항만의 신재생에너지의 도입방안 및 효과

  • 본 연구에서는 온실가스 감축과 자원절약형 항만운영을 위해서는 항만에서의 탄소 저감 물류활동과 더불어 신재생에너지원을 활용하여 화석연료 등의 소비를 최소화 할 수 있는 친환경 에너지 활용 체계 구축이 필요함에 따라 자립형 항만구축을 위한 항만도입 가능한 신재생에너지원을 대상으로 발전 잠재력을 분석하고 반영을 통해 우리나라 항만의 친환경 신재생에너지의 도입방안 및 에너지 자립화율등의 효과를 조사 하였다.

우리나라 해역별 수중거주시설 입지조건에 관한 연구

  • 우리나라 해역은 크게 동해, 서해와 남해로 나뉜다. 해역별 특성은 공간적 및 유체역학적으로 상이하여 해역별 수중거주시설의 설계에 있어 서로 다른 주요건과 시설구성을 필요로 한다. 본 연구는 거시적 수중주거시설 설계기술 연구의 일환으로서 특히 해역별 공간 특성을 잘 갖춘 3곳의 입지 후보지(동해:Phoenix point, 남해:South Brother point와 서해:Mud point)에 대하여 요구되는 해역별 설계 환경부하를 최근 태풍Haishen, 태풍Maysak과 태풍 Bavi의 기상 예측자료 및 관측자료를 통해 비교하고 가정한 건축목표(Phoenix point: 속초시에 탈탄소 전력공급, South Brother point:부산항 수소연료 비축기지 및 해상 수소충전소, Mud point:에너지 자립형 기후중립 수산양식 기지)에 부합하도록 시설구성을 제안함으로써 우리나라 연안의 천해와 심해에서의 수중거주 가능성을 조사했다.

A Study on Plans to Construct Green Port around Port environmental regulations (항만환경 규제에 따른 Green Port 구축방안)

  • This objective of this study is to thoroughly analyze the policies of international organizations and major advanced countries relevant to the realization of Green port To construct Green ports, there first must be competition to build such ports in sustainable, fixed quantities. Second, there is a great need for cooperation and support networks made binding by mutual agreements on ship recycling. Third, there is a need for scientific research on responses to changes in environmental regulations and on environmental issues. Today, the majority of the world's ports use gasoline or electric energy, and improving capacities for self-sufficiency through development of new and renewable energy is judged to be a pressing task. The conditions for an eco-friendly port is that it must be an important center for economic and industrial activity, and valuable as a site where people live and work, with residences and work places existing in close proximity.

Alternatives for Establishing Green Logistics System in Ulsan Port (울산항의 녹색물류체계 구축 방안)

  • After reviewing the concept and previous studies related to green ports, this study analyzes the implications of green port policy of advanced ports in foreign countries and analyzes problems in terms of environmentally-friendly green port policy for Ulsan port, and to present sustainable green logistics establishment measures. The literature survey and Benchmarking methods are adopted as research methodology and the results are as follows. First, the pan-government climate change response management system, legislation of relevant laws, implementation of fiscal support policies, and roadmaps should be established. Second, the foundation for eco-friendly green growth should be established through the discovery of business models in conjunction with leading industries in the Southeastern Metropolitan Economic Area. Third, the Ulsan Port Greenport, such as AMP, in-port LNG propulsion ship, and ESI vessel incentive, should be built. Fourth, a low-carbon, high-efficiency sea-shuttle service shall be established through the introduction of the sea-shuttle service along the sea route. Fifth, energy self-reliant ports, including all institutions in the metropolitan Ulsan port area that have exceeded the level of Ulsan port Authority, should be built. Finally, water-type ports need to be built through the creation of coastal forests, the purification of marine water quality, and the introduction of colors to port.

The Priority Analysis of Reserve Berth in Gwangyang Port Using Fuzzy-AHP (Fuzzy-AHP를 이용한 광양항 컨테이너부두 여유선석 활용대안 우선순위 분석)

  • Competition between international Hub ports has been more and more intense. In order to invigorate itself, Gwang-Yang port has been making multilateral efforts. However, it has not still reached 300Millions TEU which is the standard to be permitted as a self-reliance Hub port. Therefore, a functional modification of berth should be considered. This study suggests to transform container berths to general berths. This article is focused on reserve berth mode of Gwang Yang hub port and selected three kinds of berths as alternative subjects of the study: general berth, exclusive berth, and multipurpose berth. This research has conducted that The subjects of the survey were in relation with Logistics as professional mutually group about Gwang-Yang hub port. The measurements of this survey were measure section and factor. Also, Fuzzy AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) was applied to the survey. According to the result, by measuring weight values of alternatives, the best favored one was multipurpose berth expect stability (32.6%), Exclusive berth was graded the most among the alternatives. Also, based on total weight value, the order of priority is as follows: multipurpose berth(38.2%), exclusive port(33.7%), general berth(28.1%).

  • 지속적인 지구 평균 기온 상승으로 인해 우리나라를 포함한 전 세계적으로 탄소중립을 위한 혁신이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 해양수산부 '해양수산분야 2050 탄소중립 로드맵'의 기준에 따라 에너지 자립률을 극대화하고 효율을 최적화시킨 제로에너지 탄소중립 건축물을 제시한다. 태양광 발전 시스템에서, 패널의 태양 일주추적 기능을 통해 에너지 발전률을 극대화하고, 패널 하향정렬 및 딥러닝 모델을 통해 유지 보수를 용이하게 하여 성능 저하를 예방한다. 폐열을 이용한 열 회수/바이패스 환기 시스템을 통해 에너지 효율을 최적화하고, 온/습도에 가중치를 부여하여 모호했던 환기 시스템 결정 기준을 에너지 효율화에 맞게 최적화해 제시한다. 탄소중립 BEMS 기능이 내재된 앱 개발로 위의 건축물 시스템을 제어·관리한다. 본 연구를 통해 제로 에너지 건축물으로서 항만 건물의 가능성을 제고하고, 탄소중립 항만의 구현을 기대한다.
