누구나 컴퓨터를 사용하면서 제 때 백업을 하지 않아 낭패를 본 경험을 가지고 있을 것이다. 특히, 요즘과 같이 무형의 정보 자산이 큰 가치를 가지는 시대에는 그 중요성이 더 크다. 9.11 미국 테러 사태 이후 데이타 백업의 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있다. 많은 기업이나 기관 뿐만 아니라 개인까지도 백업에 중요성에 대해 인식하고 있고, 많은 네트워크 시스템들이 앞다투어 백업 및 복구 시스템을 도입하고 있다. 거기다 근래에는 로컬 백업보다는 인터넷을 이용한 사이트 백업 방식이 더 선호되고 있다. 하지만 사이트 백업은 구축과 운영에 많은 비용이 들게 되고, 이미 망관리 시스템과 같은 관리 시스템이 설치되어 있는 환경에서는 관리 체계가 이원화되어 복잡해 질 수 있다. 이러한 추세에 맞추어 본 논문에서는 자바로 구현한 백업 및 복구 시스템을 소개하고자 한다. 본 시스템은 기존의 망관리 시스템에 부가하여 사용할 수 있도록 모듈화시켜 JDK가 설치되어 있는 어떠한 유닉스 시스템에서도 편리하게 백업을 수행할 수 있도록 설계 및 구현되어 있고, 웹기반의 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하고 있어 원격지에서도 관리하고 있는 호스트들의 백업 작업을 쉽게 수행할 수 있다.

Korea was followed by a rapid increase in road construction investment in late 1980s with the help of strong economic conditions. As a result of such investment, it will be expected that there must be a rapid increase in demand for maintenance or rehabilitation of the facilities after 2010. We are developing asset management information systems for enhancing user's satisfaction and innovating the facility management techniques within a limited budget. We suggested the assessment items for the Level of Service for tunnel facility's operation and maintenance(O&M), in this study. We have surveyed for the importance of assessment items by considering both user's viewpoints and facility management agency's viewpoints. We came to realize the relative importance of the items based on this survey using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method proposed by Satty. The relative importance of assessment items in terms of the user's viewpoint was identified in descending order such as safety, mobility, accessibility, convenience, O&M efficiency, comfort, rural revitalization, environment, and information. Also, the importance of the items in terms of the management agency's viewpoint was identified in descending order such as safety, mobility, accessibility, environment, rural revitalization, convenience, O&M efficiency, information, and comfort. It means that safety of tunnel facilities is more important than mobility, although which is the basic function of the road facility, both in agency's and user's concern. Therefore, the agencies have to pay more attentions and efforts to ensure safety of tunnel facilities when they establish the investment plans for the tunnel facility O&M.

XML의 출현으로 메타데이터를 이용한 개념수준의 지식 모델링 토대가 구축됨으로써, 추론 기능을 부가하여 실질적인 개념화를 실현하는 온톨로지 기술이 정보시스템의 핵심요소로 부각되고 있다. 온톨로지를 적용함으로써 기존의 정보처리를 지식 처리로 고도화할 수 있으며, 다양한 지식처리 기능을 실현해 낼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업이나 기 관 간의 지식 자원 관리 및 공유, 협업 등이 가능한 JSR 168과 WSRP 기반의 포탈 프레임워크를 구축하고 온톨로지 기술을 응용하여 포틀릿 정보를 의미 수준에서 관리하는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문의 온톨로지 기반의 로틀릿 관리 기능을 갖은 엔터프라이즈 포털 시스템은 깁업의 정보 자산 관리와 정보 서비스 향상에 기반 시스템으로 활용될 수 있다.

IT 기업과 같이 그들이 보유한 지식이 수익 창출의 근원이 되는 기업들은 개인의 경험들을 조직의 지식으로 변환하고, 보존하여 그들의 구성원들이 이러한 지식을 활용할 수 있도록 하기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 지식 경영의 중요성을 강조하는 많은 선행연구들은 이러한 활동이 조직 학습을 가속화시키며, 경쟁력을 강화시킴으로써 시장 변화에 대한 대응능력을 강화시킬 수 있음을 강조한다. 그러나 구성원들의 가용 시간이 곧 생산을 위한 투입 요소가 되는 IT기업에 있어서 지식관리활동은 조직 구성원들이 수익 창출을 위한 업무수행 시간을 할애해야 하고 동시에 비용을 발생시키는 딜레마를 안고 있다. 이러한 이유로 IT기업의 경우 시간과 재원의 배분은 전사 적 전략수립에 있어서 매우 중요한 정책 결정이 됨에도 불구하고 이제까지 이를 종합적인 시각에서 이해하고자 하는 연구는 그리 많지 않았다. 본 논문은 한 IT기업의 사례를 통해 비재무적 자산인 지식을 효과적으로 관리하고 이를 통하여 재무적 성과를 극대화하기 위한 시스템 다이내믹스 모델의 전략적 활용방안을 모색해 보았다. 이러한 시도는 경영자를 비롯한 의사결정 자들이 지식의 동태성과 이에 영향을 미치는 여러 영향요인들에 대한 단선적인 이해를 벗어나 종합적인 견지에서 기업이 보유한 지식의 구조와 행태를 이해하는데 도움이 될 것이며 이를 통하여 기업의 지식관리 전략 수립의 기초를 제공해 줄 것이다.

주요기반시설 산업제어시스템의 폐쇄 망 운영 환경에 따라 내부자 사이버 보안 위협으로 인한 피해가 다수 발생하고 있다. 따라서 이에 대응하기 위한 내부 보안 대책이 요구된다. 이에 본 논문은 산업제어시스템의 안전한 운용을 위한 SW 보안 무결성 관리 프로그램을 제안한다. 자산의 구매, 설치, 운영, 유지보수를 통합 관리함으로써 전반적인 라이프 사이클의 흐름 내에서 정보보안 강화를 확립하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 통하여 산업제어시스템의 특성을 반영한 효과적인 내부 보안 관리 프로그램으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Risk analysis and internal control evaluation are key security management activities for securing organizational assets. Risk analysis is used to identify areas that need safeguarding while internal control evaluation is used to check whether the current control system is effective with a reasonable degree of assurance. Risk analysis usually focuses on unauthorised activities of unauthorised people and has not paid much attention to threats that could be committed by authorized users. As attention to fraud increases, these threats should be appropriately treated within organizations. This paper compares the difference between these two approaches.

RUP의 Unified Process Model에는 Use Case Model, Analysis Model, Design Model, Deployment Model, Implementation model, Test Model의 6가지 모델이 있다. 이 모델들은 모두 일관성이 있다. 한 모델에서 나오는 요소들은 전, 후 단계에서 다른 모델들과 Trace Dependencies를 갖는다. 이러한 의존적인 관계들은 각각의 요소들 사이의 진행, 기록 관계를 나타낸다. 그러나 대부분의 데이터 모델 설계는 이러한 관계와 의존 없이 설계되어져 전체적인 일관성을 이루지 못 하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 관계를 유지 하면서 사용자의 요구사항에 일관성 있는 데이터 모델을 설계하고자 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 대학 종합정보시스템 구축의 일부분인 자산관리 시스템을 분석하여 데이터 모델을 제시한다.

최근 금융과 IT가 결합한 핀테크 산업이 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 전통적 금융 서비스에서 벗어나 소비자 접근성이 높은 인터넷, 모바일 기반 디바이스의 장점을 활용하여 송금, 결제, 자산관리 등 다양한 분야의 금융서비스를 제공한다. 하지만 핀테크 기술 발전으로 네트워크, 클라이언트, 시스템 등 각각의 부문에서 새로운 보안 위협 요소가 증가 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 핀테크 보안의 고려사항과 연구동향에 대해 살펴보고 현재 핀테크 분야에서 보안이 적용된 시스템에 대해 분석하고 취급되는 정보보호의 중요성에 대해 고찰한다.

Recently, several large-scale Mega-Projects are being conducted. For these urban revitalization projects which requires many complex functions, the existing project management system based on single project level is limited in application. Therefore, our main objectives of this research are two 1) Develop a brand-new program management system(Prototype Ver 1.0) for mega-projects where various facilities are combined both horizontally and vertically. 2) Develop management strategies(Prototype Ver 1.0) based on the program level that enable the comprehensive management of a multiple various projects. The subtitles of this Research are i-PMIS(Program Management Information System) Development, Standardization & Optimization of Construction Life-Cycle Process, Comprehensive Project Cost & Process Management Technology, Effective and Optimized Integrated Performance Management Technology, and, we suggest to optimize the whole life cycle process, predict and respond to various risks, predict and control the process, the cost and the schedule, achieve maximum return on investment to the participating parties, and provide a brand-new Program-MIS including the visual-based web-portal platform to respond the changing business environments and decision making.

SGML/XML 기반 문서 정보 시스템의 문서 포맷은 인간이 비교적 쉽게 이해할 수 있으며 기존의 문서 정보 시스템에서는 접근 불가한 레벨까지 인간이 접근할 수 있는 통로를 제공한다. 또한, 문서처리 관점에서 보면 기존의 각 CAL/EC관련 응용 프로그램에서 생성된 데이터는 문서 또는 파일 단위의 접근으로 업무레벨에 도움을 주는 것이 제한적인 것에 반해 SGML/XML 기반 문서정보 시스템은 DTD(Document Type Definition)에서 설계된 엘리먼트, 속성, 엔티티 등의 단위까지 접근할 수 있는 Mechanism으로 기존의 문서 정보 시스템과 차별화 되는 지식 매체로서 지식기반 시스템의 하부 프레임워크를 제공한다. SGML/XML 기반 문서 정보 시스템의 요소로서 SGML/XML 문서 정보 검색 시스템은 표현된 계층적 논리정보를 이용하여 다양한 문서 접근점을 제공할 수 있으며, 사용자 요구에 적합한 문서의 재사용 및 동적인 문서제시를 가능하게 한다. 또한, SGML/XML 문서 정보 관리 시스템은 공동 저작을 위한 세부 논리적 단위별 check-in/check-out, 액세스 제어, 버전닝 기능 등을 제공하여 기업 내 자산 관리를 위한 새로운 파라다임을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 구현 사례와 더불어 SGML/XML 기술이 CALS/EC 추진에 주는 영향과 향후 바람직한 CALS/EC 또는 가상기업(Virtual Enterprise)구축을 위한 기술적 방향에 대해 논한다.
