In this study, a three-dimensional finite-element analysis code has been developed to predict acoustic behaviors in rocket combustion chambers and to quantitatively evaluate acoustic stability margins for various designs with passive stabilization devices such as baffle and acoustic resonators. As a validation case, computations are made for combustion chambers with/without a hub-and-six-blade baffle which are developed in the KSR-III Development Program. Compared with experimental results from ambient acoustic test, the numerical approach reasonably well predicts acoustic pressure responses to acoustic oscillation excitation for both unbaffled and baffled combustion chambers and yields quantitatively good agreement for acoustic damping effects of baffle installation in terms of damping factor ratio and resonant frequency shift.

In this paper, we implement a digital content that visualizes 33 Avalokitesvara-Bodhisattva according to the wishes of the public. The 33 Avalokitesvara-Bodhisattva is described in the Avalokitesvara-Bodhisattva tale that is found in the ancient literature "Memorabilia of the Three Kingdoms" as Tangible Cultural Heritage. Also, it is easily found in a wall painting of traditional Buddhist temples. The 33 Avalokitesvara-Bodhisattva is the saint of mercy that transforms into 33 various forms according to the wishes of the public. The Avalokitesvara-Bodhisattva tales deal with differences in the types of wishes of the public, and the tales have been speeded like wildfire among the people. So, in this paper, we classify them into 4 groups by the wishes (healing, security, academic achievement, disaster relief) of the public, and then analyze its symbolism and activity of the 33 Avalokitesvara-Bodhisattva. Also, we implement a 2D digital content that represents visually it according to the wishes of the public. Applications of the implemented visual content are as follows; development of character, game, and digital storytelling associated with traditional culture, education service for Buddhist doctrines, etc.

In this paper, in Incheon, vocational education and training satisfaction of vocational training institutions and on the factors affecting the career maturity were investigated. Mercy Vocational trainees receive training in vocational education and training to improve skills in the process it was found that commitment. In addition, "friends, family, acquaintances," with the encouragement of vocational education and training has been to collect. Prefer long-term training and career maturity and high educated singles with lower career maturity were higher. Regression analysis of satisfaction in the vocational education and training information, influence on career maturity. Therefore, the authorities concerned in the vocational education and training program faithfully find ways to operate should be.

Korea has increased R&D investment continuously for the improvement of global technological competencies. Korea ranked first in the world with 4.15 percent in the ratio of R&D investment to GDP. In particular, the private sector occupies a crucial position of technological innovations in Korea, constituting 78.5% of total R&D investment. However, quantitative growth strategy is no longer effective, so efforts to enhance efficiency by upgrading qualitative level are badly needed. This paper studied methods for improving firms' business performance. For this, it tried to empirically verify technology strategy and technology planning capability's influence factors on the improvement of business performance. The study showed that technology strategy and technology planning activities have positive effects on the improvement of business performance. And it was revealed that coordination flexibility contributes to the enhancement of business performance by positively controlling technology planning activities. The study performed sample survey on the companies with R&D centers and multiple regression analysis and quantile regression were used for the analysis.

The previous expression for the diffracted neutron intensity by a highly oriented polycrystalline is modified using the Kunitomi's formula of the crystal reflectivity The method of studying the preferred orientation in metals with white neutron is proposed utilizing the above formula and the fact that the real position of the diffraction of certain grain in the sample can be found by the comparison of the smaller angle part of the maxwellian curve of the calculated intensity of neutrons diffracted and the experimenal curves. The most probable wavelength of thermal neutrons from the reactor is found by the measurement of the neutron spectrum with the correction for the crystal about the multiple reflection and the absorption of neutrons and turned out to be 1.025 $\pm$ 0.001$\AA$. The preferred orientations of some electric steel sheets, mostly with the cube-on-face orientations, are investigated by the present method. The orientations of most grains relative to the rolling directions are found to be within 5 degrees. It is found the most of theories for large crystals may be extended to highly oriented polycrystalline materials without extensive modification.

Neutron inelastic scattering studies on polycrystalline hydrates, NaBr-2$H_2O$ and BaCl$_2$-2$H_2O$ have been performed to observe librational modes. Assuming all observed peaks are from the $H_2O$ librational origin, the weighted frequency distribution functions are obtained by eliminating the contributions from the higher order processes. All of theoretical frequencies obtained using FG matrix method are dus to highly mixed modes, and therefore the modes identified as significant $H_2O$ librationat modes from their large potential energy distributions are assigned to the observed peaks. The H-bond interactions are estimated using a modified Lippincott Schroeder potential function, and the applicability of the potential function to the H-bond with highly bent or bifurcated configuration is examined on the basis of the shape of $H_2O$ librational potential energies. Some discussions are given on the usefulness of introducing O-H…Y bending terms in addition to the H…Y stretching in similar frequency calculation in order to obtain more information on the nature of H-bond. Also the purity and symmetry properties of the $H_2O$ librational modes are discussed using group theoretical analyses.

The purpose of this paper is to develop an online analytical processing (OLAP) database system for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) growth support. In this paper, we made a model of measuring SME size first. The model is composed of five determinants of firm growth such as employment, sales, the amount of export, own technology, and the ratio of R&D expenditure to sales. Second, we designed the FREQUENCY dimension table which will make staged support of R&D expenditure. We developed the OLAP database system by using three dimensions including the FREQUENCY dimension, and using the model of measuring SME size. Also we assessed past decisions on R&D expenditure support in the Small Business R&D Support Project by using the OLAP database system.

The tendency of metabolism in oyster, Crassostrea gigas, was investigated in relation to the water temperature and salinity. Oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion were measured and O:N ratio were calculated according to the water temperature from February 2007 to September 2008 and body size. The relationship between oxygen consumption and body weight has been examined in C. gigas. The weight-specific oxygen consumption rate (mg $O_2$/g/h) varied inversely with size. Oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion increased with an increase in water temperature. O:N ratio measured in this study ranged from 8 to 40 under ordinary sea water and the ratio was 8 at $25^{\circ}C$ and 16 at $10^{\circ}C$. This indicates that oyster mainly use the protein as the primary catabolic substrate during gametogenesis. Lower O:N ratio in winter suggests that oysters have to meet their energy demand by metabolizing protein to survive in stressful conditions such as low temperature and lack of sufficient food supply. This studies will provide the basic data for oyster culture farm in assessing the carrying capacity and sustainable management.

Can job training be considered a social right? Who must bear the costs of individual job training? This paper studies these two issues by examining the Korean Individual Learning Accounts (ILA) revised in 2020 and proposes future policy directions. Although there is no explicit legal provision stipulating job training as a lawful right in Korea, such absence does not negate the government's role of providing vulnerable people, etc with necessary training. Korean ILA heavily depends on the Skills Development Scheme under the Employment Insurance System which succeeded the past mandatory training levy system and it becomes harder to maintain principle of insurance because of sizable volume of atypical workers who are not insured. For future policy directions, it is desirable to increase the burden of general budget and self-financing as they are below 30% combined and the coverage of the ILA needs to be steadily expanded to all economically active people. Also, labor-management should step up joint efforts to stimulate the use of already existing policies such as paid training leave and request for reduction of working hours.

This research aims to analyse gender identity and its internal meanings through the main character, Laurence, of the movie (2012) directed by French-Canadian film maker Xavier Dolan. Study examines performative gender identity revealed through the fashion images of Laurence who was born biologically as a man; depending on a theory of Judith Butler who represented a parody, repeatability action, and incorporation as an effect of gender identity. Also 'Internalization of others' and 'Dis-identification' are presented as an internal meanings of Laurence's gender identity which appeared on his(her) fashion images. Laurence parodies woman's fashion styles in repetition to obtain feminity as his(her) appearance. His(her) repetitive actions are construing an internalizing others(women) and visualizing a new-self to become a stylized doer. Dis-identification signifies that gender can be reconstructed regarding the differences of the place and the time and reconstructed outside can be analyzed as externalization of internalization. 'Becoming a woman' means more than what it sounds like to Laurence. It means a new signification of being a woman or redefining gender identity. That is something can be called a genuine transformation and a grant leap for Laurence.
