효율적인 연구개발을 위해서는 관련된 여러 자원들을 적절하게 활용할 수 있어야 하며, 기업연구소는 자원의 축적과 활용, 의사결정 지원을 위하여 연구관리시스템의 도입과 정착을 추진하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 인간연구소에서의 R&D 지식관리시스템의 성공적인 실행을 위한 방안을 도출하기 위해 조직상황요인 이론을 적용하였다. 즉 조직상황요인에서의 조직구조와 연구관리시스템 실행간의 관련성 규명이 본 연구의 핵심이다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여 R&D 지식관리시스템의 실행특성을 관찰하고, 성공적인 R&D 지식관리시스템의 실행을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

이 논문에서는 교육용 저장소 관리 시스템의 자원들을 위한 분류체계를 제안한다. 생성되는 자원들에 대한 체계적인 저장관리, 정확한 검색 및 활용을 위해서는 적절한 분류체계가 우선적으로 요구된다. 여러 가지 자원들에 대한 효율적이고 편리한 활용을 위하여 자원들의 관점에 따른 다양한 뷰를 제공해야 하고 뷰가 생성과 소멸에 따라 분류체계도 일관성 있게 유지 및 변경되어야 한다. 이 논문에서는 교육 자원들 중에서 학습활동에서 생성되는 구현자원들에 대한 체계적인 관리 및 활용성 향상을 위한 분류체계를 제안한다. 관련된 과학기술분야 분류체계들을 바탕으로 구현자원들에 적합한 분류체계를 정의하며 동적 분류체계 관리 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 분류체계 및 관리 모델은 보다 정확하고 체계적인 구현자원에 대한 관리를 가능하게 하며 또한 활용의 용이성을 향상시킨다.

Grid is a infrastructure to connect heterogeneous resources that are scattered over areas with high-speed network and to cooperate with each other. To carry out Grid application, first, network resources should be managed, since the network has to be safe and reliable. GMA suggests an effective architecture for monitoring of resources that are scattered over a wide area. In this paper, basing on GMA, Grid network management system based on web for practical and general network management is designed. Grid network management system has to operate and connect various distributed management system. Using LDAP authentication, as one access system, Grid network management system maintain stability.

다수의 사용자들이 동시에 사용하는 컴퓨터에서 동시에 여러 프로그램을 실행 시 각각의 프로그램들은 큐를 통하여 자원을 할당받아 프로그램을 실행한다. 이러한 자원은 크게 CPU와 메모리로 나눌 수 있는데 이러한 CPU와 메모리 자원을 프로그램을 실행하면서 처음 작업을 실행하기 전에 정의한 자원보다 더 요구하게 되면 시스템에 문제가 발생하기도 한다. 멀티 시스템에서는 어느 특정 사용자가 자원을 독점하는 것을 예방하기 위해서 작업관리 시스템을 통하여 프로그램을 실행 가능하게 한다. IBM 컴퓨터는 작업관리 시스템으로 LoadLeveler을 사용하고 메모리 관리는 WLM(Workload Manager)을 사용한다. 이러한 프로그램 실행 시 발생되는 문제를 해결하기 위하여 시스템에서 제공하는 WLM을 이용하여 여러 가지로 시스템을 테스트하였다. 따라서 WLM 기능을 조건별로 테스트하고 설정하여 시스템의 안정성을 유지하여 전체 작업처리 효율을 증가하였다.

본 논문에서는 웹 기반의 전자 결재 시스템을 설계, 구현하는 방법을 제시한다. 기존 인트라넷을 기반으로 한 전자적 자원관리(ERP) 시스템보다 공간적인 제약을 덜 받는 웹을 기반으로 한 전자적 자원 관리 시스템의 일부분인 전자 결재 부분을 구현하여 기업내의 업무 효율 증대를 목적으로 하였다. 본 논문에 구현한 전자 결재 시스템은 현재 웹 기반 전자적 자원관리의 한 모듈로서 서비스 되어지고 있다.

SBLIM은 GNU/Linux 시스템의 이용도를 제공하기 위하여 IBM이 추진하고 있는 공개소스 프로젝트이다. 오늘날 GNU/Linux 시스템을 비롯한 여러 운영체제(OS)는 독자적인 시스템 관리 방법 및 도구를 제공하고 있어 이기종 시스템간 관리의 일관성을 보장할 수 없다. 이와 같은 현상은 첫째, 시스템 자원에 대한공통 정보 모델이 정의되지 않았고, 둘째, 메시지 전달 인터페이스의 표준화가 결여되어 있기 때문에 발생한다. 또한 지금까지의 시스템 관리 솔루션이 시스템 자원의 특성과 독립적으로 구현되어 이기종 플랫폼에 대한 자원관리를 일관된 방법으로 가능하게 하는 시스템 관리 솔루션의 등장을 방해해왔다. SBLIM은 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위해 등장하였으며, 본 논문에서는 SBLIM의 개요, 구조 및 국내외 개발 동향을 중심으로 살펴본다.

With the rapid growth and development of information technology and the Internet, the amount of information published in electronic formats such as video, audio, digitalized text, etc. and the number of users accessing information online to satisfy their information needs are growing at a tremendous rate. This study analyzes standardized components to construct ERMS and proposes a model of ERMS based on the result of the analysis. The main functions of ERMS in university libraries are: 1) ERMS can manage and control access information to various electronic resources, metadata, holdings, user resources. Also, ERMS can be compatible with an existing library system such as IR(Information Retrieval) system, linking system, or proxy system. 2) ERMS should completely be compatible with acquisition and cataloging systems for effective management and control of integrated information organization and library budget. 3) ERMS should systematically and effectively manage license information on electronic resources. 4) ERMS should provide ideal and effective environment for use and access control of electronic resources in a library and integrated tool to manage and control all of electronic resources. Additionally, this study points out the need to organize committee groups to establish standardized rules and collaborative management of electronic resources among university libraries like DLF ERMI and redesign organizations in a library and a librarian's job description.

Conventional disaster resources management systems among the several institutes are not mutually connected. In case of NDMS(National Disaster Management System), the data of the system is confined to the resources of the local governments and not connected with any other disaster resource management systems. Therefore, it is difficult to find the needed resources, when the large scale disaster is occurred. In this paper, we developed the integrated model of the distributed resources management framework considering the current resource management environment among the institutes. It is loosely coupling model under the centralized system, called IDRM(Integrated Disaster Resource Manager). The system will be verified with the test sites including Korea Expressway Corporation, JeonBuk local government, and Korea Construction Equipment Association. Via the field testing, the system will be the base of the real available system in the future.

현재의 대부분의 기업에서는 효율적인 자원관리와 정보유통을 위해 그룹웨어 시스템을 도입하고 있다. 대부분의 그룹웨어 시스템에서는 전자결제, 정보공유, 문서관리의 기업일반적 또는 보편적 업무에 안는 시스템이 대부분이다. 따라서 각 기업에 맞는 전문적 업무지원을 위해서는 다른 추가 시스템 도입이 필요하며, 시스템 도입에 따른 비용이 발생된다. 본 논문에서는 선박업 관련 T컨설팅업체의 그룹웨어에 선박정보관리의 전문적 업무 지원이 가능하도록 설계, 구현하였으며 이 시스템은 추가 시스템 도입에 따른 비용발생과 자원낭비를 줄이고 기존 그룹웨어 시스템에 업무지원까지 가능하도록 통합한 형태의 시스템이다.

Recently, the need for emergency medical facilities is increasing due to a large-scale disaster. The Ministry of the Interior and Safety has completed the development of Disaster Resource Sharing System (DRSS). In this system, only air tent and negative pressure tent, which are classified and managed as equipment are resources related to emergency medical facility at disaster site. However, the characteristics of resources for the facility such as the time of input, a period of stay, transportation, and installation methods were not reflected. So, The purpose of this study is to propose improvements of management of resources for emergency medical facility at disaster site, that classified to materials and equipment in DRSS. This study analyzed the state of resources for facilities and the attributes of resources based on literature and disaster medical consultation of mobile hospitals. The resources for emergency medical facility are required to be linked to medical support resources and reflected in the DRSS, since emergency medical facility resources at the disaster site should be managed through a combination of medical resources classified as equipment. And future research on installation of emergency medical facilities plan considering the cost of the disaster management resources should be carried out.
