In this article, I intend to try to suggest the more persuasive answer to the basic practical philosophical question 'Does Ilminism meet the qualifying conditions of the genuine spontaneous practical philosophy?' through various social philosophical arguments about it. For that purpose, I carry out the detailed work to examine critically main forms and mattes in the system of Ahn's Ilminsim focused on the three dimensions of the 'establishment', 'contents', and 'role' of theory. And based on the normative and practical philosophical judgement about the 'decisive' limits and problems that is revealed through such the work, the tentative answer which I propose in relation with that question whether Ilminism fully satisfies the qualifying conditions of spontaneous practical philosophy in its truest sense or not is 'No.' At this time, decisive limits and problems refer to fatal main factors which prevent Iminism from gaining the title as a practical philosophy in its truest sense.

미국은 관습법(시민사회의 자생적 발전에 기초한 풀뿌리 민주주의를 토대)으로서 아래로부터(Bottom-up) 상거래 관행이 상표법에 조문화된 보통법 (common law) 체계인 반면, 한국은 시민사회의 기반 없이 정부주도로 바람직한 현상(1천년이 넘는 오랜 권위주의 체제를 토대)으로서의 법규범을 형성하기 위해 상표법을 제정한 대륙법(Continental law) 체계라는 법철학적 차이점이 있다.

The purpose of this study is to explore elementary teachers' difficulties on teaching science by analyzing questions that have been posted for a long time in an autonomous online teacher community named Indischool. For this purpose, 409 question postings(the 2007 and 2009 revised curriculum, third to sixth grade) were analyzed using the framework for analyzing questions about elementary teachers' science teaching(modified from Alake-Tuenter et al., 2013). The study revealed that there were more science-SMK questions than science-PCK questions, and most of the questions were 'about lenses' and 'in 2014 and 2015, when the curriculum was changing from the 2007 to the 2009 revised curriculum'. The long-standing difficulties in science-SMK were 'an application of facts and concepts in lenses' and 'an unexpected experimental error in electricity'. In particular, there are the principle of transparent cup-shaped objects acting as lenses, the process of image formation by convex lenses, experimental errors of 'compass movement due to current flow change' and experimental errors 'serial connection of bulbs'. The long-standing difficulties in science-PCK were 'understanding and response to context' and 'understanding and response to aims mentioned in standard document' and these are not related to physical units but to others. In particular, there are request class materials, activity ideas at the end of the semester and understanding the national curriculum guidelines. These teachers' difficulties should be reflected in the science teaching support system like a teacher's guide compilation, teacher's training curriculum development, etc.

최근의 비즈니스 환경에서 가장 두드러지게 나타나고 있는 특징 중의 하나는 인터넷의 보급과 발전으로 네트워크 환경이 구축되고 사이버 사회가 급속하게 발전하고 있다는 점이다. 이러한 환경에서 인터넷상에 가상의 공간과 사회가 만들어져 온라인 커뮤니티(online community)라는 개념이 생기기 시작하였다. 온라인 커뮤니티란 회원(멤버)들에 의해 이루어지는 커뮤니케티션과 이들에 의해 만들어지는 자생적인 컨텐츠(member-generated contents)의 통합이 컴퓨터를 매개로 하여 구축된 공간(Armstrong과 Hagel, 1996),또는 온라인상에서의 상호작용에 관계하고 있는 사람이나 집단(Williams와 Cotherel, 2000)을 의미한다. 주의력이 부족하거나 산만함으로 인하여 문제 해결 능력이 저하되거나, 자율적이며 자생적인 사고의 부족으로 자기 주도 학습이 안되는 이를 도와주는 뉴로피드백 기술을 개발하고자, 집중력과 뇌파 영역의 상관관계를 연구하였다. 양궁게임을 집중력을 유발시키는 도구로 사용하였으며, 개발한 2채널 뇌파 측정기로 뇌파를 측정하여 주파수 분석을 하였다. Beta파, SMR파, High Beta파가 집중과 상관관계가 높음을 도출하였다.

기계 가공을 위해선 보통 많은 절삭 에너지가 필요하다. 공작 기계는 대부분 매우 적은 감쇄 특성을 지니는데, 앞서 언급한 절삭 에너지는 공작 기계 구조물에 전달되게 된다. 이때 기계 가공에서의 특유 메카니즘인 채터(chatter)라는 자생적인 진동(self-excited vibrations)현상이 종종 발생한다. 이러한 채터 현상에서의 절삭 가공은 절삭 공구의 물리적 한계에 직면한다. 그러므로, 실시간 제어기의 적용을 필요로 한다. 이 연구 보고서는 chatter 진동을 적절히 제어하기 위해, 가공 시간에 따라 변하는 절삭공구와 피삭제간의 transfer function을 recursive 방식을 통해 update하도록 시도하였다. 이 방식은 디지털 신호처리 기법과 제어 설계 기법을 적용하였다. 아울러, 일련의 시뮬레이션이 제시되며, 현재, 실험적으로 접근하기 위한 연구를 진행중에 있다.

Context-Aware is a one of the important researches in ubiquitous computing for providing optimal service to users by acquiring user's intentions and environmental information. Diverse researches are focused on the users and its environment facts for Context-Aware base and introduce a sensing based middleware which engages sever/sensor that operates identifier information to provide services. Context-Aware service which is limited by users and environment facts has the problem of overlapping sensing, unnecessary searching and anonymity of users. Also Server-Centric Context-Aware system requires very high cost to manage and operate the services. On this paper, We introduce Autogenous Context service model to simplify the Context-Aware process and design the middleware which performs decentralize management for Context-Aware information of user's portable devices to minimize problems which is occurred during the management and operation of existing Context-Aware system.
