulation framework, and a dynamic resource management model of value creation. The model amalgamates organizational resources and capabilities via the bundling and leveraging processes to identify the effect on ERP implementation success. This paper validates the proposed model by presenting Australian aviation industry case study. Case findings will be in help to reveal the effect of resource bundling in establishing capabilities and effect of capabilities leveraging in deriving the ERP implementation success.

In a heterogeneous wireless environment, a variety of Radio Access Technologies (RATs) coexist. Since the number of RATs is anticipated to increase in the near future, it is desirable to have radio and network resources managed in a cooperative manner using the Common Radio Resource Management (CRRM) strategy. In order to make RAT-specific radio resources manageable in CRRM, this paper proposes the Analytical Network Process (ANP) based resource management scheme that efficiently allocates resources among heterogeneous wireless networks. The proposed ANP-based method is flexible enough to be used in any network environment and can consider a multitude of decision factors. In addition, the proposed scheme uses a radio bandwidth model, which properly reflects transmission rates under given channel conditions, as the actual radio resources to be allocated. The model considers the AMC (Adaptive Modulation and Coding) scheme that is widely used in current broadband wireless access technologies, and thus, packet service characteristics, such as response time, can be analyzed. The effectiveness and flexibility of the proposed method are demonstrated by implementing a number of existing factors on heterogeneous networks environment.

This paper examines effect of fitness between innovation and HRM type on firm performance(quality competitiveness, operating profit). Data were extracted from the Korea Labor Institute's workplace panel survey(WPS) from 2015, and the analysis used 3,431 companies. To test the research model, analysis of variance(ANOVA). The model shows that full-innovation/commitment HRM type companies were significantly higher quality competitiveness, and operating profit than other companies. And low-level innovation/control HRM type companies were significantly lower quality competitiveness and operating profit than other companies.

The purpose of this study is to investigate factors influencing individual job satisfaction and organizational commitment for maximizing organizational performance. And it aims not only for analyzing direct effects of organizational human resource management system on organizational achievement, but also for ones of high commitment system with empowerment, organizational justice, organizational culture, turnover intention and so on. Also, instead of measuring the achievement of organizational and individual level respectively, this study shows the integrated model of correlation between organizational human resource management and individual achievement.

This study aimed to explore the relationships between human resource management systems, trusts, and organizational commitments by employees in deluxe hotel located in Seoul. The results of this study are, human resource management systems direct impacts on trusts, and organizational commitments. and trust direct influences to organizational commitment. And trusts influence mediating effects between human resource management systems and organizational commitments. These results suggests that new direction of the importance of human resource managements and the importance of trusts by employees on competing environments in hotel industry for competitive advantage.

인터넷 기반 자원 공유 시스템은 네트워크에 연결된 피어의 자원을 이용하여 고성능의 컴퓨팅 구현을 위한 시스템이다. 인터넷 기반 자원 공유 시스템의 가변적인 환경은 피어의 등록 및 삭제가 자유로워 연산 처리에 대한 신뢰성 문제를 발생시킨다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 기반 자원 공유 시스템의 신뢰성 향상을 위해서 이기종 시스템간의 협업 그룹을 생성하여 관리하는 협업 관리 시스템을 설계한다. 효율적인 협업 관리를 위해 이기종 피어를 관리하는 협업 그룹을 정의하고 계층 구조의 중간DB서버를 제안한다. 그리고 협업 관리 시스템에서 제공되는 협업 그룹 서비스, 디스커버리 서비스, 작업 관리 서비스를 제안한다.

This paper has described a QoS mechanism and management for multimedia object transport protocol. Resource manager reports the system resource information to the QoS manager. Based on the combination of two informations, the more effective QoS management can be achieved by organic combination between them on the protocol time domain. Therefore, it is possible for QoS manager to decide call admission control quickly and detect and react the performance fluctuations in protocol time domain.

일반적으로 망 관리 시스템(NMS: Network Management System)은 실제 자원과 이를 관리하기 위한 에이전트(agent) 개발이 완료된 후에 개발을 시작하거나, 실제 자원의 개발자로부터 관리 정보를 제공받아 병행해서 개발된다. 그러나, 전자의 경우는 실제 자원과 에이전트가 개발된 후에도 관리 시스템 개발까지의 공백이 초래되고, 후자 또한, 망 관리 시스템의 올바른 동작을 위하여 실제 자원이 완성된 이후 일정 기간 동안 정합시험이나 안정성 시험을 통해 문제점들을 보완해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 실제 자원의 개발전에도 망관리시스템의 개발 및 운용 테스트를 수행하도록 지원하는 테스트 베드를 제안한다.
