In this paper, we design and implement the web-based property management system using RFID. There are many properties in the organizations such as companies, schools and so on. Many users share these properties. Thus, these fields require efficient management systems for monitoring a variety of information such as the locations and the detailed information of the properties for the monitoring and lending services. We attach RFID tags to every property and monitor their information with our web-based management system. Our management system provides the monitoring service and the lending service for properties and users.

IT 자산관리(ITAM, IT Asset Management)는 조직이 소유한 IT 자산과 관련된 모든 이력 변경 정보, 비용, 계약 및 구매/리스 데이터를 관리하는 것이다. 자산 취득 및 처분에 관한 기술, 재무 및 계약 정보를 취득하고 통합한다. 그리고 유지하는 과정. 비즈니스의 효율성과 효율성을 높이기 위해 IT 인프라의 서비스 및 리소스에 대한 자산 관리의 4가지 요소(4C, 특성: 자산 수명 주기 정보, 구성: H/W와 S/W 정보, 계약: 서비스 및 보증, 종합관리: 보증 정보, 비용 및 재무 정보)는 회사 인프라 자원의 TCO 및 ROI를 개선하고 생산성의 범위를 확장하는 것을 목표로 한다. IT 자산 관리의 필요성은 사업에 필요한 IT 자산 정보 제공, 비용 관리, 구매 결정에 필요한 정보 제공, 소프트웨어 라이선스 및 하드웨어 자원의 재활용 촉진, 장치 노후화로 인한 추가 비용 방지를 위한 것이다. 비용 예측 및 관리, 내부 통제 및 외부 감사 대응, 사업부별 IT 비용 및 활용도 분석을 유지 및 지원한다. 사업부의 IT 자원 사용으로 인한 문제는 업무 효율성을 저하시키고 IT 부서의 업무를 증가시키며 결과적으로 기업의 비용을 증가시키며 이것이, IT 자산 관리의 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 적용 사례를 통해 더 나은 관리 방안을 마련하기 위한 방법을 제안한다.

본 연구는 항공사 브랜드 자산의 중요도와 만족도 차이를 중심으로 실증 분석하여 항공사 브랜드 자산 경영에 도움이 되고자 하였다. 항공사 브랜드 자산의 IPA 분석과 대형 항공사와 저비용 항공사의 브랜드 자산 구성요소의 GAP 차이 분석을 통해 항공사 브랜드 자산에 대한 전략을 제안한다. 연구 결과에 따르면 항공사 이용객들은 가격과 직원의 친절성을 가장 중요하게 생각하고 있으며 직원의 친절성에는 만족하고 있으나 가격에서는 만족하고 있지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과 향후 항공사는 환경 변화에 적응하여 가격 전략의 변화를 시도하고 그에 따른 다양한 노력과 투자를 하여야 할 것이다.

최근 국내외적으로 암호화폐 거래소(이하 '디지털 자산 거래소')를 대상으로 빈번히 발생하고 있는 암호화폐(이하 '디지털 자산') 탈취, 무단 입출금 등 보안 사고를 통하여 자금세탁 및 테러자금조성 등 사회적인 문제를 일으키는 불법 행위가 증가할 가능성이 높다. 본 논문에서는 국제 표준화 기구에서 다루고 있는 디지털 자산 거래소 보안에 관한 표준안, 국내외 법 규정 등을 분석하고 디지털 자산 거래 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 잠재적인 보안 위협을 식별함으로서 자금세탁 및 테러자금조성 방지를 위한 디지털 자산 거래 시스템의 개선 방안을 제시한다.

비대면 사회 확산에 따라 디지털 콘텐츠 등 온라인상으로 거래가 관리되는 디지털 자산의 거래가 증가하고 있다. 영상 및 이미지 등 디지털 자산의 경우 창작자가 자산에 대한 충분한 대가를 받지 못하고 불법 거래 내역에 대한 파악이 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 NFT적용을 통한 효율적 디지털 자산 관리를 위하여 신뢰성과 보안을 강화한 블록체인 합의알고리즘을 연구하고 성능평가를 통하여 기존 합의알고리즘 대비 우수성을 증명하였다.

본 논문에서는 자율운항선박의 등장에 따른 추가적인 자산 관리 요구사항에 대응하기 위해, 새로운 자산관리 아키텍처를 설계하고 구현한 자율운항선박 자산관리 플랫폼을 제시한다. 이 플랫폼은 소프트웨어, 센서 등의 자율운항선박 관련 추가 자산을 식별하고 관리할 수 있도록 개발되었다. 또한, 자율운항선박 전용 기능을 모듈화하여 기존 전통선박과 자율운항선박 모두에 적용할 수 있게 하였고, 웹 기반으로 개발되어 PC와 모바일 등 다양한 기기에서 접근이 용이하다는 장점이 있다.

This paper is to outline a methodology for establishing the fair market value of knowledge assets that may be associated with a going-concern business enterprise and identify the elements of knowledge assets and provide the basic concepts for valuing thorn Within this contort we will identify the nature of some of the more common or well-know forms of knowledge assets, discuss the normal relationship of these forms of knowledge assets to the monetary and tangible assets of a business enterprise from an investor's perspective.

In these days, many organizations try to manage their assets in safe way due to fast change in information-communication environment. In Korea, risk analysis and vulnerability analysis for security improvement of critical asset is booming by enforcement of Act on security of information and communication infrastructure. It is obligate that each critical information infrastructure needs to get vulnerability analysis. In this paper, we proposed Object Oriented Asset Classification model for asset analysis and risk analysis.

Infrastructure are the essential element in the country for they are the basic facilities forming the basis of economic activity. In Korea Infrastructure which are subject to the management of government are increasing annually, and subsequently the budget of maintenance costs is expected to rise significantly. For the effective management of the constructed and accumulated infrastructure, the integrated management of the future assets will be needed which includes the determination of the asset status, management subjects, and the location, the maintenance of their performance and state, and the prediction of the cost required to increase their useful lifetime. However, in the domestic cases the road facilities valuation has not been done systematically, and the preparation and research on this is scarce. Thus, the systematic procedure for the road facilities valuation is required. In this paper the following study was conducted to derive the reasonable asset valuation methods. First, the valuation methods was investigated and summarized throughout the domestic and international research literature. Second, to apply the investigated valuation methods to the road facilities the valuation process that reflects domestic conditions and characteristics has been developed. Third, a working Bridge, Highways, and General national ways were applied to the general valuation process, and the results were analyzed. As a final step a schematic diagram of the asset management support by WDRC valuation method was presented.
