본 논문은 다양한 시스템이 존재하는 컴퓨터 네트워크 상의 위험을 분석 평가하기 위한 방법을 소개한다. 실시간으로 위험을 구성하는 요소들의 상태가 변화하는 상황에서 자산의 강도 평가, 위협 가능성 분석, 취약성에 대한 기존 통제 분석이 필요하다. 기존 통제 구성은 네트워크 토폴로지를 이용한 네트워크 베이스, 응용 어플리케이션에 기반한 호스트 베이스 통제가 있으며, 이들은 컴퓨터 네트워크상의 실질적인 취약성을 효과적으로 식별하는데 도움을 준다. 또한 가능성 분석은 위험평가 과정에서 불필요한 위협 정보를 효과적으로 제거하여 줄 수 있을 것이다.

전파 자원은 국가의 무형 자산으로서 자원이 한정되어 있는 반면에 이에 대한 수요가 급증하면서 전파 자원의 가치가 점점 높아지고 있다. 특히 국내의 경우 IT839 전략으로 추진 중인 WiBro(Wireless Broadband), DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting), Home Network, Telematics(Telecommunication Informatics), WCDMA(Wide Code Division Multiple Access), RFID/USN(Radio Frequency Identification/Ubiquitous Sensor Network) 등 무선 주파수를 이용하는 새로운 서비스가 증가하면서 주파수 자원에 대한 중요성은 더욱 강조되고 있다. 종래의 전파 정책이 정부가 정책을 세우고 이를 관리하는 Command-and-Control 위주였다면, 향후의 전파 정책은 OpYN1020en Spectrum 정책으로 전환될 것으로 전망된다. 본 고에서는 전파 자원의 효율적인 이용을 도모하는 일반적인 CR(Cognitive Radio) 기술에 대하여 언급하고, 이를 이동성이 없는 고정 환경에 적용하기 위한 IEEE 802.22 WRAN 시스템의 물리계층 전송 규격 사양, 프레임구조 및 현재 논의되고 있는 기술에 대하여 논의한다.

We developed a RFID system to effective management and monitoring for school assert. In this paper, RFID system implemented a two way which are control to 13.56MHz for in/outbound order and 2.45GHz for positioning tracking and monitoring. We also make up the contents and database utilizing the labview tool in pc. In addition, the developed system can obtain simultaneously the information from several RFID reader at real time so that it is possible to track the position system, the path moving and the status of asserts in the school. Especially, 2.45GHz system has a function to prevent a assert theft. It is observed from the various and practical experiment that the proposed system is useful for assert management and monitoring.

현대는 브랜드의 시대이다. 애플 브랜드는 1,453억 달러라는 천문학적인 가치를 가지고 있으며, 코카콜라 브랜드는 수십년에 걸쳐 세계적인 브랜드로 자리매김하고 있다. 이와 같이 글로벌 경쟁 시대에는 브랜드가 기업의 생존을 좌우한다. 기업의 경쟁력은 인지도가 높은 파워 브랜드를 얼마나 많이 가졌는가에 따라 판가름나고 있다. 소비자의 마음을 사로잡는 강력한 브랜드는 기업의 수익 창출을 보장하는 소중한 자산이다. 시장을 지배하는 강력한 브랜드를 육성하는 것은 이제 모든 기업의 미래를 좌우할 정도로 중요한 핵심 과제가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와같은 브랜드 가치를 디자인이라는 관점에서 보다 효율적으로 생성하고 관리할 수 있는 브랜드 경영을 위한 웹 기반의 컨설팅 서비스를 제안한다.

After insufficient road facilities are expanded, it is more important to maintain performance of road facilities the time according to passing. When the road facilities are maintained optimally through proper maintenance, the total amount of investment can be minimized and national competitiveness is improved. Individual maintenance research of road facilities such as PMS or BMS was in progress until currently, but it is difficult to joint ownership and share information between systems, and it is impossible to use as the decision-making. Therefore, Asset Management System for road facilities is enforced to solve the inefficiency of existing systems, maintenance the road facilities systematically under the limited budget and get the maximum benefits against the cost from the view point of long-term. In this paper, the concept of Asset Management System explained, and research plan from KICT in order to introduce the Asset Management System of road facilities from 2008 hereafter for 5 years accounted.

In this paper, the method to apply the RFID technology to schools will be presented in order to effectively integrate and manage various assets in school. The proposed system may be seemed to be very useful of individual school to grasp the status of their assets and also the central government to control and manage the assets scattered far and wide around the country. We also propose the OSN/PMS server based on EPC global standard could be appropriate especially in schools. In addition the proposed system can acquire simultaneously the information from several RFID readers at real time so that it is possible and easy to track the position, the path of moving and the status of assets in the school. To show the usefulness of the proposed system, the prototype of the system has been implemented and conducted. The proposed system seems to be applicable to various fields such as factories, farms, or homes as well as school.

전자금융 사기범이 전화, SMS, 이메일을 통하여 통신회사, 경찰청, 검찰청 및 금융감독당국 등을 사칭하여 피해자로 하여금 사칭기관의 위장 홈페이지로 유도하여 피해자의 금융 정보를 불법적으로 취득하여 피해자의 금융자산을 인출해나가는 금융 분야에서 발생하는 특수 사기범죄의 피해가 줄지 않고 있다. 이에 대한 대책으로 금융감독당국과 금융회사는 지연인출제도, 카드론 취급 강화, 공인인증서 재발급 및 사용절차 강화, 대포통장종합관리시스템 구축 및 홍보 강화를 하고 있지만 이들 방법은 전자금융사고 피해가 추정되는 고객뿐만 아니라 그렇지 않은 대다수 정상적인 전자금융거래 이용자에 대한 전자금융거래의 불편을 야기하고 있으며 전자금융사고 발생중의 실시간 이상증후 탐지를 반영하고 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 금융회사 홈페이지에서의 전자금융거래 이용자의 접속행위, 공인인증서 사용행위, 온라인 송금행위 측면에서 거래행위를 분석하여 전자금융사고 혐의 이상증후에 대해 금융회사의 실시간적이고 능동적으로 대응하는 방안을 제시한다.

본 논문은 옵션 시장에서 푸쉬풀 전략을 제시하고 이의 성능 분석을 한다. 푸시풀 전략은 초기 진입 시 설정한 예탁금이 줄어들지 않도록 관리하는 전략이다. 옵션의 만기에 외가 가격이 0이 되는 특성상외가 매도는 프리미엄의 수익을 기대할 수 있다. 시스템 트레이딩 툴이 멀티차트를 통하여 푸쉬풀 전략을 구현하고, 3월물 옵션에 대하여 성능 분석을 하였다. 2월 5일과 2월 11일에 두 번 임계값 조정이 발생하여, 총 6번의 매매에 총수익 769,000원 발생하였다. 승률은 67%이고, 자산대비 수익률은 한달에 9%가 발생하였다. 푸쉬풀 전략은 급격한 추세장을 제외하고는 한달에 10% 내외의 수익을 기대할 수 있는 안정된 전략으로 개인 투자자의 옵션 투자에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있다. 일반화된 자료를 추출하기 위해서는 향후에 실험 구간을 넓히고, 행사가 이동 구간을 줄이는 최적 지점을 찾아내는 연구가 필요하다.

In recent, Information Technology(IT) is the biggest issue on the world at large including construction industry as core strategic means for reinforcing competitive power of company and nation and raising its effectiveness. However, CEO of each finn is deferring IT investment decision because there's no case to measure real value of IT and confidence to economic effect of information system. IT Evaluation will be so helpful that most construction finns make a plan of IT investment. and it is necessary to achieve their management goal and have the maximum of firm's value with the usage of IT system. Therefore, The purpose of this research is to promote the increase of IT investment and the improvement of the standard in IT with the development of IT evaluation system to be monitoring IT level continually.

The purpose of this research is to examine qualitative and quantitative performance on SCM. To validate our research model, five hundred survey questionnaires were distributed to the companies that have implemented SCM systems for at least one year. A total of 153 valid responses were obtained. In this research, we were to derive influencing factors of SCM performance, modelize the mutual influential relationship between them, and look into the influential relationship influencing the SCM performance. Moreover, we tried to analyze difference of financial ratios after adopting SCM. The results of the research can be summarized as follows. Change management had a significant impact on information system quality and SCM performance, and, information system quality had a significant impact on SCM performance. And, the difference of financial ratio was existed after the adopting SCM. Moreover, inventory turnover rates, ROI, ROA were increased, and labor costs to sales was decreased.
