The purpose of this research was to develop a new instrument for nurses' risk behavior related to needlestick injuries and to establish initial evidence of reliability and validity. Twenty five items of the Needlestick Injuries Risk Behavior (NIRB) scale was developed on the basis of the unsafe act theory(Reason, 1990). Such six dimensions as risk behavior on needle recapping, risk behavior using needle on transferring blood sample, risk behavior on separation of needle from syringe, risk behavior on the use of needle, risk behavior when needle is discarded, and risk behavior before the use of needle were described, based on the factor analysis. The study findings initially supported the NIRB's reliability, and construct and criterion validity.

Field study on the sporogenesis periods of 16 red algae growing at the intertidal zone of Daesongri was conducted from April 1987 to March 1988, obseuing the occurence of carposporic and tetrasporic fronds. The period of Gloiopeltis furcata was in spring and summer; that of Laurencia intermedia, Laurencia undulata and Rhodymenia intricate in summer; that of Chondria dasyphylla and Hypnea charoides in autumn; that of Carpopeltis affinis, Pachymeniopsis lanceolata, Chondrus ocellatus, Awosorium polyneunm, Gymnogongrus flabelliformis, Gigartina intermedia, Champia parvula and Ceramium paniculatum in summer and autumn. Of the species, G. flabelliiformis, G. intermedia and R. intricate only matured the carposporic phase, and P. telfairiae, H charoides, C. parvula and C. paniculatum did the tetrasporic phase. But the carposporic phase of G. flabelliformis and the tetrasporic phase of C. paniculatum were not occured in Kori area where water temperature was 3 C higher than that in Daesongri. In that area they only matured the other phase. This suggests that the life history is rarely complete in nature and water temperature is a important factor influencing on the sporogenesis. Also it was observed in C. affinis, C. ocellatus and S. latiuscula that the period of one phase is much longer than that of the other phase. But in most of species with both phases, tatrasporic and caropsporic, the former phase appeared a month later than the latter phase. In addition, their biomass became maximum just before sporgenesis, and then gradually decreased with release of reproductive cells.

A 51-year-old male was admitted three month previously with a cardiac stab injury and he underwent direct cardiac repair He had no problem after this event. He complained of dyspnea that stalled 2 months after the original injury. Echocardiography showed severe tricuspid regurgitation and so, chordac replacement and ring annuloplasty was performed. Herein we report on a case of tricuspid valve repair for treating tricuspid insufficiency following a cardiac stab injury.

This article deals with the reason for translating Korean Chinese written classics and the image of the person performing the translation. The scope of the research was restricted to South Korea and the translation value of translating the Korean classical texts from the 1960s to the 2018. In the 1960s and 1970s, the discourse of national culture and the Classical Sinology(漢學) discourse centered around the Minjokmunwhachujinhwe(民族文化推進會, National Culture Promotion Association). The discourse of the national culture was paired with the modernization, and the discourse of Classical Sinology(漢學) discourse was a certain antagonism to the discourse of modernization. The translator stereotype in this periods was close to a Classical Sinology(漢學) who could wright Korean letters. The discourse of the national culture led to the establishment of The Academy of Korean Studies by pairing with the discourse of the spiritual culture, and then changed into Korean study discourse in the 1980s. Since the mid 80s, the theory of translation has been introduced byo Kim Yong-ok. The translation of the Chosun dynasty annals, which started in the 70s, made the classical translation discourse in the classical translation field into the national project efficiency discourse. To the Early achievement of state-led gigantic project through group translation, they emphasized coherence and efficiency. On the contrary, the individuality of the translators and aspects of in-depth research have weakened. This discourse also influenced until the early 2000s. These large translation projects were produced by professional translator group. With the establishment of the Institute for the Translation of Korean Classics(Hankuk Kojon Bunyukwon) in 2007, he foundation for the stability of the classical translation business was established, and the classical translation discourse was shifted to the academic discourse centered on classical translation sudies. This discussion was expanded to the request of the establishment of an academic institution called the Classical Translation Graduate School, with a discussion on the academic identities of classical translation studies. The imagies of translators, paired with the academic discourse of this period, and that the classical translators must be classical scholars and translators, are begun to be requested. Thus, the classical translation value discourse changed with the passage of time, and the imagies of classical translators have been changed accordingly.

The purpose of this study is effect factors of Pre-Hospital Medication in the Patients with Bee-Sting. This study is to identify the necessity of using epinephrine in prehospital stage from the perspective of early management of anaphylaxis following a bee sting. Methods: Patients suffering from a bee sting who used the 119 rescue between 2013 from 119 center data were included. Age, sex, month of injury, time factors, vital signs, medication, signs, distance factors, presence of cardiac arrest, AVPU triage by EMT were extracted. The severity of bee sting injury was divided into mild, moderate, and severe according to the presenting symptoms and signs. Results: The severe patients treated by using oxygen, IV, ECG, Medication. Anaphylaxis is a serious allergic reaction of rapid onset that may lead to death. One of Anaphylaxis patients lived by using epinephrine. Most patients collapsed at the scene of mount. Bee sting injuries occurred primarily during summer to the farmer. Nine patients collapsed at the scene. Bee sting injuries occurred primarily from June to October. Conclusion: The primary treatment for anaphylaxis is epinephrine. Epinephrine in pre-hospital stage is factors of essential for patients. Also epinephrine will permit to be equipped in the EMT-P and use of epinephrine by law.
