  • 이 논문에서는 기존 알려진 통합 목표가 존재하지 않거나 적은 경우에 적용 가능한 목표 유도형 공간통합 방법으로 Dempster-Shafer 이론을 적용하였다. 이 이론은 확률의 하한과 상한 개념을 도입하여 통합 결과의 불확실성을 표현할 수 있으며, 탐사자료의 범위가 일치하지 않은 경우에도 효율적으로 통합이 가능한 장점이 있다. 광물자원 부존가능성도 작성의 사례연구를 수행한 결과, 기존 광산 주변에서 높은 부존 가능성값을 얻을 수 있었으며, 추후 객관적인 자료 표현 및 목표 유도형 통합에의 적용이 필요하다.

GIS-based Data-driven Geological Data Integration using Fuzzy Logic: Theory and Application (퍼지 이론을 이용한 GIS기반 자료유도형 지질자료 통합의 이론과 응용)

  • The mathematical models for GIS-based spatial data integration have been developed for geological applications such as mineral potential mapping or landslide susceptibility analysis. Among various models, the effectiveness of fuzzy logic based integration of multiple sets of geological data is investigated and discussed. Unlike a traditional target-driven fuzzy integration approach, we propose a data-driven approach that is derived from statistical relationships between the integration target and related spatial geological data. The proposed approach consists of four analytical steps; data representation, fuzzy combination, defuzzification and validation. For data representation, the fuzzy membership functions based on the likelihood ratio functions are proposed. To integrate them, the fuzzy inference network is designed that can combine a variety of different fuzzy operators. Defuzzification is carried out to effectively visualize the relative possibility levels from the integrated results. Finally, a validation approach based on the spatial partitioning of integration targets is proposed to quantitatively compare various fuzzy integration maps and obtain a meaningful interpretation with respect to future events. The effectiveness and some suggestions of the schemes proposed here are illustrated by describing a case study for landslide susceptibility analysis. The case study demonstrates that the proposed schemes can effectively identify areas that are susceptible to landslides and ${\gamma}$ operator shows the better prediction power than the results using max and min operators from the validation procedure.

  • Recently, spatial integration for mineral exploration is regarded as an important task of various geological applications of GIS. Therefore, theoretical bases of data representation and reasoning concerned with Dempster-Shafer theory and Fuzzy theory were systematically as the data-driven integration methodologies for raster-based geoinformation; they are distinguished from target-driven methodology based on statistical background. According to previous actual applications of these methods to mineral exploration, they have been proven to provide useful information related to hidden target mineral deposits, and it is thought that some suggestions in this study are helpful to further real applications including representation, reasoning, and interpretation stages in order to obtain a decision-supporting layer.

  • This paper presents a systolic array design method which derives 1 or 2 dimensional optimal planar systolic arrays from a given n dimensional problem represented as a regular recurrence equation and its implementation called a systolic array design system(SADS).The SADS parses a regular recurrence equation and gets the information such as problem space, data dependence vectors. and intial data positions. Systolic arrays are automati-cally derived by the space-time transformation form the information to be abeaired in the parsing phase.The SADS allows us to verify the parallel execution of the derived systolic aooay through the graghical interface.

  • It is important to estimate an appropriate quantile for design of hydraulic structure. For this purpose, it is necessary to find the appropriate probability distribution which can represent the sample data well. Probability plot correlation coefficient test as one of goodness-of-fit test, is recently developed and has been known as a simple and powerful method. In this study, probability plot correlation coefficient test statistics using the plotting position considering the coefficients of skewness for the GEV distribution is derived, and represented by the regression equation. Monte-Carlo method is also performed to compare the rejection power between each method. As the results, the probability plot correlation coefficient test which is derived in this study is better than the others. In particular, when sample size is small and distribution has the shape parameter, rejection power of probability plot correlation coefficient test considering the coefficients of skewness is bigger than the others.

  • The averaged non-linear term in the turbulence equations, suggested by Yeo (1987), is analyzed theoretically and experimentally. It was formulated by applying the filtering concepts to the convolution integral average definition with the Gaussian response function. This filtering approach seems to be superior to the conventional averaging methods in which all four terms at the doubly average vol must be defined separately, and it also gives a very useful tool in understanding the turbulence structures. By theoretically analyzing the newly derived description for the averaged non-linear terms, it is found that the vortex stretching can be explicitly accounted for. Furthermore, comparisons of the correlation coefficients based on the experimental data show that the vortex stretching acts most significantly on the turbulence residual stress. Thus, it strongly supports the claim that the vortex stretching is essential in the transfer of turbulence. In addition. a general form of turbulent energy models in LES is derived, by which it is recognized that the Smagorinsky, the vorticity and the SGS energy models are not distinctive.

내장형 선형 ICP(Inductively Coupled Plasma) system에서 자장이 플라즈마와 PR 식각특성에 미치는 영향

  • 고밀도 플라즈마를 생산할 수 있는 대면적용 플라즈마 소스의 개발은 미세전자구조 산업에서부터 FPD 산업에 이르기까지 많은 영역에 걸쳐 필수 불가결한 기술요소가 되어가고 있 다. 이러한 대면적용 고밀도 플라즈마에의 적용을 위하여 새로운 유도결합형 플라즈마 소오스의 개발이 진행되고 있으며, 차세대 반도체 식각 및 세정 공정을 위하여 여러 형태의 안 테나가 연구되어지고 있다. 그러나 TFT -LCD에 적용이 가능하게끔 기존의 ICP 소오스를 직 접적으로 대면적화 하는 데에는 여러 가지 문제점들로 인해 그 한계점이 들어났다. 그 예로 안테나의 길이가 길어짐에 따른 안테나 저항 값이 커지며, 안테나 소스 길이자체가 사용하는 인가전력(13.56MHz)의 반파장에 해당되는 길이가 되었을 경우 생기는 심각한 정상파 효과, 유전물질의 두께 증가 및 그에 따른 재료비의 상승 및 관리상의 어려움들이 바로 그것 이라 할 수 있겠다. 그러므로, 본 연구에서는 차세대 TFT -LCD 대면적 공정에 적용 가능한 고밀도 플라즈마 를 발생시키기 위해서 내장형 유도결합형 선혈 안테나를 사용하였다. 내장형 유도결합형 선 혈 안테나가 가지고 있는 고유의 정전기적 결합효과를 최소화시키기 위해 직사각형모앙의 플라즈마 댐버(830mm*1,020mm)에서 영구자석을 사용하여 multi-cusp 자장효과 및 다양 한 자장의 배열에 따른 플라즈마 특성변화를 살펴보았다. 영구자석을 사용하여 외부자장을 인가하였을 때가, 그럴지 않은 때보다 RF 안테나 코일의 전압을 낮춰주었으며, 영구자석의 배열에 따라 코일의 인덕턴스의 값이 크게 변함을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 최적화된 자장의 배열은 플라즈마의 이온밀도를 증가시켰으며, 플라즈마의 균일도도 10% 이내로 유지됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 영구자석에 의한 자장의 유무 및 공정압력과 인가전력에 따른 P Photoresist Film의 식각특성에 관해 살펴보았다.증을 위한 실험.측정장비의 구입 및 업계와의 공동활용, 국내.외 최신기술 정보자료의 수집과 신속제공, 국내.외 전문가 초청 활 용, 미래 지향적 목적활용 기초연구사업 수행, 미래기술 동향예측 및 홍보 등을 통해 서 국내 도금기술의 기술자립 및 고도화를 위한 여건마련을 위하여 노력하고 있다.빛 이때의 부식속도(선형분극법), 인위적인 피막 파괴 전,후 의 전위 변화 및 부식속도 측정법에 의한 국부부식 발달 저지능 등을 평가하여 각 실험결과를 비교분석하여 보았다. 수록 민감하여 304 의 IGSCC 와 매우 유사한 거동을 보인다. 본 강연에서는 304 와 600 의 고온 물에서 일어나는 IGSCC 민감도에 미치는 환경, 예민화처리, 합금원소의 영향을 고찰하고 이에 대한 최근의 연구 동향과 방식 방법을 다룬다.다.의 목적과 지식)보다 미학적 경험에 주는 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 모든 사람들에게 비슷한 미학적 경험을 발생시키는 것 이 밝혀졌다. 다시 말하면 모든 사람들은 그들의 문화적인 국적과 사회적 인 직업의 차이, 목적의 차이, 또한 환경의 의미의 차이에 상관없이 아름다 운 경관(High-beauty landscape)을 주거지나 나들이 장소로서 선호했으며, 아름답다고 평가했다. 반면에, 사람들이 갖고 있는 문화의 차이, 직업의 차 이, 목적의 차이, 그리고 환경의 의미의 차이에 따라 경관의 미학적 평가가 달라진 것으로 나타났다.corner$적 의도에 의한 경관구성의 일면을 확인할수 있지만 엄밀히 생각하여 보면 이러한 예의 경우도 최락의 총체적인 외형은 마찬가지로 $\ulcorner$순응$\lrcorner$의 범위를 벗어나지 않는다. 그렇기 때문에도 $\ulcorner$순응$\lrcorner$$\ulcorner$표현$\lrcorner$

A study on alternatives to the permutation test in gene-set analysis (유전자집합분석에서 순열검정의 대안)

  • The analysis of gene sets in microarray has advantages in interpreting biological functions and increasing statistical powers. Many statistical methods have been proposed for detecting significant gene sets that show relations between genes and phenotypes, but there is no consensus about which is the best to perform gene sets analysis and permutation based tests are considered as standard tools. When many gene sets are tested simultaneously, a large number of random permutations are needed for multiple testing with a high computational cost. In this paper, several parametric approximations are considered as alternatives of the permutation distribution and the moment based gene set test has shown the best performance for providing p-values of the permutation test closely and quickly on a general framework.

  • A mathematical model for the two-dimensional unsteady flow was developed by introducing Abbott's implicit finite difference operator and double sweep algorithm, which could be applied to simulate the respose of a harbor against the intrusion of long waves through the entrance connected to open sea. In order to improve its accuracy corresponding to the field phenomena, bottom resistance, Coriolis force, wind effect terms were included and wave direction and radiating effect was considered. The result of seiche test was always stable and the amplitude was accurate. Some phase shift was occured, but it could be reduced by using small values of Courant number and many points per a wave length as well. A comparision with the Ippen and Goda's theoritical and hydraulic experimental works was fulfilled.

The effects of shortened dexamethasone administration on remission rate and potential complications during remission induction treatment for pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia (급성림프구성백혈병 환아의 관해유도 치료 중 덱사메타손 투여기간의 단축이 관해유도율 및 합병증 발생에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose : Due to its high potency against leukemic blasts, our institution has opted for the use of dexamethasone during acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) remission induction, but in our most recent treatment protocol, CMCPL-2005, we shortened the length of steroid treatment from 4 to 3 weeks. We compared both the rates of remission induction and significant complications observed during induction with CMCPL-2005, with those noted for our previous protocol, CMCPL-2001. Methods : We retrospectively reviewed the records of patients diagnosed with ALL from January, 2001 to December, 2006 at the Department of Pediatrics, St. Mary's Hospital, the Catholic University of Korea. Data concerning age, sex, WBC count at diagnosis, immunophenotype, cytogenetic traits, and risk group were collected for each patient. Results of remission induction treatment were compared between the two patient groups. Infection and other major complications resulting from treatment were investigated according to NCI toxicity criteria. Results : A total of 141 and 88 patients received remission induction under CMCPL-2001 and CMCPL-2005 respectively. In the CMCPL-2001 group, 136 (96%) achieved complete remission while 82 (93%) achieved CR in the CMCPL-2005 group. Patients in the CMCPL-2005 group were more likely to undergo remission induction without experiencing major complications. However, with regards to steroid related toxicities such as infection, no significant differences were noted. Conclusion : We shortened the length of steroid administration from four to three weeks, yet found the remission induction rate to be comparable to that of our previous regimen. However, rates of steroid related toxicities such as infectious complications remain unchanged despite shortened exposure to dexamethasone.
