The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Haiku writing on mindfulness and empathy cultivating of the graduate students majoring in clinical psychology, and that it would also serve as enhancements of self-compassion and acceptance. Twenty-two graduate students in clinical psychology were to writing a Haiku poem about nature, the situation and themselves during a semester. Before and after the Haiku Writing Programme, mindfulness, empathy, self-compassion, and acceptance were measured and the subjective responses were analyzed after the programme was completed. The results of the study are as follows : First of all, quantitative analyses shows that Haiku writing has a significant effects on mindfulness, empathy, self-compassion and acceptance. Even in qualitative analyses, there are positive changes on those constructs in Haiku writing. Finally, the meaningfulness of the study, limitations, and recommendations for future work were discussed.

The road user cost in indirect costs as well as direct costs such as the inspection/ diagnosis cost and the repair/reinforcement cost should be considered as one of the important items in the life-cycle cost-effective design and maintenance of the bridges. To estimate the road user cost, this paper formulates the road user cost as a sum of the user delay cost and the vehicle operating cost considering the detour effect. A numerical traffic simulation and a regression analysis are performed to develop a regression model due to a time delay. The proposed regression model is applied to the generation of the maintenance strategy based on the life-cycle cost and performance, and its effectiveness and applicability is investigated. The road user cost has a great influence on establishing the maintenance strategy, and the proposed regression model could be successfully utilized to estimate the road user cost of a bridge.

This study was attempted to improve the mental and psychological health of nursing students through the intervention of positive psychological programs using complementary alternative therapy. This study applied a Non-equivalent control group pre-test and post-test design to verify the effects of negative emotions, career decision making self-efficacy, self-compassion, and flourish in nursing students. The experimental group is the students who received the positive psychology program using complementary and alternative therapy, and the control group is the students who did not receive the program. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS Version 21.0 program. The experimental group showed higher career decision making self-efficacy, self-compassion, and flourish scores and lower negative emotion scores than the control group that did not participate in the education. After applying the positive psychology program using complementary and alternative therapy, it contributed to the expansion of the nursing intervention area using complementary and alternative therapy by reporting positive research effects on career decision making self-efficacy, self-compassion, and flourish.

For decreasing the level of fluoride content in Antarctic krill, the changes of the content in solubel protein from the krill muscle depended on pH, ion species and ionic strength of the extracting solutions were investigated. The content of total fluoride of boiled muscle was higher than that of raw material, and the portions of fluoride with ionic form to the total content were 70% and 49%, respectively. In the effect of pH, fluoride contents of soluble protein from raw and boiled muscle showed the lowest values near 10. The effective ionic strength for decrease of fluoride content was 0.05M as NaCl at pH 11, and the content in the protein from raw material in this conditions was about 8 ppm.

Xavier Dolan delves into maternal instinct and sexual identity and the attempt and experiment of his movies are not difficult to understand and not unfamiliar. He communicates with audience through pastiche and self-reflexivity, rather than disassembling and destruction of style and form of existing films. Pastiche is the intertextuality between familiar genres such as film, poem, fashion, music, painting, etc. His films shows the characteristics of postmodernism, which include genre over, de-subjectivity, interest in public culture, and representation of nostalgia. This study recognizes anew the present of postmodernism gradually going out of fashion and analyzes the characteristics of postmodernism and repeated motif in his movies. This study also analyzes Xavier Dolan's interest in social minority and allegorian characteristics through characters appearing in his movies.

The aim of this paper is to calculation benefit cost for development of Hwawon leisure & tourism complex. To calculation benefit cost, this paper propose a advanced travel cost method(ATCM) which is to consider Improved travel cost method(ITCM) and variable traffic units with confidence degree cf decision-maker. At the result of calculation, total benefit costs are 292805 million won at 52% of confidence degrees and 10% discount rates.. Also total benefit cost is 304517 million won at 4% of GDP growth rate is 4%.

Considering that the subject of innovation of SMEs is the CEO, it is very important to study the innovation behavior of the CEO at the individual level. The purpose of this study is to examine factors affecting innovation work behavior of SME CEOs. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of self-compassion and self-transcendence on innovation work behavior, which are the emotional intelligence factors that show the psychological growth and potential of individual, and the career ambition and positive psychological capital did. In order to verify the research hypothesis, we analyzed 238 questionnaires collected from CEOs and executives of SMEs focused on auto parts and manufacturing. Factors affecting innovation behavior of SME CEO are summarized as follows. First, career ambition has a positive effect on positive psychological capital. Second, positive psychological capital has a positive effect on innovation work behavior. Third, self-compassion of CEO has positive influence on self - transcendence. Fourth, the self-transcendence of CEO has a positive effect on innovation work behavior. This study confirms the relationship between CEO career ambition, positive psychological capital, self-compassion, self-transcendence, and innovation work behavior of SME CEO and confirms the influence relationship between positive psychological capital and self-transcendence It is meaningful. Finally, theoretical and practical implications were discussed based on the results of the study.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of the acceptance commitment therapy program (ACT) on the psychological flexibility, self-compassion, recovery in alcohol dependents. The ACT program contains skills that establish acceptance and willingness, defusion, self-as-context, contact with the present moment, clarifying values, and committed action. This study was intended to enhance the effects on the psychological flexibility, self-compassion, recovery in alcohol dependents with ACT program. Fifteen inpatients with alcohol dependence were participated in the ACT group and the same number of participants were in the both CBT control group and TAU control group. The ACT program was held once a week, eight times, and each session was 90-minute long. Repeated measure of MANOVA and post-hoc were used to compare pre-test mean with post-test and with follow-up test mean. As a result of ACT program, positive changes were assured in the psychological flexibility including acceptance, cognitive defusion, being present, committed action and the increase of self-compassion and of recovery in alcoholics.
